Das freundliche Ambiente sowie der traumhafte Blick auf den Kalksee laden zum Entspannen ein. Die Umgebung bietet alles, was in einem Urlaub nicht fehlen sollte - Seen, Badestellen, Restaurants, Wälder, direkte Nahverkehrsanbindung an die Berliner Metropole sind fußläufig zu erreichen.

Hier ist man ruhig untergebracht, aber mit ein paar Schritten mittendrin im Leben von Berlin und kann die Kultur, die Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants, Bars und - wenn man möchte - auch das Nachtleben genießen. Auch der Victoria-Park, das riesige Tempelhofer-Feld oder Berlin-Mitte sind in der Nähe.

It is situated in the second floor of an historical Berlin building, at the very heart of the heart of this facinating city! Unique, quiet studio, great location!

The spacious (42 sqm) studio is located near Winterfeldtplatz. You can explore the lively neighbourhood or get to the highlights of Berlin by means of four different subway lines. The studio itself is quiet with windows facing the Garden, an en suite bathroom incl. washing machine, a kitchenette. The courtyard garden has a sandpit and a seating area.

The flat is located in Berlin-Neukoelln. It is is ideally sized for two adults or a family. It has one bedroom with a double bed and baby bed and a guest room with a fold-out sofa or the children’s room with a bed. Please notice that you can live here with up to 4 persons, if two are children. We rent to 3 adults not four.

We are a small family having the joy to live in an amazing patio in Old-Treptow - quiet and just renovated. Its unique character has been carefully restored. It is close enough to enjoy the best of Berlin (Kreuzberg/Neukölln), but also far enough to relax (Treptower Park/Rummelsburg Bay).
