Wonderful experience! Joana is a Super Fantastic Host with a great place to stay when visiting the Hoboken area or looking for a convenient place to stay near NYC. Joana was very proactive in taking steps above and beyond expectations to ensure our stay was comfortable and stress-free. The location was perfect for walking to numerous bars and restaurants, as well as a short 10 minute walk to the PATH Train Station for when we wanted to go into NYC. We found the unit cozy and clean with all the amenities and appliances needed during our stay. We opted to cook dinner our first night and daily breakfasts and had all the utensils, appliances, and condiments/spices we needed. It is a 2 level unit with the bedroom and BR upstairs, which is on the sidewalk level, with a lower level having the kitchen and living room area in the basement. Plenty of natural light gives the entire unit a light and airy feel to it. Unit is perfect size and layout for 2 guests. Would stay here again for sure!

We had a very comfortable stay at King’s place in Newark. King was a great host—friendly, responsive, and accommodating. He welcomed us on the first day even though reached very late in the night, gave us a quick tour, and made sure we had everything we needed. When we requested an extra bed, he arranged it promptly. The home was well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. Would definitely recommend staying here!

The location is fantastic, with easy access to public transportation, making it convenient to catch a bus to Times Square and explore other attractions in the city. Sanela was an exceptional host—extremely welcoming, helpful, and quick to respond to any questions or requests, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay. The property was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making it a great choice for travelers.

Taz’s place was great value, rooms were spacious, the high ceilings were a nice plus and he even had a crib available for use. If you’re a light sleeper, there is some noise upstairs late night (thanks for those earplugs, Taz!) from other tenants I assume. Not a big deal. Lots of cute places to eat and cafecitos walking distance. Street parking isn’t readily available but there is a reasonably priced garage within a few minutes of walking. Felt safe walking at night. Overall, would recommend for a family.

Trish is a great host. Always friendly and responsive. No issue at all. Easy check in and out. Her instructions are. clear. The location is quiet, has easy access to transportation and local communities. The neighborhood feels safe. Her unit is clean and look exactly as shown. It’s a reasonable price for the place. Recommended.

We had a great stay! The apartment was quiet and the location was an easy walk to restaurants and the PATH. The beds were comfortable & loved the new decor. We felt safe the whole time. Plenty of room for the 4 adults in our group. Quick travel into NYC and back.

Such a nice, quiet place in the craziness of NYC. Robert was a super good host and communicator. Just a little tipp: if you are looking for a place to store your bags, don't use the bounce closest to the apartment, because they might not be there when they tell u. We waited half an hour together with angry people trying to get hold of their post and went to the next bounce after at Broadway, which worked just fine!

Michael was an amazing host. Super responsive and helpful! Also, the space itself was fantastic. Had such a great stay at his place, very clean, well stocked and so close to everything.

This property is a gem and our host is a treasure! Both check in and checkout were smooth and easy. Kitchen and bathroom were pristeen. Bedrooms were clean and comfortable. Neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. It is a beautiful place to recharge after a long night celebrating with loved ones in NYC!

L'appartement est d'une qualité inégalable, grande luminosité et des espaces très volumineux. Tout est mis à disposition pour notre séjour hormis des produits ménagers ou un aspirateur, mais on trouve toujours de quoi se débrouiller. Le quartier est sympathique, en 30 minutes maximum, on est au World Trade Center, grand parc à proximité, commerces d'appoint disponibles. Je tiens à souligner la disponibilité et la rapidité à laquelle le propriétaire répond :) Merci pour ce super appartement !

My family and I had a blast staying at Erika’s place! It looked even better in person. This was my families first time experiencing New Jersey. Transportation is only down the street at walking distance and local markets are easy to get to. She also provided some games such as Uno, connect four, and Jenga for those rainy days we decided to stay in. I would love to come back again!

El hospedaje era muy lindo , cómodo y todo súper limpio , lo que describían era cierto, lugar muy lindo para hospedarse unos excelentes anfitriones siempre pendientes de todo lo recomendaría 100% al que quiera reservarlo, muy buena comunicación y tenía jabón, shampoo en los baños de cortesía y algunas cosas útiles en la cocina todo lo necesarios, fácil acceso a la casa en la esquina hay un supermercado mexicano con todo lo necesario. Todo súper bien.

Couldn’t find a better view of NYC! Sam was extremely responsive and kind. I hardly knew they were home. Peaceful and quiet.

The location of this stay is amazing! There is a beautiful view of the city line just outside the building door. Walkable to the ferry and a 20min car ride into the city. Great location for a group of 6! I would highly recommend walking to bagels on pine (10min walk from the Airbnb) for breakfast.

We had a great stay here. Lauren was very helpful and responsive before and during our stay. Place is big enough for our party of 7. It is very near the bus stop to NYC port authority. Its a nice and quiet neighborhood. Amenities are good, the appliances are all new and good quality. The microwave was broken at that time but she provided a spare rhat we can use.

Eun Seon's place was amazing! She was so friendly and helpful - even walking us to the bus station in the mornings and giving great advice and tips for traveling across the river! We feel so lucky to have gotten to know Eun and that she shared her comfortable home with us. I highly recommend her place - especially if you're looking for something quiet but still convenient to the hustle and bustle of the big city.

Beautiful quite and spacious condo. Nice to get home to after a long hectic day in the city. Very affordable. The hostess is responsive and helpful. There is a supermarket two minutes away, and it has three restaurants on the block. The bus stop to 42nd street is a minutes walk away, and there you'll find a stunning view of the Manhattan skyline. The only issue would be parking. West New York parking authority is strict and you must renew visitors parking pass every 24 hours or you'll get ticketed. Other than that, my family and I enjoyed our stay very much.

Denny has a fantastic place! The view cannot be beat, and it's very convenient to get to Manhattan. Clean facilities, clear communication, and all of the amenities you would want. You would not be disappointed by choosing this.
