Chaudière River : locations de vacances avec lave-linge et sèche-linge

Great location right in the middle of town. Everything you could want to do was walkable from here (or a very quick drive at most). The communication leading up to check in was great / extremely responsive. The 2 flights of stairs to bring in luggage might be difficult for someone who has accessibility issues, however, not a concern for us. The apartment was a perfect size for our one-night stay and was extremely comfortable. Would recommend to anyone staying in Old Quebec City.

Perfect spot in the middle of St George; wonderful views of the river and within walking distance of good restaurants. Very well furnished including kitchen utensils and supplies.

Lovely older neighborhood; the apartment is spacious as advertised and charming ;close to downtown; comes with parking, which was important for us.

Dave met us outside the place and gave us a brief tour and fabulous suggestions. We had a blizzard blow in during our stay and Dave was a great help with parking and suggestions for how to make the most of the city. The street is a bit busy, but that’s because it’s so accessible to the old quarter. If you’re willing to walk a bit it’s very convenient to get to Frontenac, a park with ice skating, and XC skiing, running, or cycling along the River. St. Joseph around the corner has a great market and several eateries and fun spots for drinks only 5-10 away. We had a great stay despite the blizzard!

This place worked out really well for our final night in Quebec. With only a few short hours to explore Vieux Quebec the central location was perfect. We picked a restaurant only later to realize it was on the same block. The loft was a very neat experience for us and our two kids and the space was clean and cozy. Thanks!

My daughter and I had a great stay with France et Charles! This charming rental is very clean and quiet, and and has great character. Locations - including many restaurants - within Old Quebec are only a short walk away. Our hosts were extremely accommodating and very responsive. Parking (if needed) was located conveniently immediately behind the building for a very reasonable daily rate. There is an excellent restaurant (La Patate D'Or) located on the first floor of the building which I also highly recommend! We wouldn't hesitate to stay with these hosts again.

Belles chambres et literie confortable. Jeux de societe et possibilite de faire un feu en plus du spa et du babyfoot. Tres bien.

Superbe endroit avec une magnifique vue sur le village et l’église de Saint-Victor, profitez-en, c’est super !

Notre séjour était pour faire du Quad entre amis. Avec la trail qui passe en avant de la maison, ça a facilité nos randonnées. Je recommande pour les amateurs de Quad.

Super séjour et endroit très chaleureux ! Louis a été très aimable et généreux de son temps. Tout près du massif du sud, un endroit parfait pour passer du bon temps en famille ou entre amis 😌 Nous y retournerons assurément en été comme en hivers.

This chalet was beautiful!!! First thing I noticed was how bright and clean everything was! The beds/kitchen table were beautifully decorated! Extremely comfortable for families of young children and we had many activities inside and out. From video/board games, to a coloring nook, pool table, space for outside play/sledding and fire. This chalet had separate spaces for the adults to have fun with the kids near by with the 2nd floor loft. Both bathrooms were extremely clean and a lot of safe/storage for all my families needs. The KITCHEN had EVERYTHING you could need to cook and prepare a nice family dinner. The huge windows brought the most BEAUTIFUL natural light in the morning and throughout the day. We absolutely love every minute of our stay and can’t wait to explore more of their properties!

Nous étions de passage pour participer a un événement sportif et le logement était bien adapté pour moi et mes coéquipiers. La vue sur Québec est imprenable. Notre hôte Brigitte, répondait toujours rapidement à nos questions et a su nous accommoder.

Wonderful stay! Thank you so much! Brilliant interior design, well located in the Quartier Sainte Roche, walkable to the destination areas and a nice riverside park only two or three blocks away. Comfy beds! Building-adjacent underground parking was a nice plus. All lovely and memorable- we hope to return again.

L’appartement est très bien avec un coin salon et une chambre à part. Il est bien équipé. Il est situé dans un endroit à la mode avec de bons restos, cafés, bar, épiceries fines, etc. On a une place de parking à l’arrière. Je recommande vivement.

Dans les appartements les mieux équipés que j’ai fréquenté! Tout y était! Très joli et comme les photos. C’est un quartier en développement et il y a malheureusement beaucoup de pauvreté autour, mais nous ne nous sommes jamais senti en danger, juste triste de voir ces personnes dans cet état. Les restaurants sont légion dans le coin, et en 15 minutes j’étais rendu au Centre des Congrès en utilisant les fameuses marches! Logement impeccable, on y retournera sûrement :)

Staying at Guillaume’s place was just what we needed. The location makes you feel like a local as opposed to an outsider. Access to superb and different restaurants and quaint cafes. Exactly what we wished for, would recommend.

The hosts were outstanding. The condo was clean, spacious, and well-located, making it very walkable. I highly recommend staying there and would return.

Amazing place, it had all the amenities and more that you need! Lots of stores are in walkable distance and the old Quebec City is very close as well. The only tricky thing is the parking spot because we had a larger vehicle but other than that it’s an amazing place
