Mariano was an amazing host. I wrote down the wrong address, so was late arriving. He was kind and forgiving. He offered to take me to Walmart for groceries! Later I thought I needed a printout of my Maya Train ticket and he made it for me. The suite was so comfortable and I loved the pool! The location is in a lovely family neighborhood that is closed to the center and not far from anything else. Great person! Great stay! Thanks :)

Stunning views and perfectly appointed luxe touches, like luxury linens and iron chef grill, I can't get enough of this place! Fantastic treadmill, artwork, and jacuzzi/pool just really pamper in every way. Everyone is super professional here, quick response times makes all flow so well. I highly recommend this mansion on the sea, will be coming back for more very soon!

A wonderfully peaceful getaway! Can't believe we found such a place! Far from the hustle and bustle of most of the tourist areas, but easily accessible by car, Rodrigo's place was an oasis of calm. It is right on the beach, and you could walk for miles without seeing anyone else on the weekdays. It is a 2 story condo with the three well decorated bedrooms upstairs, along with their bathrooms. The master bedroom looks out right on the ocean. The downstairs is spacious and then has a lot of outdoor rooms too, as well as a beautifully maintained plunge pool. The bed was comfortable, AC's worked (though we often just used the fans), and the kitchen has lovely utensils, pans, and basic spices and necessities for cooking. We were very comfortable in Rodrigo's place - it was even better than advertised. We did need a bit of help on how to operate the door lock, and Rodrigo was able to clear it up for us with a phone call. Otherwise, everything worked perfectly!

El alojamiento fue todo lo que esperábamos, súper tranquilo una vista al mar preciosa, nos sentimos seguros en el lugar, los anfitriones siempre estaban pendientes a nuestra necesidades, nos sentimos súper consentidos al llegar, hicieron de nuestra estadía un plan de, definitivamente me volvería a hospedar, la casa es sencilla pero amplia con todo lo necesario para pasar unas agradables vacaciones

El alojamiento está increíble para una familia grande y con peques! La playa está deliciosa y la vista al mar es inigualable. La comunicación fue excelente, sin duda volveremos.

La villa de Maria Elena est extraordinaire. Très spacieuse, nous avions tous le confort requis. Extrêmement bien équipée, tout le monde y trouvait son compte. Que l’on parle d’ustensiles de cuisine, de serviettes de plages, de meubles pour bébé, de jeux de société, de jouets pour le sable ou d’équipement pour activités extérieures, tout y était. Les lits étaient très confortables. Nous étions 6 adultes, 2 enfants et 2 bébés et tout le monde avait son espace. Les communications avec Maria Elena étaient extrêmement faciles et rapides. Elle nous a fait plusieurs suggestions de restaurants et d’activités. Durant notre séjour, nous avons utilisé les services de Jackie et Toño, le couple qui prend soin de la résidence. Ce sont des gens remarquables et grandement attentionnés. Ils ont préparé les repas pendant la majorité de notre séjour et tout était excellent. Je recommande énormément d’utiliser leur service car ils étaient vraiment géniaux, point fort de notre voyage. Nous reviendrons.

Beautiful location—paradise! Great stay for a family of 5 with kids. We loved the beach, the natural environment and the pool. Very peaceful and quiet, with just the sounds of the ocean. The house and surroundings were very clean. It is a rustic family home and had a real cottage vibe, some things like the taps and showers could use updating but it was fine. We had some issues with one bathroom and Maria was very responsive and friendly. She also left us some games to play with the kids. We can’t wait to come back.

It is a grate place for family vacation

Es war alles wie beschrieben. Die Wohnung liegt etwas außerhalb vom Zentrum, aber mit einem Uber ist man für 100 Pesos schnell überall, wo man hin möchte. Die Wohnung ist sauber, ruhig und sehr groß für eine Person. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Danke!

Love the view the atmosphere and tranquility. Paulina was responsive and helpful. Place is easy to find and private along with close to shopping and good restaurants. It was walkable to gym, shopping centers and breakfast places. The pool was refreshing and love the space round the area

Beautiful place on the beach. Very peaceful. We had lots of questions for Brett and he always responded right away. he also gave great recommendations for local food. He greeted us personally and also said goodbye. He is a very chill, friendly host and we felt very welcome. the town is very cute and more local than touriaty, which we enjoyed. highly recommend.

Excelente ubicación, todo lo que necesitas lo tienes cerca! Las amenidades del complejo súper padres!!! El departamento cumple tal cual lo que se describe! 100% recomendado!!

Fue excelente la estadía, nos tocó mal clima, mucho viento y solo disfrutamos del mar un día, la alberca no pudimos utilizarla estaba muy fría, pero aún así se apreciaba muy lindo todo Excelente ubicación a unos metros de todo, la gente es muy cálida y hay mucha seguridad Nos encantó

We booked this Airbnb last minute and Francisco was very responsive (answering within minutes) and helpful with all my questions. I was working remote so I needed to make sure the internet was good, and it was great! I had no issues with speed or connection at all. The beds were really comfortable with the softest sheets I've ever slept on. Everything felt very clean and fresh. The beach was beautiful, residents in the building cleaned the beach every morning so there was no sea weed or shells. The condo was really well designed, beautiful furniture, smart TV with netflix, etc. Each bedroom had its own bathroom which was great, the 4th bathroom near the kitchen smelt a bit like sewage, but it was very clean and we just kept the door shut so it didn't bother us. Finally the location was really easy to find, there are some restaurants within a 10-15 minute walk and we used uber to visit Progreso which only cost like $3 CAD each time. Definitely recommend this Airbnb!

This place is AMAZING! Our family loved the nature and the pool, it’s gorgeous and relaxing but still not far from Merida (20 minute drive). Luis was very responsive and gave us lots of great recommendations, and went above and beyond to help us with anything we needed. The maintenance guy was also very friendly and helpful. This stay is unreservedly recommended!

Lugar super cómodo para pasar un buen fin de semana en familia, muy tranquilo y muy cerca de Uman para realizar las compras necesarias. Estancia recomendada.

Me gustó mucho que estuvieran en todo momento al pendiente de nosotros y contestaran pronto.

Nos ayudó y solucionó los problemas que llegamos a tener durante nuestro alojamiento, fue bastante amable, la cabaña estaba muy linda y nos dejó elegir entre planta baja y el primer piso, el lugar de estancia es muy lindo lo recomiendo bastante, había agua caliente y gas para poder cocinar.
