The Henn House was the perfect up-north getaway for our family! There were plenty of living areas, a large kitchen + dining space, comfortably rooms, great toddler toys + most importantly, beautiful outdoor areas! We felt right at home here - enjoyed their provided yard games + fishing + swimming off the dock. Downtown is a quick 15 mins away where we dined + enjoyed the beach / lighthouse + playground areas. We'll cherish these 'smalltown USA' memories forever. Courtney + Patrick were the best of hosts!! They were very thoughtful + responsive throughout our entire reservation process. Highly recommend!!

Comfortable beds, plenty of room, kayaks were a lot of fun, Alyssa is a great communicator and very helpful. We enjoyed our stay so much. It was great having a main hub to do adventures from. I recommend others to stay at this AirBnB and relax. The sunsets are spectacular!

Denise’s place was better than expected! Very clean and comfortable beds. Everything you need is there. Her response time with our questions was almost immediate and so helpful! We enjoyed the inlet to Burt Lake for how quiet it was. We kayaked and boated the inlet and lake …so easy to dock right at the cottage! Enjoyed roasting marshmallow at her gas fire pit. Close to Mackinac Island and Petoskey. Perfect getaway for us! We will be back.

I had an amazing stay at Emilie’s place! The home was exactly as described – clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. Emillie was a fantastic host, very responsive and accommodating. She made sure I had everything I needed. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, and I appreciated the little touches like the greeting card, chocolate , and syrup I think? I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway. I’m definitely looking forward to staying here again the next time I’m in the area!

The house was very clean and nicely decorated. The windows on the back of the house gave great view of the lake and many beautiful sunsets. The instructions were very clear and easy for us. Garbage and recycling were clearly labeled. The fixings for S’mores was all ready and waiting for us along with the fire pit. The coffee maker provided both grounds and k-cups. The house on the right was a little close for us but we didn’t see any people there during our visit. The beds were comfortable and we appreciated the many extra towels. The pool tables was fun however I would suggest the addition of some board games. Thank you Katrina. We hope to visit with you again one day.

Edmond’s place is actually even better than expected. It’s bigger in real time than the photos show. It is very comfortable and so quaint above the bakery. It was super quiet being above a bakery and across from the ferry. We heard no bothersome noise at all. The beds and linens are comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked, there is nice comfortable furniture, and we felt right at home. As others have said, the bakery coupon is an extra touch that is classy and honestly just fun! I would stay again and struggled to leave. Thank you for such a lovely home away from home. Do not hesitate to stay here. Very convenient location. BIG FAN!!

Great place, great location! This place was perfect for our stay with our dog. The space was clean and cozy! The back yard views are stunning. Very relaxing to hear the lake with the windows open. Ron was very welcoming and his place is wonderful, would definitely come back and will recommend to friends and family!

The place was the perfect location for what we were looking for. We enjoy Indian River, and we like to be able to walk in town. I am not complaining but to be fair with a review I should mention the bed is a Murphy bed and it squeaks when you move in the night. The unit is attached to the house, and it is not very soundproof between the main house and the rental unit however everything was quiet by 11:00 pm. If I stay in Indian River again, I will stay at Amanda's place again.

This place was amazing! Excellent place for swimmers to stay with direct access to Lake Huron. The property is beautiful and clean. Comfortable swing down by the water is very quiet and relaxing. I would definitely stay here again!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Lem's Paradise! The place was exactly what we needed for the five of us. Deb even brought us home-baked cookies when we arrived! Such great hospitality and we enjoyed meeting them. Their property is beautiful and well maintained, plus it was so peaceful and scenic! Note: Be sure to bring bug spray to help ward off the biting flies down along the shore of the lake!

It was just like the pictures! we loved staying here and will be returning in the future! it was very peaceful and welcoming.

This was our second year at Dan’s properties. Last year at the deck house and this year the tree house. The lake is beautiful and clean, perfect for boating and swimming. A bald eagle was hanging around the lake throughout our visit as well as a pair of loons and some really cute merganser ducks. It’s a wonderfully peaceful place. Dan is a great host. We will definitely be back again.

Dreamy house in a dreamy location. Had a phenomenal weekend in northern Michigan admiring the fall colors, and this house was the perfect place to enjoy it from. Inside and outside, we enjoyed all of the amenities and cute decor. Compared to similar properties we've stayed at in the area, the rate and cleaning fee are a little steep, but if you can swing it, you won't regret it. Highly recommend.

The lake view is great, beautiful sunrises! We stayed during fall, & during weekdays, so it was pretty quiet around the neighborhood. Enjoyed the firepit. It's an older home, but has all the necessary amenities!

Ordel’s place was perfect for a quiet getaway. There is a spacious yard for activities, including a net for volleyball and bad mitton. Fire pit by the water was perfect for watching sunsets and enjoying the cool evenings. The house was spotless, and Ordel was very clear on what was provided and what we might want to bring. Great host and a perfect location for a relaxing stay in northern Michigan!

This was our third stay at Evelyn's beautiful home on Burt Lake. The sunsets are amazing, and our family enjoyed our stay immensely!

Comfortable cottage with beautiful views of Mullett Lake. Lakeside fire pit. Listened to the waves at night. Close to trails for dog walking and biking. 🐕‍🦺☀️🌊 I am originally from Cheboygan and was looking for my own place to stay when visiting family. Would book again. Jake was communicative when I had a couple questions. We felt like guests in a historic family home, because we were. We enjoyed seeing some of the memorabilia displayed throughout the cottage.
