Charly : locations de vacances avec terrasse

This was a lovely spot to spend a week in Lyon. Plenty of space for a couple with beautiful views to enjoy, just make sure to buy your public transport pass for the funicular to get up and down the hill from the city. Good local recommendations along with communication about accessing the property. The car parking was very handy for us, secure as well in a modern underground parking garage. We really enjoyed our week here.

Friendly and accommodating host. The apartment is as described/seen in the pictures. We had absolutely everything we need. Sadly, we didn’t use the terrace because of the weather but the terrace adds a charm to the place. Everything you need is at walkable distance (i.e. restaurant, café, metro, supermarket,…). Really really enjoyed our stay and would gladly come again.

Logement tres bien situé pour découvrir le quartier gratte ciel et visiter Lyon. Loft agréable et fonctionnel, conforme à l'annonce. Guillaume est très réactif et plein d'humour. Nous reviendrons.

리옹역이 내려다 보이는 매우 좋은 위치의 신축 아파트입니다. 숙소에서 보는 리옹의 뷰는 정말 아름답습니다. 남서향의 빛이 내리쬐는 거실에서 해가 뜨고 지는 걸 보며 행복한 시간을 보냈습니다. 신축이라 깨끗하고, 무엇보다 숙소 내 가전과 비품들이 최상품이었습니다. 삼성 냉장고와 전자렌지 세탁기! (가전 볼 줄 아는 호스트들입니다!) 아파트 앞에서 공사를 하고 있어서 소음이 있지만 그건 이 숙소의 잘못이 아닙니다. 호스트는 체크인 시간을 배려해주었고, 덕분에 이동 또한 수월했습니다. 여러모로 좋은 숙소였어요. 감사합니다!

Très bon hôte réactif au message que je lui est envoyer il avait oublié d’activer la wifi on fait des erreurs on est humain après tout mais il m’a tout de suite répondu et est partie l’activer aussi par erreur j’avais réservé 2 jours il a tout de suite envoyé un message à Airbnb pour me rembourser sans frais ce que je trouve admirable puisqu’on est prévenu que la réservation est définitif et que nous payerons même si nous annulons quand au studio je dirais qu’il est très propre il y a le nécessaire. Si je peut donner mon avis pour de future amélioration des couverts dur et quelques ustensiles de cuisine ne serai pas de trop style spatule ciseaux etc… en tout cas je tien à vous remercier francesco j’ai passé un agréable moment.

On a passé un super week-end dans le gîte de Sylvie. Son accueil était très chaleureux et le gîte est vraiment très jolie, confortable et spacieux. Et le cadre est très agréable. C’était parfait pour un week-end en famille avec nos grands “ados” 17, 19, 21 et 23 ans. On a beaucoup apprécié la cheminée et aussi la grande cuisine qui est super pratique et bien équipée. On a hâte de retourner!

absolutely a hidden gem in the city! Situated in a quiet neighborhood up on the Fourviere, truly the place to be if you love to live like a local! Quiet, but not remote. Bus stop only 5mins walk away with several bus routes get you right to the city centre with literally 10mins of travel time. A small community high street nearby also offers all the groceries you need for your stay. P.s. the best bakery shop is also here! The property is a dream house for anyone that loves a good quality of living! Top quality amenities, kitchen appliances (Miele, Liebherr) you name it! Clean and tidy, yet warm and welcoming! We even enjoyed the Christmas decorations set by Sam and Louis! It is truly a home away from home! Sam and Louis were extremely friendly and helpful! the check-in was super smooth. We enjoyed visiting the places suggested by Sam and certainly the freshly laid eggs from the hen! Will definitely stay again!

Le logement était très calme, idéal pour se reposer, et la terrasse offrait une superbe vue. Michel était très amical et réactif, toujours disponible pour répondre à nos besoins. Nous recommandons vivement cet endroit !

Hôte très agréable réponse rapide, instruction claire et précise pour trouver le logement. Appartement magnifique très accueillant coocooning. A proximité de beaucoup de service. Je recommande vivement pour une escapade en amoureux ou entre amies.

Just spent three weeks at Cile's lovely and spacial apartment. It was as described and Cile was a very helpful host - explaining everything clearly to us and immediately attending to one small issue which we had. The apartment is a little out of Lyon centre, but an easy bus ride. The view of the river and having a great nearby boulangerie and fromagerie easily make up for that. It was really pleasant. As a group of four - we really appreciate that there was adequate seating in the living space and dining room and sufficient space in the fridge and kitchen for us to cook when we wanted. It was also great to have the toilet separate to the bathroom. We did find it a little awkward to walk through the main bedroom to the bathroom - this wouldn't be a problem with family however. To be fair, I think this detail might have been lost in translation from French to the English in the website description. Would definitely recommend Cile's apartment

We loved our stay at the super studio. It was comfortable, and cozy and very convenient with easy walking distance to great restaurants, the public market and metro. We loved the neighborhood. Our host was very responsive to all of our questions and communication was A+ We will request to stay here on future trips we are planning- it had everything we needed and was comfortable, safe and very accommodating and helpful hosts.

Appartement très bien équipé et au calme, bien situé. Hôtes très sympathiques et réactifs.

Studio sympa au calme avec une petite terrasse privative , à proximité du parc Lacroix Laval. Lyon est assez proche en voiture 15min. Top pour un court séjour ou week-end. Bon rapport qualité-prix. Sandrine et son mari ont été super réactif et disponible. Je recommande ce Airbnb sans hésiter.
