Alejandra was very responsive to any questions or issues we had before and during the stay. She was also very flexible in working with us on the check-in and check-out time. I would recommend this apartment.

Tuvimos una estancia linda en la casa de Mau. La casa está perfectamente ubicada, permitiéndonos disfrutar del acceso directo a la playa. Lo que más nos impresionó fue la pureza del mar, un verdadero paraíso virgen, lleno de conchitas. Mau siempre responsiva y atenta a todos nuestros requerimientos.

Maria’s place is beautiful! Perfect for sharing with another family. Our kids loved the pool and the adults loved the outside seating area. So many amenities in the house including washer & dryer. You do have to walk a little longer than I was planning with kids, but for adults it’s fine. Also an OXO very close and convenient. We would stay here again! Thank you Maria!

El lugar es justo lo que se anuncia. La playa es tranquila, perfecta para ir con niños. Todo muy limpio, seguro y tranquilo. José estuvo siempre pendiente y en el lugar hay empleados que ayudan en lo que haga falta.

It was a really big apartment, with really a lot of space for the 4 people which we came with. She made us feel very welcome, give a big tour through the house and even gave us a welcome cake. The place is a bit far from downtown, but within a few blocks there are plenty of restaurants, and the center is perfectly reachable by cab.

Muy recomendable! zona super tranquila, la casa es tal cual la anuncian. Carlos y Helga han sido muy atentos desde el primer momento. La casa esta en buenas condiciones, y es muy espaciosa, sobretodo si van con grupos, familias o niños! Espero repetir proximamente!

Excellent location and stay. Just a few blocks from Paseo Montejo and Centro. Excellent spot in the backyard to hangout. And when it was warm the hammock provided a great space to nap. AC worked well, and the little hormigas weren’t too bothersome once I got used to them! Would stay again, really didn’t want to leave!

We had an amazing stay at Elena's condo! The place is clean, great location and had everything you need to call it "home" for your stay. Washer and dryer in the unit is a bonus! The pool is great and they look after it daily. Elena was very prompt with her replies and was always available or had someone available if you have any questions or need anything Thank you Elena for a great stay and positive experience! We would definitely recommend and be back!!

Martha's place is pequeno perfection. The apartment was charming with cute decorative pieces and wonderful skylights that let in lots of natural light. It is stocked with everything one would need for a comfortable stay. Martha was gracious enough to ask if there was anything that I needed prior to my arrival, and when I said "water," she brought me 20 liters. The apartment is small in size but large in character. It's a nice place to stay.

The place was beyond our expectations. Paula was an amazing host and assured that we had everything we needed. Met us on check in day to make sure she answered all questions and provided suggestions for restaurants and things to go. She was beyond helpful. The place felt like a home. All my family and friends loved it. I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a place to stay in Merida. Thank you!

We couldn't have been more pleased with our stay at Neil's WONDERFUL property. There were two bedrooms with en-suite baths - far enough apart to give privacy. The living room and bedrooms had air conditioners which were really appreciated; there were fans in all the rooms. The decor was very inviting -- artwork in every room and very comfortable beds and furniture. The baths were spacious with lots of hot water in the showers. The kitchen was stocked with everything you would need; I can't think of anything that was lacking. Neil was the ideal host - his communication was top-notch, and he had a book with all the information on the unit as well as helpful suggestions as to the area -- restaurants, etc. There is a super market a couple of blocks away, and the zoo if just around the corner. The pool and outside space is super. Whether it was coffee in the morning or a dip in the pool after being in town - it's ideal. Thank you, Neil, for making our stay magical. Highly recommended.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. There were 13 of us total and we had room to spare. The entire Casa Bugambilias team was extremely helpful and accommodating, and provided excellent recommendations. Thanks for having us!

The location was perfect. The house sits on a main road but has private parking that blocks any heavy noise that the road might bring. It is right on the sea with just a few steps down and you are directly on a sandy beach. The pool was clean and perfect for a quick dip to cool off. There was plenty of outdoor furniture that was comfortable and clean. The house was fantastic. It has 3 very large bedrooms, one with an ensuite bathroom, the other two share a bathroom. There were some very good details on how to operate everything in the house that ranged from how to hang a hammock to how to operate the on-demand hot water. There were plenty of items in the kitchen and everything we needed (although we didn't cook a dinner-time meal.) The bathrooms were clean with good water pressure and up to date. All the beds were comfortable and we all slept well. Christine and Sonja were instantly available and happy to offer suggestions and recommendations when we asked.

