We had a great stay at this house! Our group had two families with kids aged from 8-16. Plenty of things to do both inside and outside that we didn’t need to leave the house much. The pictures are accurate. Plenty of space for us all to spread out as needed. Host was attentive to our questions. Overall great place to stay!

Place was extremely clean and thoughtfully laid out. Kitchen was striking for its cleanliness and how well it was prepared for us. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and are very happy to recommend it.

If you are considering booking a place in this area, stop scrolling and book this! The house is perfect! Two bathrooms, a wonderful open concept kitchen/living room, huge windows with a wonderful view. The kitchen is also very well socked. It was so peaceful, sitting out on the giant back porch, listening to the birds. We hope to return in the future!

What an absolute gem! Mary’s home is spectacular. I had an amazing and memorable trip with my sons. I loved all the hiking trails and views from the back deck. The drive to the city was short and beautiful. I will definitely be back again!!

This house was so cozy and the accommodations made us feel right at home. The property right off the river was beautiful and peaceful. The kitchen had everything one could ask for to cook meals. The owners were friendly and responsive if I had questions. We will definitely be staying here again!

A nice house in a lovely wooded setting. There are two neighbors, but they’re offset from the property, so you don’t really see them except when they come and go. Great deck off the main bedroom, right up against the woods and a creek. The whole family, including our dog, had everything we needed, felt comfortable, and enjoyed our stay.

This is the second time we have rented a condo from them. They were great to work with, and the condo was even better than expected!

Excellent Stay - five minute walk to Broadway. Super clean, easy to access and very nice corner apartment. I would recommend.

We had a great time staying here and although it was a bit rainy all week we still had a blast!

We enjoyed our overall stay at this place. The neighboring apartments do tend to get loud at night despite the quiet hour times which was a bit annoying when trying to sleep past 1am. The building does have a bit of a smell on the hallways but it’s manageable.

We loved staying here! Close to everything we wanted to do in Nashville! It was clean and had everything we needed. We are already planning another trip back and hope to stay here again. If you want to have the best time in Nashville book this place!

This was a very nice place to say at. Rachel went above and beyond when she texted me at 3 am to get into a safe location in the residence due to a tornado being in the area. that showed me she truly cared about the people she has staying there. she had lots of things already available like pots pans etc which came in handy. i love me a hot shower and that shower can get as hot as you want it or as cold. same with the environment. i love the heat and it gets hot in there or as cold as you want it. neighbors minded there own business. parking was easy. idk what else to say other then if your visiting nashville and want a safe, clean, and beautiful location. We absolutely loved the location, there was a park less than a mile away for the little one. The boys loved being able to fish and enjoyed the canoe to fish the river and gather firewood for a fire! Oh the memories made so greatful for this Airbnb close to our family that lives there and the house felt like home! Great country feel home away from home. Only suggestion I have is there needs to be a roll out bed for downstairs sometimes the stairs are not friendly for our knees and it was hard to climb stairs to all bedrooms. bedrooms upstairs were great beds were very comfortable and clean. It needs handicapped toilets that are taller or either hand rails for toilets they are very low to the ground. Only other issue was the upstairs bedroom that lead to the laundry room the lights didn't work only the lamp and light over dresser. Overall it was a wonderful trip we enjoyed everyday and will definitely be staying here again! 10 out of 10!

We had the best experience at the Feathered Nest. Jasmine was a wonderful host and did everything she could to make our stay special and worthwhile. We planned on using the fire pit and Jasmine went out of her way to give us cooking skewers!! Everything was picture perfect and homey. We enjoyed the Nespresso machine with the beautiful view on the back porch. I would recommend this Airbnb to anybody and would love to stay again in the future.

a very comfortable stay for a large board retreat steadying planning weekend. the home was clean and beautiful. game room was fun. tons of beds with extra supplies in the closet. I have lower back and hip nerve issues and i slept very comfortably on the king upstairs. I bought a fan from nearby dollar general to run to help drown out noise. the bunk room downstairs does not have a door to close it off and the open floor plan means sound really carries. that's not a negative just something to help in planning. we really appreciated that the basics were stocked, especially some packets of individual pots of coffee grounds. we made several meals and had everything we needed for about 11 adults. it was winter so we were not able to use the pool, but it looked big and fun. easy checkout process! very grateful! suggested improvements: light switch in master bath, hot water for showers was an issue with that many people, books behind couch that I wouldn't want children to see.
