Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder !!!

Sehr gute und pflegte Unterkunft. Die Möbel waren alle sauber außer ein Coach war mit viele Flecken drauf. Die Wohnung ist super top zu erreichen und fast von überall mit dem Auto oder öffentlichen Verkehr erreichbar. Der Preis ist gut, halte ich aber ein bisschen zu teuer. gerne wieder wieder

It was one of the best AirBnbs we have stayed at. The whole place was clean, had all the right set of equipment needed for a week's worth of stay and the host was pretty responsive as well. Special thanks to them for making Berlin memorable for us. The area is a great place if you're looking to stay away from the hustle of the city but still want it to approachable. Good water spots, parks and grocery stores nearby. Worth it, would love to come again! :)

Het appartement is eenvoudig, maar alles is aanwezig. Belangrijk is dat het zeer rustig is en er is een prima bed. De ligging is uitstekend: dichtbij Bahnhof Sudkreuz en S-Bahn station Julius Leber Brucke (S1). Er zijn meerdere restaurants en bars in de buurt, met name even voorbij de Julius Leber Brucke: de Akazienstrasse en de Crellestrasse zijn uitstekend om 's avonds een drankje te doen en een hapje te eten (maar we kunnen ook Saigon Valley op een paar minuten van het appartement aanbevelen). Maar Gerhard heeft een reeks aan suggesties, dus keuze genoeg. Een punt van kritiek: de tv heeft alleen Duitse zenders. Uit ervaring wijs geworden nemen wij altijd een eigen chromecast mee. Aan te bevelen! Nog 1 tip: download de Bvg app: kaartjes voor het openbaar vervoer zijn zo eenvoudig te kopen met apple pay. We hebben kortom een paar prachtige dagen gehad in Berlijn. En wanneer we weer gaan gaan we zeker terug naar dit appartement

Tolle, gut gelegene Unterkunft. Wir verbrachten 3 wunderschöne Tage in Berlin! ☀️ Die Wohnung war so wie beschrieben und in einem ruhigen Quartier gelegen.

Sehr saubere und hell gestaltete Wohnung mit Anbindungen an U-Bahn, S-Bahn und Tram direkt in der Nähe. Die Nächte wahren ruhig, trotz des aktiven Nachtlebens an der Hauptstraße. Außerdem gibt es sehr viele Unternehmens- und Essmöglichkeiten direkt in der Nachbarschaft, die man jederzeit erkunden kann. Durch die Tipps und die zuverlässige Kommunikation mit Tamara habe ich mich sehr sicher während meines Aufenthalts gefühlt. Für mich hat es sich definitiv gelohnt und ich kann die Wohnung sehr weiterempfehlen! ☀️

השהות אצל מרטין הייתה חלומית!! הדירה ענקית ומלא בכל טוב (ברמה כל סוג סכין, צנימר, מכונת שייקים) מרטין היה סופר חברותי ונתן יחס אוהב וברמה הגבוהה ביותר. מילים לא יכולות לתאר כמה נהננו. תודה רבה למרטין❤️❤️

Amazing location, tons of great restaurants, shops (both fun and practical), and transit. For being in the middle of the city, this place is so quiet it’s incredible. All we could hear was the sound of birds singing, which we loved! A great place for a short stay!

Die Unterkunft war perfekt. Wir (6 Personen) waren nur eine Nacht in dem Apartment, aber wir können uns definitiv vorstellen nochmal zu kommen und ein paar Tage länger zu bleiben. Die Wohnung war sauber und alle Beschreibungen waren zutreffend. Der Check-in war sehr einfach und flexibel möglich. Wir haben im Vorfeld auch eine detaillierte Nachricht bekommen mit allen wichtigen Infos (Schlüsselcode, Hausregeln,...)

