This house was amazing my friends & I really enjoyed my birthday. It was enough space for everyone and the heated pool and the hot tub was the icing on the cake. We really enjoyed staying here. We would like to rent again and try it during the summer time.

Amazing place! Really beautiful and will definitely come back to this one. Unbelievable sunrises from the deck looking over the mountain range, hiking during the day, and evenings in the hot tub watching the sun go down. Deer everywhere and even saw a couple of bald eagles. This is a really amazing place. One of the best I've ever stayed in. Tania and Fred were fantastic hosts. It was incredibly windy and crazy weather when we were there and the power got knocked out for a couple hours. They let us know immediately, and promised to stay in touch. We made a great dinner by candlelight in any case and did some proper stargazing from the deck.

This unit is on the western end of a series of duplexes named Senedo Springs. The gravel roads up here are very walkable. It’s possible to trek down to Lake Laura although it’s a big vertical climb back up. The unit is airy and nice, better than the pictures. Thankfully there is not actually a murphy bed in the living room as shown in the pictures. The blankets are outdated so I recommend bringing your own. Plenty of cookware and dishes available but you’ll need to bring oil, spices, and all other food items. The amenities are great! It’s also nice they provide firewood just a short walk away. Good view of Great North Mountain in the winter. Amazing night sky from this location. This was our second time staying here and it kept its five-star rating!

Great place for our family get together. We really enjoyed the pool and the wrap around porch. I was pleasantly surprised with the loaded kitchen tools that were there. It was a big help since we were preparing daily meals for our family of 11. There is not a central a/c but the individual window units were used and met our needs. It is about 25 minutes from Ohiopyle, Fallingwater, close to Laurel Cavern, Kentuck Knob, Fort Necessity and other historical markers. Giant Eagle is about 15 minutes away. It is an older home ( over 100 years old), that is charming and filled with much history and relics. Hosts live close by and are extremely proactive and helpful. We used every space of the home and was comfortable and still had space to spare. Great get together.

We really enjoyed our stay here! We knew there were neighbors nearby but you could barely see other houses. The road was quiet and the area very peaceful. We enjoyed the walking trail along the lake as well. Thank you for a lovely stay!

This place was beautiful inside and out. There were plenty of places to sleep (we had 9 guests) and it was extremely clean. The host was very kind and was well accommodating! There was plenty of cookware to make our stay feel more at home as well. I would definitely recommend this place and I would love to come back!

We found a "six" star gem walking in the door at Woodhaven. The photos, though true to life, could not adequately convey the warmth and coziness of the living quarters, cleanliness of the rooms, well appointed furnishings in the kitchen, high end bedroom linens and abundance of puzzles/games to keep one entertained and engaged. Wendy's attention to detail, hospitality AND ability to orchestrate a "blizzard" was beyond our expectations and imagination. When we connected in October as owner/renter soon changed to feeling like friend/family in February. We thank you for being instrumental in adding to our treasure trove of memories.

I spent 4 nights at Meadow View and it was a perfect place to call home. The house is clean, peaceful, and comfortable. A very well stocked kitchen has lots of pans, utensils, plates, silverware and the like. The views surrounding the house are idyllic and lovely. Although winter inhibited me, Meadow View is a great location to enjoy outdoor adventures like Seneca Rocks National Recreation Area or to sit on the deck and catch up on your reading. Loved the kitchen and space. I would definitely stay again! Alex and Rebecca were great hosts.

Perfect ski in and out location at Wisp! You can see chairlift 4 from the dining room window. It was such an easy walk. To get back home via skiing and lifts, you take either two blue’s (Muskrat to Down Under) or black’s and then go up chairlift 5. It was very easy to get back to the house. The house was perfect for our 3 families with kids. The layout of the kitchen, dining room and living room made hanging out together easy. We loved that the hot tub is right outside the living room door. The game room was perfect for the kids. It was great being able to have a fire in the fireplace after a day of skiing.

While we ended up not being able to use (had booked for out of town family for my mom’s funeral), Abby refunded even though it was last minute. Impending snowstorm -too dangerous to travel. We will definitely rebook for mom’s Celebration of Life. Appreciate Abby’s kindness during a difficult time. I would definitely recommend! Beautiful home, spacious, good location, walking distance to good food. Happy to talk to anyone interested as I live nearby. Thank you again Abby!

We loved our stay! The house is beautiful and a very short, flat walk to the slopes. We have young kids and getting on and off the slope was a breeze for them - they could even carry their own gear. We found the home exceptionally clean and updated with some really nice higher-end amenities. Would gladly stay again if we can! As an added bonus, Alison was very responsive and professional.

this was such a lovely place to stay! maria was so kind and responsive. the house was cozy and the kitchen was fully stocked.

Eva's place is so charming and inviting! There were so many lovely touches to make us feel comfortable like the coffee/tea station, extra toiletries in case we forgot something, and sturdy grab bars in the bathroom. The decor is cheerful and soothing and the mattresses and bedding were clean and comfortable. The hill from the parking area to the front door is rather steep but it's hard to get away from this anywhere in WV! The kitchen was nicely appointed, but the seating is limited with just a small table and two chairs. Eva was accessible, provided clear instructions and answered questions. WVU and downtown locations are a quick drive away. I highly recommend this listing and host!

This was an absolute gem of a property! A well kept cozy farm house with picturesque views all around. A lovely welcome basket of treats was provided upon arrival! Incredibly priced for the size of the home as well as being very clean. Our favorite feature of the house was the wood burning fireplace- ending the evening around the fire was a perfect way to close out each day! 10/10 property.

The hobbit house was the perfect place for our little weekend trip! We received information that we were welcome to arrive early and when we arrived it was perfectly clean, free of clutter and the host even put bottled water in the fridge for us! I can’t recommend this place enough and plan to return in the future!

Robert was an excellent host!! We ended getting snowed in an extra day and he went above and beyond to make sure we had enough food and supplies. Robert even came and shoveled our walkway and brushed off my car. His place was beautiful and we had a great time. I definitely recommend staying with Robert!!

Victoria's apartment is great! If I could give more than five I would be happy to rate it much higher. Clean, comfortable, well-equipped, beautiful and you can see that thought has been put into the little details. Really feels like home! And on top of all that, it's a five-minute walk from a beautiful state park. Victoria was amazing, available and determined to solve any problem we had.

Stephen who manages the place is a super star! The place has some old furnishings, but it’s very cozy. We lit the large fire and enjoyed the trees outside and the beautiful surroundings. Very peaceful weekend.

We enjoyed our stay at Olivia’s place! We stayed for a short weekend getaway. We appreciated its proximity to the shops in Thomas, Davis, and nearby outdoor areas. The fireplace kept us warm during the cold weather. We needed help a few times during our stay & the hosts were so responsive & quick to help! We would recommend staying here.

Comfortable house with tremendous view in old Timberline. Short walk to private trail into Dolly Sods, plus quick drive to Timberline for skiing. Cathie was very responsive and pleasant to interact with.

Communication with the host was excellent! The rooms were comfortable. The common areas were fantastic! We had 5 adults in our group and had plenty of room downstairs to cook, eat, relax, watch TV. We worked a puzzle on the dining room table and still had enough room to eat. It’s an older house and had a few quirks (low ceilings in one of the bedrooms, for example) but this just added to the place’s charm.
