Edmond’s place is actually even better than expected. It’s bigger in real time than the photos show. It is very comfortable and so quaint above the bakery. It was super quiet being above a bakery and across from the ferry. We heard no bothersome noise at all. The beds and linens are comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked, there is nice comfortable furniture, and we felt right at home. As others have said, the bakery coupon is an extra touch that is classy and honestly just fun! I would stay again and struggled to leave. Thank you for such a lovely home away from home. Do not hesitate to stay here. Very convenient location. BIG FAN!!

Stephanie was a thoughtful host, easy to communicate and quick to respond. The apartment was equipped with everything you'd need and was so warm and cozy from the comfortable beds to the 'Franklin stove' gas heater. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The street was quiet and the grounds were lovely. It turned out that we had a personal connection to Stephanie and her husband which made our stay all the more amiable. I highly recommend staying at "Down the way from Duncan Bay'!

Great place, great location! This place was perfect for our stay with our dog. The space was clean and cozy! The back yard views are stunning. Very relaxing to hear the lake with the windows open. Ron was very welcoming and his place is wonderful, would definitely come back and will recommend to friends and family!

The place was the perfect location for what we were looking for. We enjoy Indian River, and we like to be able to walk in town. I am not complaining but to be fair with a review I should mention the bed is a Murphy bed and it squeaks when you move in the night. The unit is attached to the house, and it is not very soundproof between the main house and the rental unit however everything was quiet by 11:00 pm. If I stay in Indian River again, I will stay at Amanda's place again.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Lem's Paradise! The place was exactly what we needed for the five of us. Deb even brought us home-baked cookies when we arrived! Such great hospitality and we enjoyed meeting them. Their property is beautiful and well maintained, plus it was so peaceful and scenic! Note: Be sure to bring bug spray to help ward off the biting flies down along the shore of the lake!

What an amazing place. There are few airbnbs in Michigan that have both a hot tub and a sauna. The privacy, peace, and location are incredible. Kelly very obviously enjoys hosting and creating that space for people - the home had all the right touches, and the stay was so relaxing. Thank you Kelly!!

So this was our first time on Lake Huron in the very top of the "lower" peninsula, not to mention in late March and we had no idea what to expect. What a miraculous place Katy and Tom have created. It's hard to overstate how immediately present and engaged Lake Huron is from their spectacularly open home. The neighborhood is alive enough that we still felt safely in civilization while once inside the home and on the premises we felt absolutely alone and private with Lake Huron. Whether hearing the ice in the lake crackle from the comfort of the lovely hot tub, or waking up to watching mini "icebergs" flowing by, to walking along the lake in their lovely division - this was one of our most memorable family vacations. This was the first time we ever traveled with our family pups, a black lab age 4, as well as with children ranging from 8, to 11, to 16, and the home was absolutely accommodating in every way. Can't wait to go back!

As a group of 8 we were worried about privacy and space. Once we arrived we were blown away at all the space, the amazing location and amenities. Kyle and Alena were beyond accommodating and helpful. We couldn’t have gotten through the weekend without them and or without the help of their friends and family. We felt like we had been coming to their place for years !! Any questions we had they answered right away and even gave us super helpful tips and advice for our stay ! We really appreciate you all, and cannot wait to return !! 16 out of 10 ;) If you are visiting rent the pontoon boat !! The area has so much to do and see and the price is a steal !

My husband and I recently stayed at Carly's Aframe with our puppa for a relaxing/private weekend to unwind. The weather cut our stay short, but we absolutely loved the time we had and wished it had been longer! The Aframe is absolutely beautiful. It's cozy, comfy, and Carly truly thought about all the details. With the Aframe being dog friendly, there was items for my puppa to use (dog dish, blanket, garbage bags for outside, and a fenced in area). When some weather rolled in, Carly was kind and proactive in responding to us and ensuring we had what we needed for a comfortable stay. I would highly recommend staying here, and my little family will definitely be back!

Our family enjoyed staying here for winter break. We were hoping for snow to go snowmobiling and snow boarding but even with it raining we had so much fun! The coffee shop downtown is wonderful and local. We went bowling and hadn’t done that in years. Friendly and locally owned which I love. Lake Huron was 300ft or so from the front door and fun to explore the icy shoreline. Would definitely stay again!

This is my 4th time staying at Tanaia’s place. I love everything about it and Tanaia is an excellent host!

We had an amazing stay. The home is very comfortable and clean. Waking up to the view of the lake was wonderful. Would definitely recommend staying here.

The Condo was spotless and in a peaceful location. Stocked with what you need. Nice view from the balcony off of living room. Close to Mackinaw City. Only 4 or 5 minutes to restaurants and ferry to Island. Would book again if we are in the area. Bridgett was a great host. Would definitely recommend.

It was just what we thought. Holiday weekend for our first trip. This was a convenient spot to come back to and relax. Very clean, comfortable. 4 Adults were not crowded. Owner responsive for a few questions. Happy with stay.

Bridget's place was spotless clean and the condo has a great view of Lake Huron. Check-in was easy and property manager Carol was very responsive to our questions. Bathrooms were thoughtfully stocked with toiletries that made our stay easy. Will definitely stay there again!

Our stay was lovely. The condo and property in general were very well kept, the pool looked nice, and there is a nicely maintained fire pit /seating on the water! It’s right on the Straights looking towards the bridge. Inside was clean and comfortable, cozy without being small. The kitchen was big and fully supplied. Plenty of room and kitchenware to cook a great meal. I would stay here again, and we’ll leave it at that. Thank you!

Bridget’s condo is beautiful, perfectly appointed, comfortable furniture, loved the outside space and garage. The pool is super nice…. All around just a very nice, comfortable apartment- look forward to returning!!