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Woche in Natalies Unterkunft verbracht, um von dort aus Berlin zu erkunden. Die Umgebung war angenehm ruhig, nachdem wir den Tag in der Großstadt verbracht haben, und dank Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück blieb uns die nervige Parkplatzsuche erspart. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ganz in der Nähe. Die Wohnung an sich war gemütlich, blitzsauber und funktional, absolut ausreichend für zwei Erwachsene und zwei Teenager. Absoute Empfehlung! We spent a wonderful 4 nights at Vanni‘s apartment in Prenzlauer Berg. It’s very spacious, tastefully decorated and had everything we needed. Vanni was super responsive, very kind and he even let us store our luggage in the flat for a good while after check out time so that we could enjoy our last hours before catching the flight without having to drag it around. We felt very much at home! Complementary (and very good!) coffee and tea was highly appreciated! The area is fabulous! Very good public transport connection to pretty much everywhere in Berlin, great restaurants and amazing cafes, cute boutiques, pubs, bars, Biergarten, everything in walking distance. If you like the buzz of the city and also coming „home“ to a vibrant, typical Berlin, beautiful and very green neighbourhood this is the place to stay. We‘ll be back!

Vi har været super glade for vores ferie hos Karak. Meget rent og pænt - og på 18 etage slipper man for køen til tv-tårnet. God central placering i byen, og i gå afstand til det meste

Very nice apartment, clean and well equipped. It is very well located, well connected to the important touristic sights in the city and there is a very good supermarket around the corner. The communication with the host was great and she was very flexible with the check-in time.

Das beste Airbnb in dem ich je war, wunderbar eingerichtet, super freundlicher Kontakt, für jeden Gast einen eigenen Schlüssel und für uns genau perfekt! Wir haben uns gefühlt wie in einem Berliner Loft mit 1.5 Balkonen, Aufzug, einer neuwertigen geschmackvollen Einrichtung. Wunschlos Glücklich!

So pleased we found this little gem! the location is perfect for sightseeing, a 2 minute walk to the underground station and a choice of bakeries and cafes clserving breakfast on the doorstep. we chose to eat out for every meal but could have easily used the apartment to cook- supermarket 2 streets away and the apartment is very well equipped. Our flight arrived really late but Ronald was still happy to meet us and show us around the apartment, which was so kind. He also provided us with plenty of tourist recommendations,which we really appreciated. We will definitely be back to stay here again and have already recommended the apartment to friends too.

Wir hatten eine supertolle Zeit in der tollen Unterkunft von Simone. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und konnten super abschalten. Die Küchenausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen und wenn man nicht vom Pool tagsüber genug hat, kann man nachts vom whirlpool aus den Sternenhimmel bewundern. Das einzige was zu beachten ist. Wir sind mit den Öffies gekommen und mussten am Abreisetag zum Bahnhof laufen (50min), da sonntags weder Bus noch Taxi/Bolt oder Uber verfügbar sind. Das vielleicht als kleine Info...hat aber natürlich nichts mit der wunderbaren Unterkunft an sich zu tun! Wir kommen sehr sehr gerne wieder!

War alles bestens und wie beschrieben. Die Gastgeberin war sehr Nett und hat uns persönlich empfangen und alles erklärt, war auch dannach immer Erreichbar. Wer ein paar Spa Tage genießen möchte, den kann ich die Wohnung bestens Empfehlen. Ruhige Lage und man ist ungestört.

Lovely apartment! And Teltow is a beautiful town. The apartment is very close to a bus stop and the S Bahn so you can go easy to Berlin. The place is very quiet and chill it helped us since we were working there. Also our host was very friendly and helpful all the time! Definitely 10/10

Evgeny was absolutely kind and his place I would definitely recommend it 100%, the flat is really comfy clean, big enough for one persona or a couple, the wi fi connection was great for me to work, the zone is great with a lot of things in the surroundings (markets, bakery, train station). Easy to find the address and well connected with other parts of the city. 100% Good!

Zu Anfang wollen wir uns für den wunderschönen Aufenthalt bedanken, die Lage der Unterkunft ist sehr ruhig, wer Wert auf abschalten legt ist dort genau richtig, karena und Jürgen waren sehr gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit, die Wohnung ist mit allen ausgestattet was das Herz begehrt, der Pool Bereich ist ein Traum.. und gut für eine erholsame Zeit. Wir haben uns in Jörgs Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles war wie beschrieben und Jörg war ein sehr angenehmer Gastgeber. Besonders hat uns der SPA Bereich gefallen. Wir werden die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen.

We really enjoyed our stay in Berlin. The flat was huge, lots of light, and close to everything we wanted to do in the neighborhood. Near the canal and all the great cafes and bars. Would definitely stay here again.
