We had an absolutely incredible stay at Jay’s Airbnb! From the moment we arrived, it was clear that every detail had been thoughtfully considered. The place itself was everything we could have asked for—cozy, beautifully designed, and nestled in a stunningly scenic area with breathtaking views. During our weekend stay, we experienced over a foot of snow, but Jay had already arranged for a plow service in advance, ensuring the driveway was always clear and accessible. Thanks to his careful planning, we had no issues coming and going, which made our stay stress-free and enjoyable. Beyond that, Jay was an exceptional host—communicative, proactive, and incredibly accommodating. He kept us updated throughout our stay and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Absolutely loved the place very homey, beautiful views of Titus Mountain perfect for my family ski vacation. Denise is so responsive and flexible. We will definitely rent again when we need to stay in Malone NY.

We enjoyed our stay here! Very cozy and quiet. We slept great on the king sized bed in a room with blackout curtains. The neighborhood was very quiet despite its central location. The living room was cozy and the kitchen had what we needed for all the cooking and baking we did. We’ll have to return during warmer months when porch and hot tub are useable.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The views were stunning from the moment you pulled into the driveway and from every window in the house! It was family friendly, our kids loved this house, the kids book shelf and the closet of toys and kid amenities! Anna was super responsive from check in day to check out! We were very happy with our stay and not only are we ready to go back, our kids are already asking for another vacation there!! Highly recommend!

Lovely home that was clean, fresh and full of nice touches, including a welcome gift. Well stocked kitchen, great soaps and toiletries provided with many thoughtful extras. The game room downstairs was a big hit - air hockey a favorite! Our 5yr old grandson enjoyed the backyard, playhouse, sleds. Even had watercolor sets, stencils; we brought artwork home! Our hosts were gracious and attentive. A wonderful stay, will visit again!!
