We loved this home. Very spacious, private and quiet. All the amenities were clean and in excellent condition. I would stay here again, highly recommend!

It was an absolute great place to stay especially if you want to stay closer to Leavenworth and go back and forth. The hot tub was amazing and the game room was cherry on the top. Would definitely come back to stay :)

A beautiful and cozy cabin with everything we could have wanted for a relaxing weekend!

We stayed over Valentine's / President's weekend, and Dory's place was perfect for us. The kitchen was well-appointed enough to make a nice Valentine's dinner. There was more than enough room for our family of 4 plus dog. The instructions for having a dog were concise, clear, and easy to follow. The location was perfect to head to Wenatchee State Park to enjoy the sledding hill and snowshoe trails. It was also fairly close to Leavenworth and Plain, allowing us to enjoy the Plain General Store as well as a day in Leavenworth (including the Leavenworth Adventure Park). Thank you for a wonderful place for a winter getaway!

Super cozy place in the middle of the woods Super quite and especially extremely snowy in winter time. Had to use snow taxi to get there but it’s worth it. The experience you’ll have is unforgettable. Everything was really clean and really beautiful. Looking forward to come back in summer time to see how it is without snow

This place is so cozy! The decor is awesome, the backyard is beautiful, as well as the view of the river. We had everything we needed and more! We loved the hot tub & fire pit and the couch & beds were super comfortable. We didn’t realize how far it was from Leavenworth, but the historical logging town it’s in is cute & quaint. The host was also very accommodating and communicative. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home!

Heated floors! Would highly recommend, even during the off-season. We booked in March and it was a perfect, short walk to the Wenatchee river. A sister took a long walk and she was perfectly safe. The hot tub was perfect for under the shooting stars, and the kitchen was highly stocked for all of our cooking! The biggest highlight for the inside of the house was definitely the heated floors. We didn’t realize when we booked that the cabin had them. For the outdoor highlights, the porches and backyards allow for perfect scenery while drinking coffee or sipping on a cocktail. Will book again!

We loved our stay at this cozy cabin! It had everything we needed, was very comfortable, and was a great location for accessing local ski trails. Would definitely stay here again!

Loved this place! Such a beautiful location and view. Would be a great place any time of year. Only about 5 minutes outside of town. Definitely visit The Alps candy store next door. Would definitely book again.

Was a beautiful place to stay, easy to find, clean, organized, perfect for a little trip away for 4. Hosts were helpful & attentive during a snowstorm that hit xmas day. We look forward to a stay there again in the future for sure!

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit while staying at Stacy’s cabin! The location was great and the cabin was beautiful and the amenities were perfect for what we needed. The cabin is very well maintained and very clean and cozy! Stacy was very quick and responsive whenever we reached out to her. We even left an item after checking out and Stacy is sending it to us. We loved our time staying here and would 100% recommend the cabin!

Beautiful and private location right on the river. The house was well equipped for our group of 6 adults. Close to restaurants and wineries in Chelan. Unfortunately, the hot tub stopped working due to the extreme cold temperatures (20s). The host was immediately helpful with instructions for trying to fix this. Even sending the neighbor to help. Unfortunately the issue could not be resolved but the host offered us a partial refund to make up for it. Just keep in mind if booking during the cold winter months.

We had a nice getaway to Melinda’s cabin along Cle Elum Lake. We enjoyed the outside fire pit. The place was clean, comfortable, and matched the description. Would return again.

Great stay! Cute cabin. Lots of trails nearby. Everything was walking distance but still felt private. Highly recommend! :)

The cabin is very nice. It is thoughtfully decorated, has comfortable beds and linens, a well-stocked kitchen, good Wi-Fi, and quiet, and is in a stunning setting on a riverbank. Raye is super responsive. If it is your first time to Stehekin - and you plan to get around vs. staying at the cabin- you might want to organize some transportation if you want to get around, esp when it is 95+F, intermittently smokey. The ATV provided is only permitted to be used to get to the cabin when you arrive and back to the harbor when you depart. The bakery is only 0.5 miles away but the lake is 2.5 miles and the ranch is 7 miles. There is one set of trails (Rainbow loop) across from the cabin but the others are at the ranch - (lake trails are currently closed due to Pioneer fire 2024). There is a shuttle but it only runs 4x/day and you have to time it well on your return from the trails. No cell service.

My girlfriend and I had an incredible stay at this beautiful and secluded cabin! The house was absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views and the perfect cozy cabin atmosphere. While it had a rustic charm, it also featured plenty of modern amenities, such as a heated floor, a remote-control fireplace, and gorgeous floor-to-ceiling windows that let in so much natural light. Nancy was exceptionally responsive and friendly, making the entire experience seamless and welcoming. We were delighted to find a delicious local gift basket waiting for us upon arrival, which made us feel right at home. I can’t recommend this cabin enough for anyone planning a trip to Leavenworth. Whether you’re looking for a peaceful retreat or a comfortable home base for exploring the area, this place has it all.

Almhutte is a beautifully cozy and clean cabin nestled in the hills with an absolutely spectacular view. Kathryn has curated a space that feels like a home away from home and has everything you could need in a rental cabin. The house is perfect for families, with flexible sleeping spaces and a variety of fun things to keep the kids occupied when we weren’t out exploring the beautiful area. Kathryn provided thoughtful touches like bottled drinking water and great local recommendations for hikes in the area. One of the highlights was soaking in the crystal clean hot tub under a canopy of stars on our last night there. We would love the opportunity to come back to Almhutte for another visit!

Choose this one! This was my second stay at the cabin, and it’s still hands-down my favorite in the area (and I’ve stayed at a few nearby)! It’s such an easy drive from Seattle, and once you’re here, it feels like you’re a world away, but still just a quick trip into town if you need anything. Perfect location IMO. The cabin itself is beautiful - everything is high quality and thoughtfully designed, cozy, and little details that make it feel extra special. The hosts also share a super detailed guidebook with all the info and recs you need to make the most of your stay. I loved starting my mornings with a quiet walk to the lake, and can't beat having your own private spa with the backyard sauna and hot tub. Can’t wait to come back again!

Amazing log cabin in a beautiful location right off of the cross country trials and close to downhill at Stevens.

We absolutely loved our stay at this clean and cozy home. The location was great, its close to town yet not right downtown. The home is exactly as described in the listing and had everything needed for a peaceful stay. We were able to play outside, cook our meals, and play games as a family during our stay. Thank you so much for hosting us during our stay in Leavenworth, we had an amazing time.

This type of stay is not our typical vacation choice...but we are so glad we did something different. My husband and I wanted a place that was far away from our four teenagers and 3 dogs. We wanted to go somewhere that was quiet, scenic and beautiful...which is what we got...and more! The beauty around this property is unmatched. The wildlife can be seen from every window in the house! The layout of the home is incredible and perfect for a couples getaway. We ate wonderful dinners, cooked on the grill, and enjoyed some fine wine from surrounding Chelan wineries. The drive to Chelan was not bad at all! We went wine tasting during the day and enjoyed relaxing evenings/mornings on the property. If you want to escape the daily grind and reconnect with your partner or family, we highly recommend this beautiful homestead. We had a fabulous week disconnecting and reconnecting. We will be back!! Thank you so much for the incredible week!

This is an amazing experience, the place is absolutely worth the price. Great location, privacy, accessibility to grocery stores, parks. The house is in a private sector, in silence, among deer and otters) The house is clean, cozy with everything you need. This is a great place, one of the best we've been to. And the view is just gorgeous. Thank you! It is clear that the owner of the house cares very much about making guests feel special and welcome in this house.
