This is a great location! Walkable to downtown and stadium. Apartment was clean and Neil had some basic amenities in case you forgot something. Neil is quick to respond to messages I would stay here again on another visit.

Perfect location for UNCA and downtown. Phil’s was quiet and spacious- perfect for a couple or group of friends. There’s a Murphy bed in the living room that was so comfy and even has a privacy curtain. We appreciated how new and clean everything was, the ceiling fans, and loved having a laundry room. Phil has thought of the extras like lots of towels, fresh flowers and a couple of cold beverages in the fridge. Nice gravel lot in the back for easy parking. We stayed for a weekend and didn’t hear a peep from any neighbors the entire time. Slept like babies! Looking forward to coming back.

Beautiful downstairs apartment with private entrance. Felt very private from the main house. Beautifully decorated and comfortable. Large space and spotlessly clean! Lots of thought went into everything you might need. Snacks and drinks in kitchen and bath amenities. Bed was comfortable and linens and pillows top notch. Easy walking distance to beautiful Main Street with great food and shopping.

My stay with Adam was amazing. I stayed during the hurricane and Adam was very responsive and checked in on me to make sure my stay was going well. Location was perfect for me, very nice neighborhood with lots of great food and close enough to downtown for tourist purposes. I felt very safe during my stay and felt right at home. Would stay again.

I’ll keep it short. It’s like the descriptions and comments from the hosts and visitors. Two things that I can mention and add to the informations (even if they might sound negative, I was fully satisfied with my stay, just want to complete the picture) 1) there is a fire station close by so that firefighters with their cars are passing by regularly (simetimes with sirens) - even if this sounds bad, as the appartment is set back from the street, it did not impact me very much 2) and this is related to that I decided to not use a car, the place is 45 min by foot away from downtown and groceries are also not really able to reach by foot. The appartment is located in a rather quiet area, but some really good food spots and breweries are 5-7min away by foot. Should be aware of it I would book it again!

We had a great stay!! Appreciated the fresh bag of ice waiting for us, loved being close to everything and even caught a Tourists game.

Rebecca’s place was perfect for our time in Athens. It was close to campus and downtown, which is just what I was looking for. It was a cozy space for my two daughters and I to hang out for the weekend. Rebecca even left my shoes out for my daughter to pick up when I left them behind.

Really enjoyed the house! Plenty of space for all guests. Back deck space was an awesome hangout spot and the kids loved the kayaking.

Wonderful location and very easy check-in. The place was clean and comfortable. The decorations were also adorable (loved the gnome theme). Would definitely recommend.

The location was unique and amazing. It was remote and very peaceful, away from all the fast paced norms of life but still close enough to have the amenities of a small town with shops and restaurants. Close to the river where it was great for fishing and seeing wildlife and just a general walk in the evening. Lauren was incredibly responsive and the house itself was great with a great layout for the family and many places to enjoy. If you are looking to get away from the stresses of everyday life (still have wifi if you need to check your emails etc.) this is the place for you, you won't regret it.

Jennifer was kind, swift, and respectful to us whenever she communicated. Her home was clean and as described. We felt comfortable and safe staying with our kids in both the house and the neighborhood. Our kids felt right at home. It was great for our family! The location is close enough to feel convenient in regards to restaruants, coffee, and shopping, but secluded enough to feel peaceful and more private. This was our first airbnb experience and we would definitely look at staying there again.

The location of the house is perfect. It is close to walking trails, shopping, great restaurants, and Andy's ice cream. We went for a walk each night after dark. Felt safe with the surroundings. Great neighborhood!

Avni was a great host. He was flexible, responsive, and super helpful. His home is absolutely beautiful and looks like the pictures. Space was clean and open. Home was quiet, peaceful, and lots of things were a short drive away. We would recommend staying here!

This was a nice place for a weekend stay! The place was clean when we arrived and exactly like the pictures. This place is very close to Pigeon Forge as well, like 5 minutes away with lots of things even closer than that. Matt was also responsive when necessary and has local and not as touristy recommendations. Great, well rounded place!

Perfect for a getaway! Close to the downtown area. Very nice and quiet area. The place was exactly what was listed! We had absolutely no issues with communication. This was a very cozy place with a scenic view from the balcony! I would definitely stay here again and recommend!

Chuck’s air bnb was a great location, perfect & peaceful surroundings and pet friendly. The river that runs behind the condo was amazing. The beds were super comfy. Great water pressure . Perfect place for a family of four and a fur baby. Would definitely stay there again.

Christopher was an amazing host and very helpful whenever we had any questions. The place was very clean, nice, and made you feel like you are at home. Also, a great location in walking distance straight to downtown gatlinburg.

Highly recommended, clean, comfortable and a 5 minute walk to the main strip but slightly away from all of the heavy traffic with a bypass to avoid the busy main strip.

This loft is walkable to the main shopping and restaurant area. It is also walkable to Unity Park and the Swamp Rabbit Trail. The loft was very quiet and clean. We really enjoyed our stay!
