The home was as described. The home instructions were clear, the home was clean, peaceful and had cute decor. I would recommend this place to others!

We enjoyed our stay at Dale’s place. It was just like the pictures, and tidy. The beds were comfortable, and people should realize they are “full” beds, not king or queen sized like in a hotel. We especially appreciated the enclosed back yard and walkable neighborhood for our pup. We also appreciated the parking spot off the alley. It had everything we needed for a three night stay.

Tom was so welcoming, responsive and accommodating. He made it so easy to stay at the property and just relax all weekend long. He made our school-age children feel welcome also. His local tips were perfect and his availability prior to and during our stay was outstanding. Such a gracious, kind and all around nice host! Would definitely like to stay here again :-)

Great place in a fabulous location

Another great stay in Falcon Heights! We loved the fenced in back yard for the dogs.

We loved our stay. Location was great. Walkable to restaurants, coffee shops, and a brew pub. Loved the fenced in yard for our dog! I also appreciated the nice selection of coffee and tea! Would definitely stay here again.

What a gem of a house! We loved our stay at Crystal’s home over the holidays. The neighborhood is beyond charming - quaint and residential, but just a short walk to coffee shops etc. Our dog loved exploring the large fenced in yard. The King bed upstairs was very comfortable, and the entire house was well set up for anything we needed. Would definitely stay here again!

I've stayed here a couple of times now and both times were great. You can't beat the price and it has everything you need. I look for this property whenever I need to stay in the cities for something. It is street parking only but it feels like a safe neighborhood and I haven't had any trouble finding parking.

Seana was an excellent, responsive host, and her place is cozy, clean, and comfortable. The location is ideal— right by several quality restaurants and near the lake— and the apartment is well equipped with tea, coffee, and a great spot by the window where you can enjoy them in the morning.

Beautiful home and property that served our mini family reunion well. What a treat to have a lovely patio and pool area to hang out and enjoy the surrounding nature. Lots of room for sitting/enjoying meals together outside (and inside) and loved seeing the chicken and horses in the property. Harmala was very responsive during our stay and we appreciated her flexibility with our check-in and departure times. Added bonus was the multiple gorgeous flower arrangements she made with all of the blooming flowers on the property. Thank you, Harmala!

My wife and I loved staying at this beautiful house!! The house was extremely nice, the pool was incredible, and patio was very relaxing. The house was also perfectly clean and had a great ambience and decor. We thought the hosts were great and they did an amazing job making sure we enjoyed every aspect of our trip. We would highly recommend staying there!!

Beautiful apartment, comfortable stay, incredibly spacious unit, thoughtful furnishings, and wonderful amenities! No en-suite coffee despite coffee maker and filters in the kitchen, but a great alternative was the coffee machine in the lobby. Only one key fob, which was a bit inconvenient for 3 guests, but totally workable. Highly recommend, would absolutely love to stay here again!!

amazing, quiet home well located for any attractions. only issue was the front door and back door codes being swapped.

We were 11 adults and 2 kids. There’s enough space for everybody yet it still feels homey. The place is clean and instructions are easy to follow. The hosts are very responsive and made the stay delightful. Amenities are complete and made our stay convenient. 15 mins drive to Mall of America and a few minutes drive to the Eagan Outlet. We would recommend this place to a large group. Would come back if we get a chance!

The host was responsive and welcoming to us and our four dogs. We had questions about parking and securely locking the door to the property behind us. She was quick to respond in both cases and our questions were answered. I would recommend this property to others. It was convenient to us as we visited family and friends Minneapolis.

Other than a bit of an issue getting in (the code didn’t work), my stay was very pleasant. The place is clean, spacious, has comfortable beds and beautiful views over msp downtown. Great location with everything you want at a walking distance. Would 100% recommend.

Laura is such a thoughtful and gracious host! The carriage house is absolutely charming - bright, spacious, peaceful, and private. I felt extremely safe and comfortable throughout my stay. A perfect cozy winter weekend hideaway!

The Cove is a beautiful home to stay in. The description of the home is exactly as what’s described on Airbnb. When we’re in the area again I definitely would stay there again. The host is very responsive and nice. Always checking in on us to make sure things are in order. If you’re in the area I definitely recommend this place to stay!

Lynda demonstrated unparalleled hospitality during our stay. She exceeded our expectations in every way. While some guests prefer a firm bed, my preference as a side sleeper is for a softer surface. Lynda provided a plush pad for the bed, which she retrieved from a tightly zippered container. This thoughtful gesture ensured that all subsequent nights were not only comfortable but also restful. Her attention to detail and dedication to guest satisfaction is truly commendable. We hope to stay with Lynda again when we return to St. Paul.

Perfectly located and a great yard for our dogs.

My house flooded and finding a place to live with two pets is challenging. First of all this house is solid, beautifully maintained and a quiet sort of lovely with quirky fun art and pleasant comfortable furnishings. Walk to Macalester college, a cute drugstore, coffee shops and restaurants easily. I had no trouble with parking or coming home later at night. The well fenced pleasant yard was great for my pets. Full sized appliances and a nicely finished basement that I slept in most nights as there is an extra nice bedroom and roughed in bath downstairs that is not in the description. Plenty of room to put my stuff and I have a lot. This cozy little place made this hard winter so much better. And Joe is helpful, kind hearted and just made this whole thing better. I cannot recommend highly enough. Even my many houseplants I had to bring with did well here.

Tim is a good host to communicate with and to solve our concerns very quickly. The house is clean and well organized. Worth every dollar I paid. Overall great experience.

This was a great place to stay. Ritchie was very responsive and proactive, made everything wonderfully easy. It was a great cozy stay for us while we spent a week in school.