We so enjoyed our stay at Villa Romantica. We were able to have 3 generations of our family (from across USA) join us here. This home is so beautiful. Imagine 90% of your stay is ‘outside’, the living area, dining room, roof top terrace, and Kitchen are all outside. The only time you are inside is to sleep, and yes you can air condition the 3 bedrooms. You will pay for electric but by air conditioning the bed rooms at night our cost for a week was just over $50. Our day to day host contact was Natalie. She kept in constant contact for any need and also volunteered daily activities going on in Mérida. We found the people of Mérida very polite. We rented a vehicle a large suburban and were always able to find parking close in front of ‘Villa Romantica’ (during peak rental season). We drove to the ruins at Chichen Itza, the beach at Progreso, and the grocery stores. Unless you have a large group (we had 8). Driving in the tight streets of Merida El Centro was a bit stressful.

Fue todo lo que esperábamos, grandes jardines y árboles rodeando la casa y nuestros perros felices correteando con seguridad. La casa es amplia, limpia, fresca, con techos altos. El personal siempre estuvo pendiente de nosotros por si se ofrecía algo. Sugiero terne uno o dos ventiladores de pie en la casa para refrescar las tardes calurosas cuando no hay brisa. Lleven repelente xq si hay algunos mosquitos.

Objectifs atteints Nous avons passé un mois dans la maisonnette de la plage. J'aimerais exprimer notre satisfaction, car nos objectifs de choisir cette maison au départ sont tout simplement atteints: - profiter de la plage chaque jour les avant-midis, - profiter de la piscine chaque jour les après-midis, - et vivre l'expérience mexicaine dans une maison typique et authentique mexicaine. Tout cela s'est concrétisé en bonne partie grâce à la gentillesse de Raúl. Raúl est un gentleman et un très bon communicateur. Il était attentif, présent, et répondait très rapidement à nos messages. A noter que le bruit des 2 écoles primaires adjacentes (jour de semaines, jusqu'à 3:00 pm) ne nous a pas tellement dérangé, car nous sortons les avant-midis. Grand merci Raúl, en espérant retourner un jour!

Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre séjour dans cette chambre. L’endroit était propre, sentait bon et est bien placé. Je le recommande fortement ! Petit bémol, il n’y a pas vraiment de fenêtres dans la chambre seulement des puits de lumière. Mais l’endroit était tout de même très agréable !

Casa Carlito was fantastic! Located in a friendly, quiet neighbourhood, the house is very close to La Plancha - a wonderful place for evening strolls. Also, easy walking distance to the Paseo. We enjoyed the (filtered) pool and patio very much - both for cooling down and simply enjoying a bit of downtime. In the evening, the scent of jasmine is often carried in on the breeze, which is lovely! And, the hammock is a great place to get lost in a book. The beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The bikes were an added bonus! The walls of patio doors by the pool and patio area and in the upstairs bedroom are brilliant - we opened them up in the morning and the evening to let the breeze in and then shut them for the heat of the afternoon and overnight - this kept the house very comfortable. Charles and Jesus were incredibly responsive to any questions we had. We hope to return again next year!

Casa Frida was perfect for exploring Merida. Not a single issue with the apartment, location, or our gracious hosts. We had a car and parking was easy and great. I think it’s quite walkable and there is some great food nearby. Excellent stay, I would recommend to anyone.

,This was our second year at Casa Wayib. It truly feels like our home away from home. We appreciate the location, it is walkable to all of El Centro, plazas, el mercado, great restaurants. We cooked breakfast each morning, & cooked several dinners as well. BBQ on the roof is great, the kitchen is well appointed & had everything we needed including sharp knives. The thoughtful supplies are also very appreciated (insect repellent, After Sun products, coffee, etc. The pool is a wonderful way to cool off after walking in the heat of the day. The guest staff were responsive, very helpful answering questions & making recommendations, & arranging a taxi for us to the airport. The only issue was the washer/dryer not working, but that was also handled helpfully by the hosts. We plan to return next year again!
