Very cozy and functional home with plenty of space. Very walkable to downtown Tybee and the beach. There were lots of games, books, and beach toys to keep our family entertained. It truly felt like a home away from home!

Everything was clean and well-kept. Beds and bedding were extremely comfortable and kitchen was well stocked. The welcome note and starter coffee & tea were an added bonus! Everything was maintained and we were very comfortable. The only complaint is the fenced-in outdoor area is not accessible from inside the house, therefore we had to leash our dogs before taking them out to go potty each time. Minor inconvenience, especially in the middle of the night, and I just think it should have been noted in property description. Having said that, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay in this property again. Lovely place!

Matthew’s place is a wonderful stay. Easy to find and easy to get in. Your parking on the property’s gravel path is free. It’s right next to the beach (2 mins… even less). It’s an amazing location. The apartment itself is decently sized for a couple to stay. It has a sizable living room and a balcony in the back as well! Very clean and good amenities. Highly recommended !!

Jodi was very clear with instructions. On the day of check in she had the place ready for us ahead of time and communicated it to us. Great place for us for the days needed. Very close to the ocean. Felt safe and clean. Easy to find. Nice place to relax.

This was our first vacation with our very first grandchild. I didn’t think anything could possibly make it any better, but Jonathan went above and beyond to make sure we were ready for anything and completely comfortable. I’m normally a beach person, but that was a little more than we were prepared for with the little one and her time schedule, so the pool was an absolute Godsend. All 3 of our adult sons came and brought their SO and we had plenty of room to spread out or be together and enjoy ourselves. Thanks Jonathan

Perfect spot for a last-minute stay during our road trip! The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stop. Great location, close to the beach and local spots. Would stay again!

Centrally located to all the best restaurants and bars on Tybee. Walk or ride your bike to the beach. Very friendly and accommodating host. Clean and easy. Had a great stay.

It was a dream! Cute inside and out. The patio is darling and a great place to bring our dog. No pet fee or deposit as well! We will be back next year.

A great space for our moms get away! Plenty of room, plenty of household goods, great location and clean clean space! Neighbors were a bit noisy, but that’s also part of the location- right off the main road on Tybee. Close to everything. Everything is walkable!

We visited Linda and Jay's in November 2024 and had a very special week in this house. With young children, the proximity to the beach and ease of access was a huge difference maker. My wife and I went down the beach several nights after the kids were in bed and star gazed knowing we could be back in the house in under 30 seconds if needed. The home itself was very well appointed for working remotely. See above proximity to beach making it easy to pop out for 30 min or an hour easily if you need to do this. I would also say this house would be perfect for multi family or large family gatherings. We used the bedrooms and full baths as assets to make it easier to care for 2 under 2, but given each bedroom has its own full bath, you could have everyone together while still not needing to share those private spaces. Highly recommended!!

Great house and great location. Perfect house for families to spread out and enjoy their trip. Convenient to beach just one road over to public access. We rented the golf cart and it was a perfect addition. The pool was great!

We had a wonderful time in Jim's beautiful place. Everything - the furniture and beds, the kitchen and bathrooms, were comfortable and worked well. The big picture window really was wonderful and especially so when we had some colder weather and rain; we could happily sit in the living room and the unobstructed ocean view was right in front of us. Of course, the view was from the deck as well. Communication with Jim and his associates Greg and Nicole, was excellent throughout, including when we were on-site. Nicole answered every question quickly by text and in a most friendly way. The location with the walkability to Cologny Square was perfect for us. We enjoyed all the restaurants and shops there and in the area. We enjoyed people watching at the park area at the entrance to Cologny Beach. For us, this was a relaxing-by-the-ocean vacation. Hilton Head certainly offers a lot more to do, but we enjoyed just 'being there' and Jim's place made that especially nice.

The Southern Pecan coffee was excellent. Easy access to beach. Loved the extra blankets, pillows, etc. nice big balcony. Would stay there again!

My Husband and I loved this gem of a place. The location is perfect. Beautiful views of the ocean from the 3rd floor. The condo was very clean. The bed and linens were comfortable. Craig was kind and responsive. This place surpassed our expectations and we truly had a wonderful vacation!

Great condo in a great location! We hiked to meals each morning and the beach was easy to access and lovely. Heather and Mark communicated clearly and were easy to get ahold of. The only downside was the heated pool was closed our last day for cleaning; not something the hosts can control but a bummer for my 7-year old. The board games in the kitchen were a plus! We’d definitely stay here again.

This is a fantastic place to stay in HHI! It’s a roomy, updated, clean and comfortable space and exceeded my expectations. My family of five had plenty of space and the accommodations for young children were super convenient. Parking, pool and beach access are perfect for those with little ones. Tara is a great communicator and we felt safe the entire time. We will definitely be back :)

Great little spot. Just a few blocks from the main strip of bars and restaurants. Small and humble, but efficient use of the space, so if you’re ok with the non-fancy, it’s the perfect spot. Great value. Will stay here again for sure if we come back to Tybee for another golf trip.

Very nice place, looks just like pictures plenty of room! Close to everything and very nice beach access

This was a wonderful location for us and our extended family ranging from 2 yrs old to 75. The beach is a very close and easy walk for all (there was a beach wagon and chairs in the garage—we had brought our own also). The pool is right outside the front door and also extremely convenient. The house is as described and more. The amenities are wonderful with an extremely well stocked kitchen that is also labeled and organized. More silverware and plates than you could ever need, serving dishes, pots and everything you could ask for. It was clean and well kept, we have already booked for next year!

Andrew was a great host. His condo was very clean, had a great view of the ocean, and convenient to everything. I am just going to note for future guests that the bathroom has a sliding barn door that really doesn't provide much privacy. My husband and I, however, would stay here again.

We had a great time staying on Tybee Island! My family of 9 stayed very comfortably in the house. Loved all the king beds & that everyone had their own bathroom. The master suite is absolutely fantastic! Loved so many deck areas & that it was within walking distance to the beach. It is close enough to Savannah that we were able to drive into Savannah for the day & enjoy the night life. It is also so nice to have a double garage available since parking is at a premium. We would definitely stay here again next time we find ourselves near Tybee Island & Savannah!! Thank you for a fantastic vacation!

47 Steps was phenomenal. My wife and I visited for our honeymoon, and we are ready to come back! Tracy was a wonderful hostess, and we highly recommend her. The area was beautiful and there is so much to do.

The accommodations were absolutely beautiful and there was nothing better than waking up to the amazing ocean view! it was a great location to serve as home base as we explored Tybee Island Savannah and local area. we would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Great location, especially for families! The beach is right down the street, which made coming/going often much more feasible with young kids for naps and meals. Amy's place has a playroom with plenty of toys to keep small kids entertained for a week trip, and the beach gear was so convenient, especially if you are arriving via airplane as we did. There are plenty of beach toys/chairs and a great cart that made transporting all the gear a breeze. Amy also gave us a call ahead of our stay to answer a few questions we had and was lovely to speak with. Thanks so much for sharing your cozy bungalow!!
