Wow! What an amazing condo! It is fully equipped with dishes, pots & pans, glassware, etc. The location was perfect for us. We absolutely enjoyed our stay and we definitely look forward to staying here again!

J’ai été très satisfaite de mon passage à l’Espace Cosy. J’avais réservé ce mignon condo spécialement pour une séance photo, et en arrivant sur place, j’ai tout de suite été conquise : c’est encore plus beau qu’en photo. L’endroit est chaleureux, parfaitement organisé, et les indications sont claires, nettes et précises. L’hôte répond très rapidement — j’avais une question et il m’a répondu immédiatement. J’y retournerai sans hésiter, et je le recommanderai à mes amis. Merci encore pour votre hospitalité!

Easy check-in. Parking nearby. Felt like home away from home!

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour chez Philippe. Le logement correspond parfaitement aux photos de l’annonce : propre et bien aménagé. Je recommande vivement cette propriété, que ce soit pour un voyage professionnel ou un séjour de détente.

Le logement de Josée est superbe, bien agencé et bien situé. Nous avons eu de très bons conseils; nous avons adoré notre séjour.

Tout était impeccable! David a été très réactif lorsque nous avons eu besoin (pour l’entrée dans le logement, pour s’assurer que tout allait bien, pour les différentes consignes. L’appartement idéal pour nos besoins. Bien équipé et propre. Bien situé. Commerces et restos à proximité. Le stationnement est vraiment un plus. Nous y retournerons c’est certain!

I appreciated the location and the parking stall in the building. Maxime and Marie were pleasant to communicate with and prompt with their reply. Their suite is well equip, in a quiet and secure building. Thank you!

Arrivée autonome qui s’est bien effectuée, avec des explications claires des hôtes envoyées préalablement. Le boulevard Charest n’est pas particulièrement charmant, mais à l’avantage d’être facile d’accès et près de la rue St-Joseph, où il y a plein de bons cafés/restos/bars/libraires/bibliothèque/théâtre. SAQ et épicerie tout près aussi. Parking couvert derrière le bloc qui revient environ à 30$ du vendredi au dimanche. Condo moderne d’une propreté extrême. Super fonctionnel, bien aménagé, avec des équipements de qualité. Lit semi-ferme (mousse) confortable avec literie très douillette, hyper confortable. Électros neufs. Gym sur le même étage. Tranquille la nuit, car du côté donnant sur le stationnement (pas la plus belle vue, mais au moins, c’est calme pour dormir). Communication minimale, mais efficace (via l’app) avec l’hôte Cédric, très réactif, pour l’arrivée et le départ. Merci beaucoup pour l’accueil, nous avons beaucoup aimé St-Roch et reproduiront l’expérience! 💕⚜️

! The location was ideal—right in the heart of Old Quebec, within walking distance of all the major attractions, restaurants, and cafés. It made exploring the city so easy and enjoyable. The condo itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was fully equipped, the beds were cozy, and the living space was both stylish and inviting. My kids absolutely loved it! There was plenty of space for them to relax, and the setup was very family-friendly.

Anne is a great host. She is responsive and replies quick. The place is spotless clean and is located in a safe building. There is a prepaid parking right behind the building. Overall I highly recommend this place and will book again for my next visits.

Sarinah’s place was perfect and just what we needed. Easy to check in. Easy to come and go. Parking was close and very convenient. Nice grocery store located just a few minutes walk away, as well as bus stops and other conveniences.

Thank you for providing such a lovely place to stay - it truly felt like coming home after a busy day exploring Quebec! The host was so kind and responsive, we ended up getting there about 30 minutes before check-in and she allowed us to enter the building early to avoid the winds. All communication was incredibly quick and the place overall was clean and comfortable - cannot wait to be back in Quebec and will definitely be back!

Really outstanding apartment. As a solo, female traveller, I felt very safe and very comfortable staying at this location. Onsite, secure parking was a bonus as I decided to drive in from Ottawa. Quebec City has all the vibes of Europe and the cobblestone streets and heritage architecture reminded me of home. It is by far, one of Canada’s most beautiful destinations. North was an exceptional, proactive host, who made sure that I had everything I would need. Highly recommend this host and I most certainly will make this my “go to” the next time I am in Quebec City.

The place was super clean and he was incredibly accommodating and prepared! Loved the kitchen and how spacious and clean the place was :) Will definitely be back !!

Mario was a really great person. He was friendly through out our stay. He gave us some really good suggestions of restaurants and places to visit in the old town. It helped us during the stay

Le logement de René est spacieux, très bien équipé, et arrangé avec beaucoup de goût. Nous y avons passé un excellent séjour et nous avions toujours plaisir à nous y retrouver pour passer un bon moment en fin de journée. Nous le recommandons vivement.

Bright, sunny and very tidy house close to the river. We had everything we need, kitchen is fully equipped, it was important for us to cook at home. We had a lot of fun with jacuzzi in backyard and enjoying fireplace during chilly evenings. 3 min ride are big grocery, pharmacy, bank and coffee shop. Neighborhood is amazing: green and quiet. We did barbecue in sunny terrace. Hosts are great. Replied immediately to all our requests. And it was sooo sweet from them to provided us with little welcome gifts. For sure will come back next year. Highly recommend.

This place was perfect for me and my two children. The check-in was easy and the host was friendly, accommodating and available at all times. The house is slightly older but everything was very clean and comfortable. There is a shared entrance but we hardly noticed the owner come and go so this aspect was not a bother for us at all. I will definitely consider Mario‘s place again when I visit Quebec. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

We had a wonderful time in the city partially due to staying here. The location is perfect and the house was too. Our party of 6 felt right at home and the kids had so much for with all the available fun stuff.

Tous étais très bien pensé pour rendre notre fin de semaine agréable promenade sur le lac avec les traîneaux, le sauna exterieur ,le foyer intérieur et extérieur la salle de jeux et de gym et le chalet assez grand avec des grandes chambres pour nous acceuillir 6 adultes et 2 enfants qui étaient en pleurs de devoir partir.Merci à Richard pour sa gentillesse et le bon service .
