Huge private home sitting in a tucked away piece of paradise that any age will enjoy!! If approved you could park10 +vehicles on gravel pad. This is an older home with alot of history, but it is a beautiful gem and works great for multi family gathering or an intimate wedding, anniversary, proposal. The beds are WONDERFUL. The only suggestion is replace the main house living room rug,due to the fibers and fuzz balls it releases in the air when walked on. The last suggestion is maybe a few upgraded pans and kitchen utensils in kitchen. I understand its a Rental and people take and break, but new kitchenware,mixing bowls ect. is a big deal to a family chief when needing in the moment. we definitely look forward to visiting this home& guest house again in the future. Joseph and Angie was very responsive and all his animals are very friendly. Our plan is to spend some time with animals and stay away from city life. This place fulfilled our expectation. The house is little old and bathroom doors needs some attention. Other than that, we loved the stay no regrets. Joseph gave additional hours at checkout and this was the first Airbnb who gave check-in early too. They were very generous providing all needful kitchen supplies and grocery, even though we didn't cook much. I will definitely recommend this place for anyone who want to have a secluded and silent environment with farm animals. Their Dogs are so sweet and friendly stayed all time in front of our door and walked with us inside the farm any time. Thanks to Joesph and Angie once again!

I will definitely come back . It was very peaceful. The tiny home was so beautifully decorated and clean. They even have snacks andCandy. There was still some frozen dinners in freezer lol . The hosts were amazing . I will definitely go back and unplug from the world .

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb! From the moment I arrived, I felt right at home. The space was spotless, cozy, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The host was incredibly responsive! The location was perfect—quiet and peaceful, yet close to everything I wanted to explore. This house is a great option if you plan on going to Jarrod’s place bike park which is roughly a 20 minute drive from the house. After a long day of riding, the hot tub was absolutely perfect for unwinding and relaxing. The garage was also a huge plus, giving us a safe and convenient place to store our bikes. I can’t wait to return! Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient getaway, especially for mountain bikers!

We chose this place because we love Mentone, DeSoto St Park, just the whole area and I was looking for enough room for 6 of us and our dog. Our doodle vacations with us and this house was perfect with a large front yard on a quiet street. It was a meet in the middle place for our group. We like to cook, play games, puzzle, hike while we are here and Misti's place had great spaces especially for games and puzzles and was so cozy with the propane heaters and fireplace. Our power went out during the night in a storm but we were able to stay until it was restored because of the light from all the windows and we were plenty warm with the fireplace. We made use of the generous gift for breakfast for 2 at Hatter's in Mentone. Reservations are recommended for the best experience and we really had a nice time. It is a wonderfully unique place and the food was great. I loved that this was not the cookie cutter cabin but a beautiful cottage with attention to detail. We would happily return.

We absolutely LOVED our stay! We came for our kids spring break to get away and have some family time. After one day of exploring the nearby Cloudland canyon state park, we decided to take an entire day to just relax and enjoy each-others company. We loved playing games, resting on the patio, using the hot tub and drinking coffee to the sun rise over the mountains. This home is beautiful, comfortable and relaxing. From the views to the incredibly comfy beds we thoroughly enjoyed this space. We felt right at home and would love to come back for another extended weekend.

We enjoyed our two night stay very much. We're a family of 7 adults and one 9 year old. There was plenty of space for everyone. Our only complaints were that the fireplace had a lot of ash left and the andiron was broken, making it a little difficult to get the fire started. Naturally it was colder in the lower level rooms since the thermostat was for the main level and lower level but it was not a problem. The small portable heater for the bathroom downstairs should be replaced as it did not heat. The main level living room had four chairs that look like they have had lots of wear. A sofa in that room would be very nice. We were asked to put the trash in the outside trash cans but they were full when we arrived. One of us drove a pickup truck so we were able to take our trash but it could have been a problem otherwise. We felt like we had plenty of space for our group of eight and would recommend a stay at this cabin.

Emmye and Seth's tiny home was quite comfortable, clean, and had everything I needed during my stay. They communicated with me well, and check in and out was simple and straightforward. The lot is lovely, right by the river, private without being completely secluded, as there are neighbors in the area. The river bordering the property is lovely, though I didn't have the opportunity to take the kayaks out and enjoy it, given the season and cold weather. Maybe I'll get to return and explore a little more next time!
