This is a wonderful condo that is well equipped with everything you could possibly need. It is very close by the historic downtown area. If it had been a bit warmer (I was there in February), I would’ve enjoyed the outdoor deck and swimming pool but there was no loss because I loved the indoor hot tub! Brendan was very responsive when I reached out to him , he’s a great host. I also slept really well in his bedroom. It is located in the back part of the house away from the street and it’s extremely quiet with a very comfortable bed. I highly recommend this place if you come to Savannah!

This was the perfect spot for our relaxing vacation in Hilton Head. The home layout, space, amenities and location were perfect for our two families. Lots of great amenities close by - highly recommend!

Amazing house, just as shown in pictures and description. Was very clean upon arrival. Plenty of silverware, plates, glasses, etc in kitchens. Nicely decorated, lots of seating in home. Pool and hot tub heated as we requested for the addition fee. Only issue was the torn screens that allowed leaves to enter pool area and the pool. Had to constantly clean the pool out as leaves accumulate quickly. Elevator was not functioning upon arrival, but hosts quickly addressed this once we noticed them. Description of beach supplies that they provided not accurate. Only one beach chair, we assumed there would be at least 4-6 for us to use. There was one bike, could not use as missing a pedal. Overall a great home with just about everything we wanted. Super clean, plenty of towels. Hosts very responsive. For what we paid for home would have been nice to check in earlier than 4pm. Would stay here again, great home and great location.

Wonderful condo with everything needed. Indoor pool and hot tub were a big plus and well maintained. Well stocked kitchen. Prefer to have less clutter in kitchen drawers and decorative items. King bed was very comfortable. Clean and easiest access with parking near back door for unloading. The frosted cranberry hand soap in bathroom was a nice touch. Amazing shower! Gloria was the most responsive and nicest owner we have been hosted by. We enjoyed going to the outdoor bar with food available at the Marriott vacation rentals next to the public beach access! We look forward to renting from Gloria again. Had a fantastic time during the holidays there. Island Life bike rentals were fantastic to work with too.

We had a blast staying here during our stay in Tybee Island. Jenny and team were extremely responsive and helpful. We loved every part of the home.

A wonderful weekend stay for our group! The place is huge, right next to a convenience store, and very walkable to a lot of places. Jerry is friendly, always responsive, and provided clear instructions.

We were on a road trip - easy check in. Awesome spot. Kris was very responsive. We would come back for sure.

Great little house! There were cupcakes from the local bakery waiting for us when we arrived, they were an absolute hit with the kids! Very easy to get to and from downtown, great location!

This place is so charming and cozy! It’s in an adorable square slightly off of the beaten path but easily walkable to all of the local hotspots downtown. Super easy check-in and parking. Definitely a gem!

The home was lovely and nostalgic. It fits in perfectly with the surrounding area. The location is the main reason we chose this home as you can walk to many shops, restaurants and historic sites. The area is clean and well kept, street lighting was great for a walk home after dinner. The house had all necessary items for our stay. Heat/AC/hot water all worked great. We were able to street park directly in front of the home every day without issue. My only con was the master bed, I’m a bed snob, it was ok but not something I’d recommend. We were only there a few nights so manageable, but if I had to stay longer it would have been a major issue.

This lovely and cozy property, with a particularly magical entrance, is strolling distance to Savannah’s parks and historic neighborhoods. Joyce offered clear and abundant information about restaurants, shops, and activities. The place was clean with amenities as well as interesting with art and charming garden. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

If you’re looking for the perfect Historic spot this is it! Easy to find, park, walk everywhere you need & the bathtub is perfect! I enjoyed a few bubble baths while watching a storm pass in my stay. This place is peaceful & worth the price. I’ll be back for a staycation. The biggest plus was being able to have my furrbaby with us!

Stephanie’s place was so great especially for the price! It was perfect for 9 of us for my bachelorette! Very clean and bigger than I thought! Thanks again!

We loved the cottage! We had three different sets of family, friends stay with us over 10 days and they loved it also. We would come back and the others said they would too.

We had a wonderful time staying at Pamela’s place with our family of 5! The location was great- tucked away but close to everything we needed by walking or biking. The house is super cute and thoughtfully decorated and very comfortable- even better than the pictures. The pool was awesome- just the right size for our kids and we appreciated the shallow end for our littlest one. We’d come back here in a heartbeat! Also don’t miss getting ice cream at The Ice Cream Cone near Coligny! So good!

Beautiful and spacious home in a wonderful neighborhood. We were there for a wedding at Harborside and the home was perfect. Beautiful views and quiet neighborhood.

The house was perfect for our large family! It had plenty of bathrooms (and hot water) for quick and easy clean up of the little ones after long days at the beach and on the water. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe! Lots to do in the area all within minutes of the house. The whole family enjoyed the swimming pool. The location offered easy access to anywhere we wanted to go. Tracy was wonderful and easy to contact. I’d definitely pick this home again if ever in the area!

We had a great stay for the week with kids and grandkids. My only disappointment was the grill was rusty and unusable

Loved the location and the place was perfect for what we needed. We had a small complication for check in and receiving the code to get in but once we contacted them they fixed the problem. Our AC unit broke and they sent someone over immediately and it was fixed within the hour. Other than that no other problems! Would definitely rent from this location again.

Brandi was very helpful. Her place is impeccably furnished. The towels and bedding were very soft and comfortable. The sofas are very comfortable. We enjoyed the outdoor patio. The townhouse is centrally located and on several bike paths. We would definitely stay here again.

The home is beautiful.. a great family getaway! Our family stayed the week after Christmas. We especially enjoyed the hot tub, the ping pong room in the basement, the grill, the three king suites on the main floor, the beach access and the lovely quiet neighborhood. Our host at Hilton Head Vacations was extremely responsive! We highly recommend this property!

We had a wonderful stay. Property was in a great location and had everything we needed. Some items that were available but not on the listing were, pool towels, 2 baby gates, a pack-n-play and a disassembled crib. It would have been helpful to know that ahead of time as we had 3 young children, so perhaps those can be added to listing. Pool was only about waist deep so not really adult swim friendly but great for cooling off and for the kiddos. Would stay again.
