Luis is a very friendly and available host, who stayed available anytime during our full stay and took care of providing us detailed information for our stay (indications to arrive to the apartment, video of the apartment, links with info on things to do in Berlin, etc.) The apartment is really nice, last floor (without elevator), high ceiling, very quiet with a nice balcony and fully equipped kitchen, We were a group of 6 persons and the size and equipment of the apartment fitted us perfectly! Will come back!

Tomas is a great host and the apartment had everything we needed for our stay and was a warm, secure and comfortable base from which to explore the city. Contact was great throughout and Tomas gave us some super recommendations. The neighbourhood felt like a home from home : its really friendly corner of Berlin and well connected through public transport which allowed us to freely explore the city.

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Besonders die Holzwände und die innenliegende ruhige Lage hat uns gefallen. Auch das parken war super unkompliziert, da wir das Auto mit auf das Gelände nehmen konnten. Die Anbindung zur S-Bahn ist zu Fuß in 6-7 min zu erreichen und auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig sehr nah. Es gab eine Grundausstattung an Gewürzen und auch Öl. Das war sehr praktisch und auch eine Verlängerungsnacht war flexibel und unproblematisch möglich. Vielen Dank für die schönen Tage in Berlin. Wir kommen gern wieder. : )

Beautiful flat, beautiful location, with thoughtful host. Loved the touches such as fresh flowers and activities suitable for all ages. Easy to use quality kitchenware. There is a cafe bar opposite and you can hear some noise, but not rowdy. The local area feels safe and welcoming, brimming with independent shops and places to eat. Very close to fabulous transport system. Lots of children's playgrounds nearby. Host communicates well and comes to let you in and show you round the flat and give recommendations and can do so in English as well as German. Recycling is encouraged and easy to do using the bin system. I would highly recommend this as a base to explore a beautiful and interesting city. Bis bald Berlin!

Recensie voor ons verblijf via Airbnb Ons verblijf in deze Airbnb was simpelweg fantastisch! Vanaf het moment dat we aankwamen, voelden we ons welkom dankzij de ontzettend vriendelijke en gastvrije host. De communicatie verliep heel soepel! Het huis zelf was prachtig – stijlvol ingericht, brandschoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. De ruimtes waren ruim en comfortabel en het voelde meteen als een tweede thuis. Daarnaast was de locatie perfect, rustig maar toch redelijk dichtbij het centrum. Kortom, een absolute aanrader! We komen hier zeker nog eens terug. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

ich habe einen ruhigen entspannten Aufenthalt gesucht und hier gefunden. Die spontane Buchung hat wunderbar geklappt und die Kommunikation war ausgesprochen schnell und unkompliziert. Mario als Gastgeber ist sehr flexibel und freundlich. Hier würde ich jederzeit wieder einchecken. Vielen Dank.

Our warm and clean house had everything we were looking for. The neighborhood was very nice. Although it was very close to the airport, we were able to go to almost all the important stops in the city center with a single vehicle. S9 is the best! Everything about our accommodation was thought out down to the smallest detail. Özgür and his family made us feel at home. It was a perfect and peaceful holiday. Super maison de vacances ! Nous avons réservé la maison de Katrin pour 9 jours pour rejoindre la famille qui habite à proximité. Katrin nous a accueilli chaleureusement avec un français sans faute ! La maison est bien agencée, rangée et décorée avec goût ! Du vrai parquet qui fait le charme de la maison, mais qui craque biensur un peu. Le lit consiste en deux matelas de largeur 90, il est donc très grand mais un peu trop ferme par rapport à ce que nous sommes habitués. Nous étions un couple avec deux enfants en bas age. Pour le plus petit des deux Katrin nous a installé un vrai lit bébé et non juste un lit d’appoint, c’était super ! Les volets étaient les seuls éléments qui étaient un peu „pénible“ car ils sont anciens et difficile à baisser, monter ou stabiliser à une hauteur. Vous êtes à l’entrée de la forêt et à 3 min à pied du S-Bahn S2 et d’une boulangerie avec des pains frais tous les matins, mêmes les jours fériés. Katrin habite la maison à côté et se rend dispo rapidement !

Een sfeervolle ruimte gelegen in een gezellige buurt. Het voelde echt als thuis. Het appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien en is een prima uitvalsbasis voor al het moois dat Berlijn te bieden heeft. Christian is een geweldige host die snel en adequaat reageert. Ons verblijf met twee tieners was geweldig!

Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und es war super bei Rene und Susanne . Rene war zu jeder Zeit erreichbar um aufkommende Fragen zu beantworten. Die Unterkunft hat eine super Lage um auch mal in Nähe joggen zu gehen und eine relativ Nähe Zuganbindung um entspannt in die Innenstadt von Berlin zu kommen . Du ruhige Lage war optimal für mich sich zu erholen von der Arbeit !

Absolutely loved the place. Its outside the hustle bustle of the city and very nice place. The place is big with so much ammunities. We cooked for dinner in the nights. My son who is 3 years old loved the place more than anyone else. There are lot of toys for kids plus the cute Nemo who would always come for meals. I would absolutely recommend the place to whoever going to berlin. We stayed there for 3 nights and loved everything about it.

Mein Sohn und seine Freunde waren für 3 Übernachtungen dort . Sie waren einen Tag im Tropical Island und einen Tag in Berlin . Es war alles sehr gut erreichbar von der Unterkunft aus . Sie wollen wiederkommen :-).

We loved staying at the apartment, it’s very spacious, quiet, light and clean. It is well connected to transport links. Denise was really clear in her communications and the whole experience was very smooth. I would highly recommend staying here.

It was a spacious house with high ceilings. The house was clean as described. The bed was very comfortable, I slept like in my own home.

We have stayed in a lot of airb&b’s and Sally and Jan’s place surpassed all expectations. It was the perfect home from home. We were kindly welcomed by Sally who met us and showed us around the apartment. It was extremely clean and tidy with every amenity you could wish for. My daughter loved the climbing wall. The beds were comfy and it was a lovely relaxing space. It was in a lovely quiet neighborhood with great restaurants, supermarkets and very quick access to the U-bahn. Sally allowed us flexibility for check-in and check-out which was hugely appreciated. We hope to be able to stay again one day.

This was am ideal place for us to stay. It’s a great Berlin neighborhood - quiet, walkable, close to public transportation. The apartment was sweet and comfortable. Jana was very communicative and helpful and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely come back again in our annual visit to Berlin!

This Kreuzberg-neighborhood apartment was lovely and comfortable, around the corner from the cool Markethall and our new favorite restaurant, Der Goldene Hahn. It was a convenient location for the marathon, about a 15-minute U-Bahn ride from the close Görlitzer Bahnhof stop. And Janice and Noël are awesome hosts who communicate wonderfully and offered great help and advice to navigate our first visit to Berlin.

This was a great apartment and a great stay. It was tucked away in a quiet and friendly-feeling neighborhood that served as a gateway to Berlin's attractions (e.g. museum island, Brandenburg Gate area, etc.) and had ready access to nearby restaurants and cafes. It was spacious and well appointed. The kitchen had everything you could need to cook or make coffee. And It was spotless. Tarik was a great host/communicator and accommodated my early arrival. Berlin is very walkable, nevertheless the apartment afforded easy access to intercity transit like the tram. Close by Mauerpark was great for a run. And the Edeka nearby (170-meters) was a bonus!
