Had a pleasant stay! We were very comfortable and the kiddos really enjoyed the ping pong table and games. We wanted an affordable place to stay that was close enough to Nashville! Definitely better than a hotel and may even be cheaper!

Such a spacious and great place to stay! Less than 30 minutes from downtown Nashville & great restaurants!

This house was exactly as described and the photos were accurate. We felt right at home. The fully fenced in backyard was super convenient. There were NO breaks in the fence, which we've found is pretty common at other stays. Very thankful for that! The house is located within a minute or 2 of just about any store or restaurant you could want and is within 10 minutes of Warner Parks, a beautiful nature park with lots of activities. We would definitely stay at this house again!

Loved staying here for a wedding in Charlotte!!! The hosts were so kind. I would love to come back if I’m ever in the area.

This house is beautiful!!! The surroundings are as well and beyond peaceful! The beds were comfortable and just what we needed after long days in Nashville! The listing and photos don’t do this house justice! I could’ve stayed there forever. Local restaurants provided great meals and everyone is very friendly! 10/10 recommend and we look forward to staying here again!

We had a wonderful family holiday at The Flying Pig. The house was beautifully furnished, comfortable, and peaceful. We spent our evenings relaxing on the front porch, enjoying the sound of church bells ringing in the distance. It truly felt like home. While it’s a bit of a drive to shopping and events, that’s exactly the escape we were hoping for!

The place was great! Positives: We have stayed in many vacation rentals and often times have found the refrigerators are forgotten when they do cleanings but this one was spotless which I was thankful for. The game room was tons of fun. Location was quiet and had no problem finding it. Negatives: The twin beds are for little kids and we had our 5’7 daughter and 6’ son and they were too small and they complained about the creakiness about them. If you have young children, great. The main bedroom has no place to set your suitcase on. We had to have it on floor. In spite of the small negatives we would definitely stay here again. Really enjoyed our time there.

This place was exactly like described and very clean and relaxing. We especially liked the proximity to all the great resturaunts and downtown things to do. Will definitely recommend and use this place again.

Greg’s place was lovely and so peaceful. We didn’t feel like we were in the city, but so many things are right around the corner. It is a lovely home and the location is amazing. The neighborhood is so nice and the locals are very friendly. All in all one of the best stays I have had on Air Bnb.

I want to start by saying, a HUGE thank you to Jim and Mary! Jim greeted us in person when we arrived. We had an amazing stay in their wonderful home, waking up to a beautiful view of the lake. They have a private swimming pool but we didn’t get to use it, it would be perfect for summertime. Their kitchen has some supplies you can use, the rooms are spacious and clean, they also have clean towels in the closet. One of the highlights of our stay is Jim’s delicious pecan pie that he personally baked for us! We appreciate their thoughtfulness and for making me and my family feel welcome. They are very responsive whenever we needed help or have questions, also pet friendly, we were able to bring our family furbaby with us. Absolutely we’re willing to stay again in this lovely home.

Great place to spend a weekend with friends. Within walking distance to most of the downtown attractions. Would definitely recommend this listing to anyone.

The location was super convenient with easy access to the various places we were visiting while in Nashville. The condo easily accommodated our family, was clean/organized, and included all the necessary towels, pillows, blankets, etc. The host was incredibly responsive and kind.

Shawn's place fit our needs well. We were traveling with a pet and the area was great for her. We were only in the area for a day but we found the AIRBNB perfect for our needs. We attended a concert at F&M Bank Arena. It was a quick drive to downtown Clarksville. With us only being there a day we did not get a chance to use much of the kitchen but what we needed was available. There are several restaurants within a 5-minute drive. Both bedrooms are upstairs and they each have their own private bath.

Beautiful, peaceful dog friendly home, with a fence in small side yard and doggie door for easy convenience. Great location to enjoy good restaurants and a fun mall experience. Thank you Amber

We had Thanksgiving here. It was a very nice place to stay with a big group of 13 people. Plenty of room. Clear instructions to follow and also only 5 minutes from a small town and 25 minutes from nashville. Renesha is a very friendly and a responsive hoast.

The House was in a beautiful area. There was a lake really close to the house. The Walmart and places to eat were really close with easy access. The fenced in yard was perfect for our fur babies. Anytime I had any questions or concerns I always got an answer. The hosts were super friendly. They were willing to help us out with one more night stay during our moving process. I would stay there again as a little vacation spot close to the lake. It’s a perfect get away retreat.

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful place! This was one of the cleanest places I have ever stayed in. The location is quiet and peaceful, and space was plenty big for our group!

We had a wonderful vacation in Kingston Springs and the house met our needs as a family of 4 perfectly. The area is beautiful with winding country roads through the hills. There is an outstanding park very close by and we also went to the Harpeth River State Park. Highly recommend this house and the area for a relaxing vacation. Nashville, of course, is not far away and one day we went to the Zoo.
