I stayed at Juliann's Southwind condo at Seven Springs with 12 people (grandparents, parents, and 18-20 year old children) for a ski weekend in January 2025. The garage has lots of room for 8-10 people to get into ski gear and head out to the slopes. The garage space heater got us all warmed up as soon as we came in from the slopes and hung up our snow gear too! The kitchen had plenty of cookware for us to heat up a Clem's barbecue dinner each night. We had plenty of room at the dining table. Three bathrooms were plenty for our group. We used all 4 bedrooms and the fold out chairs in the basement area. The hot tub was used each night and the view of the trees covered in snow was picture perfect. Overall, an excellent condo for a big family group to enjoy Seven Springs Skiing! I would stay her again!

Everything was phenomenal. Plenty of space to maneuver and have gatherings with loved ones.

This place was such a great getaway with the gang! Gordon was super responsive and very friendly and understanding. Lots of room for us to sleep and it’s right next to the shuttle stop to go to the ski resort! Super convenient. Also the hot tub is super legit - probably the best one we used so far. Great space for us and the tvs were awesome we all watched football. Such a great weekend honestly I’d book again in a heartbeat

DockHoliday is a happy little place tucked between state parks. We enjoyed staying here for three nights. The house was suitable for our party, 4 adults and 3 small children. The amenities in the house were adequate to meet our needs. Keurig Coffee Maker, functioning Washer/Dryer, Foosball Table, and full size fridge to hold our groceries made our stay comfortable. Know that this house is on a two-lane road that serves as a main road around this western portion of Deep Creek Lake. The traffic isn’t constant, but the noise of passing cars and trucks can be disruptive to those seeking a vacation home that brings them closer to nature. Also, the living space in the house isn’t large, so noise travels easily. May be a problem for noise-sensitive people in your party. If sleeping in the master bedroom on the main level, I recommend bringing a white-noise machine to mask the noises of footsteps on the second level. We came to see the Lake and State Parks and this house was a nice base.

My husband and I stayed here for four days. It was awesome. The only thing that we had an issue with was the price of the cleaning fee because the place was already very clean and we are not dirty people so we kept it fairly neat ourselves and made sure everything was the same as we left it.. and also could’ve used a outside barbecue grill. Other than that. Our steak was great and we used the hot tub every day we was there place was beautiful

This place is clean, super convenient to get to the slope and have a beautiful view! Mark is very responsive and flexible. We had a good time!

Traci was an awesome host, everything you want when you're staying at an Airbnb. My daughter and I had a comfortable stay, very clean, cozy, great view. Great location right at the top of the green slopes/trails. Also, good to know, located right before the boomerang/village trail split, so you have the choice to go either way as you head out whereas the other 3 (meadow ridge, sunridge, and stonegate) you're on the village trail, which is fine too. The Grille at Sporting Clays was good, we ate there for dinner when we got in town, the chipotle brisket chili is on point. Definitely store your skis and boards in the locker as Traci recommends, her place is on the 4th floor but only 3 levels up from the lockers. Make your reservation at Out of the Fire Cafe about 20 minutes out, you will not regret it, and literally order anything off the menu. Hope you enjoy your visit, we'll certainly be back.

A fun, spacious, cozy cabin in the woods, however be aware in the winter 4 wheel drive is a must. Many comfortable bedrooms and things to do like foosball, darts, and a nice hot tub. It was convenient to be close to two different ski resorts, but inconvenient if there’s a blizzard that makes your car slide down the drive way and get stuck in a ditch. However if you’re well equipped for the harsh conditions of winter time in the mountains, this is a great place for a large family.

this property is so unique and beautiful. The bed was so comfortable. The entire environment was relaxing. I highly recommend a soak in the tub! We will be back when we have time to explore the grounds and HEDGE MAZE! If the weather had been better this time, we would have done more exploring. Bill was very kind and attentive. We were surprised by delicious baked goods both days of our stay. The cottage is quaint, cozy, and a great little retreat for us and our dog. It is also conveniently located for trips to morgantown. We're already talking about staying again!

This place was everything we expected and more!!!! The view, the river, the peace and quiet cannot be overstated. This place is truly an escape from the city. Our family met up here from all over. Print out and study your maps! We got lost but ended up getting help from a kind neighbor and had quite an adventure.

My husband, my pup and I had a wonderful time at the cozy cottage. We felt right at home. We loved that we could hike right on the premises as well as the several other close Nature Reserves and Parks. Marshall was a very nice host. We are hoping to return in the fall.

The place was very cozy and just like the pictures show! They also have a helpful book of everything you would need to know.

Rebecca was super helpful. We had to come in an emergency situation to get to WVU hospital. She was super responsive and so very kind! Place was beautiful! Couldn’t ask for more!

Family with two teenage boys, 2 dogs and grandparents came along on this secluded and memorable stay. The house was perfect for us! We loved the layout and cleanliness of the house. The trails on the property were used daily.

Abrams Creek is a great place for a quiet, private, beautiful rustic cabin camping experience. The grounds were fantastic, from the moment you pass the check-in you are immediately in the woods. At the cabin itself you feel like you are alone in the woods next to a peaceful stream. The cabin was comfortable and plenty warm with the propane heating, and having a dedicated port-a-potty right next to our site made bio-breaks much more convenient than if you had to walk to a central bathhouse. Highly recommend Abrams Creek!

This rustic, cozy cabin was the perfect spot for an impromptu weekend in the mountains for our family. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well equipt. It was cold outside but heating worked well! So appreciated the little conveniences provided, like dishwasher and laundry soap, paper towels & clear, easy checkout instructions. Great location in easy drive to Davis main street and skiing. Laura was a super responsive host. Would def return!

The house was very cozy, the hosts were very helpful, and it’s easy to get to the resort either by driving or on the shuttle.

Our group of 13 which had 3 families with 7 kids really enjoyed this house. Our favorite part was the location to skiing. Although not officially a ski-in/ski-out, the slopes were within walking distance and much easier for our younger skiers to access. The house was clean, fully stocked and provided enough beds for our large group. Would definitely recommend bringing your 4WD vehicle if snow is predicted during your stay as the driveway is a little steep. We plan to book again for our next Hidden Valley trip!

My wife and I needed a trip away from the city for the long holiday weekend where we could enjoy some good activity in peaceful surroundings with our dog. This cozy pedestal cabin in Black Bear Resort was just what we were looking for. Check in was easy by picking up the keys at the resort lodge. The place had everything we needed to a cook a couple nights for ourselves, including the gas grill on the deck. The wall-mounted 4K flatscreen TV with Roku let us relax after three active days out and about in Canaan Valley while we listened to the thunderstorms roll over the mountains each evening. This would certainly be a fine place for folks (especially with kids -- there were two sets of bunk beds in the loft) to use a base for their WV adventures any time of year!

Great condo for a weekend ski trip to Seven Springs. The condo was comfortable and had everything we needed. It was located right on the shuttle line for the resort which was great, also a quick drive down if you don’t want to wait for the shuttle. Had a great stay and the price was excellent. Kim was also very easy to get in touch with and provided clear entry instructions at check in.

Amazing cabin to rent out with a group of friends. I loved that I was less than 15 minutes from the state parks. Loved this place!!!

The house had so much to do which was fantastic for our kids. They were happy to spend the whole day being entertained by the arcade, pool, and other amenities. Thanks!

The condo was beautiful, clean, and conveniently located with close proximity to the resort and available shuttle services. Barrett was always responsive. A great place to stay!

Second time renting with Michael. Would highly recommend. His home is great, very spacious, has all the amenities we could ask for. Will probably rent again next year!
