Tim is a very good host and communicate at first place with all the advance instructions. He is next door neighbour and provide local recommended places and acrivities that was helpful. He is so flexible about check in time and check out time.

A lovely spacious apartment. The apartment was well appointed and very comfortable. Excellent location, close to restaurants, beach and shops.

Andi’s beachside place is absolutely amazing. So close to everything; shops, beach, playground etc! Andi was terrific in communicating things to do around the area that were family friendly! Will definitely save this place for another trip in the future!

This was my first visit to Australia and I'm so pleased I booked Tanya and Tims accommodation for my two week stay. A beautiful comfortable, clean apartment in an ideal location. In walking distance to public transport and lots of restaurants. Being opposite the beach and not far from St Kilda Pier is an added bonus. Everything is supplied to make your stay as comfortable as possible and Tanya and Tim are very responsive to queries. I was given a late checkout due to an evening flight which was very much appreciated. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this apartment to future guests and will definitely book again for anymore visits to St Kilda.

Great place! convenient location to the beach and hot springs. Accommodation was clean, spacious for 4 of us and had a awesome spa bath in the master bedroom. Host was friendly and responded very quickly, highly recommend.

We loved the interior of the unit, outside needs improving. Sofia was very nice helpful. We would definitely stay here again. Access to beach could not be better.

Great location. Very responsive hosts. Apartment had everything I needed for my stay. Back yard felt very private. Aircon was great. Comfortable bed. Although near lots of shops and bars was very quiet and peaceful.

After a small hiccup checking in, Richard and the team were super quick to respond to us, and super helpful. The house was lovely and clean, with comfortable beds. Great location with easy beach access at the end of the court, with a great spot for swimming. Cowes only a short drive away. I wold be happy to book with Richard again!

Our stay at Dune Beach House for our wedding anniversary was just perfect. The house was spotlessly clean and super comfortable with quality bed linen and furnishings, we certainly hope to come back again and spend more time relaxing

Very nice place! Excellent equipment in the house, basically everything you need and even more. Good location, close to Melbourne, Great Ocean Road, peaceful and quiet neighborhood. Highly recommended.

Really lovely little place, spacious and comfortable for the modest size. Short walk to Red Rock beach with many wallabies in the reserve. Kim was an excellent host and gave us great recommendations for food and attractions for our stay. Would definitely come back.

Great deal for the location, easy rules and check-in

Marisa was really helpful and.easy to deal with. the house was perfect for two families, with enough space for.kids and adults alike. it's hard to tell from the pics but it's bigger than we had imagined! definitely recommend for families looking for an affordable summer spot on the peninsula that makes you feel at home :)

Loved staying in our group of six at Daniela’s house. Communication was seamless & Daniella’s instructions were easy to follow for check in/out. House is stocked with additional pillows/blankets to get extra comfy & lots of tea/coffee to use. Lovely stay 😊

Hayley was a great host. Communication was clear and instructions easy to follow. We requested an early check in which was no problem. The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable with plenty of natural light. Lots of little extras, a lovely selection of fresh fruit, bread and snacks. Great location, directly opposite the beach and easy access to transport. Hayley also provided Myki cards which came in very handy. Definitely recommend Hayley’s place and we will stay again next time we require accommodation in the area.

The apartment is well situated with a tram stop into the city just across the road. Very close to the arts precinct and parks. There are a couple of great coffee shops within 5 minutes so easy for breakfast. Woolworths and BWS are a 5 minute walk away and there is a fantastic wine shop downstairs as well. A 10 minute walk takes you to all the restaurants on Southbank. The apartment is spacious and well set out with everything you need for your stay, with great view from the balcony. Definitely recommend the apartment for a stay and would stay again next time we visited from Perth. Thank you for making our trip so enjoyable.

Andrew & Ros were great! Easy to deal with, flexible nice. The apartment was great for us, with family of 5. Close to the beach, parking onsite, close to the city, pool onsite. Would definitely book this place again!

Great location, close to the beach and public transport. Suited our needs for what we were in Melbourne for. Quiet street and location.

Very comfortable 2 bed and 2 bath apartment right in a cbd. Clean and tidy place with all you need. The view is amazing. Everything you need walking distance. It’s next to the central train station and you probably need an earplugs if you are not used the city noise.

Jim's place was nice and clean, great view and walkable distance to restaurants and public transport.

We loved our stay at Karen's place! it was compact, comfy and had everything we needed. Superb location, just around the corner from shops and cafes, short drive to the beaches (glorious sunsets), and a great place to launch out further afield. We enjoyed a Phillip Island Cruise, and the Peninsula Hot Springs. Karen was a warm and very responsive host, answering a few queries beforehand quickly and checking in that we'd arrived okay.
