You could not select a better location than this, with access to the Cape, beaches, and the Canal road for biking and walking. The apartment is modern and immaculate with a nice deck on which to relax. To top it off you could not find more pleasant hosts than Diane and Barry. We will surely visit again!

We had a short but pleasant stay at Gail’s and the in-law apartment was perfect! Check in was easy and the apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed with great snacks! This is a great location for exploring Falmouth and the rest of the Cape and Gail is super friendly and responsive. We hope to stay longer next time!

We enjoyed our stay very much, the space was cozy, clean, and well appointed furnishings. Diana was welcoming, and helpful. The home in a quiet location was a great base for exploring the Cape!

The photos and description do not do this place justice. From the moment we walked in we felt gently hugged by every detail. Beautifully designed, restful shapes and colors, local art everywhere, wood and glass and stained glass--not too much, just enough visual interest. The fireplace was wonderful--it generates heat and it was well below freezing most of the time we were there! The kitchen is terrific: lots of counter space, great appliances, serviceable spice rack, three kinds of balsamic, a candle to light at the table, standard size washer dryer. Quiet and lovely, watching the tide come and go, wildlife everywhere, quiet and peaceful. Very comfortable bed and two full-size couches for stretching out. We love the lower cape but it was hard to leave this space--we were so happy just to stay in. Thanks so much for the best AirBNB we've ever enjoyed!

Mary Alice's place is so charming, equipped with everything I needed in daily life, and surrounded by full of green and peaceful neighbors. She is also very responsive and supportive in the communication. Definetely recommend, and wish to come back again!

It is an unbelievably beautiful location and the place is well-kept. This is the perfect spot for anyone looking to be near nature and the Boston area.

I had a great stay at the boathouse. There was great communication between the host and I. Nancy kindly excepted an early check-in as I flew on a redeye from LA to Boston.. I will definitely keep this place on my list of places that I stay on the Cape!

This was my first time booking with a property management company so the reservation process was a bit more in-depth than normal but they are clearly very professional and experienced hosts. Overall we had an amazing stay for our girls trip. The house was beautiful and had plenty of space.

Wonderful stay! A cute and classic Cape Cod home- so cozy and charming. The location can't be beat for a peaceful retreat within strolling distance to many beaches and beautiful spots. The area is safe and family friendly. The house is clean and tidy and has everything you need. We stayed for a week and would have happily stayed longer. Sean was friendly and responsive. Check in and out were a breeze. 10/10 experience.

This was a family Christmas getaway, and it was perfect.

Ana’s place was perfect for our long weekend girl’s trip. The kitchen, grill, and outdoor seating were great for a cookout. We loved walking and biking to Morning Glory Farm for coffee, breakfast, and produce for our day!

It truly felt like a home away from home. The hosts were so kind and welcoming, and they provided lots of helpful information about local restaurants, activities, and things to do in the area. BEAUTIFUL, SPOTLESSLY CLEAN AND FURNISHED! Directions, Entry Instructions and communication from Xuan could not have been better. The area is clean, residential, and Cape Cod quaint...and 4 minutes from some great restaurants, a Stop & Shop, and auto shops, as needed. Close to Route 28, so access to the entire Cape is easy. The 3 Bedrooms were great; there were 2 futons in the Living Room to accommodate extra guests---we had 2 couples + 1 single and were very happy. Modern, undamaged furnishings made staying there a breeze. The kitchen was great, clean, stocked with utensils and cooking necessities and very functional (although we really didn't do lots of cooking). Backyard and fire pit were nice, off of a great deck...but there was a state-wide ban on fires, so we didn't use the backyard on cool evenings. For 5+ people, very fair daily cost. Thanks!

Anika's place was perfect! It was beautiful and clean and had all the space we needed. Anika was also extremely responsive and helpful.

Richard's place was clean, spacious for our needs, very well located, and had a nice little outdoor space. The rooms were fine, and the kitchen was very well stocked. Richard was very responsive. The location was great for us, right in town and a few minute walk to all the restaurants and galleries. The onsite parking was very convenient. There are two bedrooms which each sleep two people, and a pull-out bed couch in the livingroom. We were a group of four (one couple) and we used all beds, it worked well for us. We would stay at Richard's again!

It is always comforting to stay at Anna’s condo. It feels like home with well thought out amenities, clean spaces, quiet surroundings and such a helpful host. It is a great space for families and has all you need to cook in. I highly recommend staying here.

Jim is a great host. The unit is very nicely updated. It was clean, attractive and very comfortable. Very convenient to Commercial St. with stores, restaurants and the beach. Unit is on second and third floors. The third floor is like a mini suite. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We absolutely loved our stay at Julia’s home! It was in amazing location close to the beautiful downtown but also very private. The private beach is hard to beat! The space was clean, exactly as pictured, and was stocked with anything you could need. Julia was an amazing host who provided clear instructions and responded quickly. We can’t wait to return for our next stay here. Thanks again Julia!!

What a relaxing and wonderful stay! Barbara’s place was welcoming and even better than the pictures. The house has everything you need and the addition of the community pool was the cherry on top. The host was extremely responsive and helpful. We look forward to returning to Barbara‘s place the next time my family and I visit MV.

A beautiful place to visit. We’ve stayed in another room before and will definitely be back again. Once you park your car there’s no need to get it again until you leave. Everything is in walking distance which makes this place so convenient.

Great space, close walk to all the places we needed to go. Loved the open layout of the kitchen and living room areas, awesome to lounge around during our downtimes. Bathrooms fit our needs and beds were comfortable. Nice and thoughtful amenities such as the Dove body soap and toothpaste. TV cable was much appreciated as well as the electric piano! Thanks for a great stay, would book again.

Staying at Anil’s condo on the water was a little slice of heaven! It was just as depicted in the photos, but more charming in real life. We especially loved the art that adorned the walls and shelves, and being able to see the water from every vantage point (upstairs and downstairs) was magical. (And what a genius idea to make the kitchen backsplash a mirror, so even when you’re back is turned to the water, you can still see it :) Honestly being there off/pre-season made it even more special, as we felt like we had the neighborhood to ourselves, whilst there were still several great restaurants open for dining out. We’ve stayed in several Airbnb’s over the years, but this place topped the charts. We’ll be going back there in our minds for sure, and hopefully in real life, too!
