My daughter and I really enjoyed our stay at Brent’s Airbnb! You could not ask for a better location in downtown Nashville with so many popular locations within walking distance! We were specifically in town for an event at the Bridgestone Arena, which is literally just a five minute walk from the building. The room itself was one of the nicest Airbnb‘s we’ve stayed in. Our host was very responsive and accommodating, and we really just couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We will definitely be staying here again on our next visit to Nashville! Don’t hesitate to reserve this room for your Nashville visit!

Instructions were very clear and everything was in place upon arrival. Parking and all amenities are available as listed. If you're staying in this particular neighborhood, I would highly recommend reserving Kjk's space.

We enjoyed our overall stay at this place. The neighboring apartments do tend to get loud at night despite the quiet hour times which was a bit annoying when trying to sleep past 1am. The building does have a bit of a smell on the hallways but it’s manageable.

Forest was great and a pleasure to work with! We love the Burnham and is the only place I stay when I visit Nashville.

The place was great! Very peaceful neighborhood but super close to get the hustle and bustle of Franklin and even an easy drive to Nashville. Apartment was very clean and seemed almost brand new.

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb in Nashville! The host was incredibly kind and responsive, going out of their way to accommodate everything I needed. The location is unbeatable—walking distance to tons of great restaurants, bars, and grocery stores, and just a short Uber ride to downtown and Broadway. The building itself is top-notch, with amazing amenities including a great co-working space and even music studios, which was such a unique touch. Everything was clean, stylish, and super comfortable. I felt right at home and couldn’t have asked for a better spot. I’ll definitely be back!

Like others have said, Meredith’s place was immaculate and perfect! Everything was spotlessly clean. She had everything you could possibly need. The only thing I didn’t see was deodorant. It was simply amazing. Yeah, it can be noisy in the old building and yes the trains for run quite frequently, but it’s not enough to detract from this incredible apartment. I’ve stayed at countless hotels and Airbnb’s before, and this place was easily the best. We absolutely will book again the next time we finish Nashville.

Great place. Great view of the river. Very clean and walkable to everything. Bekah was a great communicator and check in and out was so easy. Highly recommend if you’re staying in Nashville.

The Airbnb was exactly as advertised. It was the perfect amount of sleeping space for family of 5. The twin bunk bed is actually more roomy than it looks in the photos. We didn't have any issues with noise in the building as mentioned by some of the other reviews. The location is close to Music Row. We primarily walked back and forth from Music Row and only got an Uber a couple of times which was less than $10 to the unit. We had a great time visiting Nashville and would stay here again!

Good location. Took a Lyft ride down to Broadway. We met another couple and they said it was a short 20 min walk but we didn’t want to walk. I was amazed on how quiet the location was and how safe it felt. It had all the stuff that we needed for the night which was nice. Would stay here again if we came to Nashville.

David’s place was very clean and cool. We loved our stayed and would definitely contact him again to stay there again.

We were extremely pleased with this unit and our stay. Very close to alot of activities and tours. Much appreciated for having us as guests. And the wildlife off the back porch birds,ground hogs,squirrels were a added bonus for us. When we come back we will definitely like to stay here again..

Liz was overall an excellent hostess. She is very responsive and provided clear instructions. Overall the location was great and it was walkable to several areas. We ended up ubering downtown quite a bit but was very close to Germantown and several restaurants. Could potentially walk downtown within ~25 minutes. The condo itself was very clean, maintained well, and the small balcony was a delight. The area itself is pretty industrial and there’s a lot of surrounding construction but that’s my only minor complaint. I’m sure that vibe will improve after they get all finished up. Would definitely recommend!

Free parking. Comfortable space. Had everything we needed. We enjoyed walking to and from Broadway for the music and fun. But, also realized the gem of a spot Germantown is. We did all of our dining in this neighborhood. There is a lot of construction being done in the area, so it’s not necessarily a beautiful spot. Safety was never a concern. It’s an up and coming area.

Great location but the train at 3:00am and the people pacing back and forth made it difficult for a restful nights sleep. But excellent otherwise!

Tricia was friendly and communicative! Our Air BnB was in a great location - easy Uber ride to Broadway St. Everything was clean and comfortable! We enjoyed sitting out on the patio each morning and evening! I recommend this place! Thank you!

This is an especially great spot if you’re visiting Franklin. It’s literally less than 5 minutes from both The Factory and Downtown Franklin. It is also pretty close the freeway so you can get to downtown Nashville relatively quick as well. The house itself was very nice and had lots of room for my extended family of 9. The back porch was definitely a highlight as my family spent most of our evenings hanging out there. I highly recommend this place if you can get it!

Good for bigger groups, lots of beds and bathrooms. Great rooftop areas. The hosts are very nice and helpful. Overall great stay for our bachelorette trip and we enjoyed it very much.

beautiful place. amazing hosts - very helpful and spontaneous in their response. helped us quickly with household issues without any delays. place has very good proximity to the Strip. good place to live for a big family or group of families.

Can’t say enough great things about this house! It was perfect for our family trip to celebrate our son’s 21st birthday. The game room downstairs was a huge hit! We Spent hours playing before heading to Broadway. Short 10 minute ride to Broadway and all the food delivery options had no problem finding the house. Planning to make this an annual trip and we would happily rent this house again!
