Our family enjoyed staying at Richard’s place! Having a kitchen was helpful as we had a longer stay. 15-20 minute walk to the PATH. Easy street parking which is rare in this area. A couple of nearby playgrounds and a Target and grocery store in walking distance.

A very clean, spacious and well equipped and presented property with easy walking to every facility. Particularly liked white bed linen and towels which gives confidence of cleanliness. The property is well proportioned and in an ideal location for walking to the shops, restaurants and the massive park at the top of the slope. Travis was always responsive and helpful.

Fantastic place lots of room for my brother and I and our families including 3 small children. The place was super child friendly. There was plenty of floor space for pack-n-plays as well as my daughter’s blackout tent. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and dishes. The bathrooms were clean and great with toddlers. Our only unexpected surprise was the airport noise from planes taking off flying over. This caused minor issues during bedtime due to it continuing to distract the toddlers. But once they noise machines were on all was good. We would use the place again. Silvia was a fantastic host and we enjoyed making use of her home for a one night stay.

I was with my daughter visiting Fordham University, We felt very safe during our stay and it was close enough to walk public Transportation. To bad the weather was chilly I wish we would be able to take advantage of the lovely back yard..

We were looking for a place in Bergen County for a family of 5 for a few weeks. The house was perfect for us, with big rooms, equipped kitchen and clean bathrooms. It is in a nice neighborhood, quiet but close to everything we needed. The place felt like home. Ossi was very responsive and easy to communicate. She was very accommodating and was a great help. We highly recommend.

She's so friendly, I truly recommend her. I sepnd a great time and the space was very clean and good.

Paul is an excellent host! He’s always very communicative. I’ve stayed at two of his properties and both have been great stays. I enjoyed the space and it was perfect for my work trip. The space was clean and had everything I needed. Would stay again. Thank you Paul!

While moving out of state, my wife and I needed a place to live while we sold our home in New Jersey and continue working until our departure date. Due to our pets traveling with us, hotels were not a viable option. I looked around on AirBnB for hosts that accept pets and reached out, giving them a courtesy to decline the large amount of animals I had. Several ghosted me, two politely declined, and Asieye did me the courtesy of engaging with me. After a few hours of back and forth, Asieye was kind enough to accept our reservation. This was a huge weight lifted off my shoulders, and I will be forever grateful for generousity to allow our family to stay together while we navigated this change in our lives. The rental was spacious, clean, and as represented on the listing. She provided many amenities to us, and was a great host. The property is in a great location, being close to the George Washington Bridge and NYC, yet close to Northern Jersey's many shops and restaurants.

The barn is a perfect place for a family with children. Beautiful surroundings would enjoy a summer stay and use the pool. Micaela perfect host all requests were attended too quickly. Look forward to another stay on next visit to NJ.

The Apartment was in Greenpoint and the views were amazing although not exactly the Appartement in the pictures. It was as Food as the ohne Shown. It is a Bit rare that you only get to Know the adress in the last minute but it worked well. Maybe that is due to NYC Airbnb politics

The Ave is our first choice when we visit northern NJ. The gym is top notch. The building and parking is very secure. The property is well maintained.

We really enjoyed our stay! They are great host. Great location in NJ esp if you are trying to get to the city. I would recommend learning the how the path train and the subway works from nyc to Hoboken.

Great location and stay

Great place to stay. This was the perfect place for our group to stay for a Christmas New York Trip. Host even had the house decorated for Christmas. Easy walk to the 154x bus that is a 25 min ride to the Port Authority. Street parking with a parking pay stall just around the corner at the library super easy and convenient.

“We had an amazing stay! The views were spectacular, and the place smelled wonderful. The building was very clean, and Jeff was quick to respond to any questions we had. The location was perfect—close to NYC with plenty of nearby options for breakfast and dinner within walking distance. It was also convenient for visiting family in the area. The only downside was the unexpected parking fees, which were not mentioned in the listing. Since we rented a car for family visits in Connecticut, it would have been helpful to know about the costs in advance. Other than that, everything was fantastic, and we truly enjoyed our time here!”

Very good place.

One of the very best places I’ve stayed in my many stays as a traveling teacher. Fully equipped kitchen, high ceilings, private outdoor patio, a real studio apartment—I stayed for six weeks, and it felt like a home. I stayed alone but the space and comfortable, nicely firm queen bed could easily accommodate a couple. Guy was super responsive and proactive, including replacing towels weekly and keeping the walkway snow cleared after storms, but also completely respected my privacy. Plenty of storage in the closet and two bedside dressers. Safe, quiet residential neighborhood with reliable on-street parking, a 5 min drive from groceries, restaurants, and every imaginable amenity. Super clean bathroom with a great shower. I can’t imagine a better AirBnB experience—so much nicer than the basements or bedrooms in someone’s house where I’ve previously stayed in this area! Can’t recommend Guy’s place strongly enough, especially if you are planning an extended stay.

I had a wonderful stay at Colleen’s Airbnb! The space was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and thoughtfully designed. Colleen was an excellent host, always responsive and accommodating, making sure I had everything I needed throughout my stay. The location was perfect, offering a quiet retreat while still being conveniently close to everything. Overall, I highly recommend staying here and would definitely book again in the future. Very welcoming! This place gives home away from home, and is located super close to the beach. The host is absolutely amazing, and accommodating. His communication skills are top tier! I recommend this place, and I will definitely book again if available.

Joes place was exactly what my family needed and will definitely consider staying there again on our next trip to New Jersey.

Great place to stay. Nice & cozy. Just as described. In such a great neighborhood, surrounded by plenty of shops and restaurants. Great if you have kids traveling with you like we did, since there’s a park walking distance. Easy to find parking the earlier you get there. Travel to Manhattan & Brooklyn very easy via the bus/metro. Natalia was very responsive, helpful, and gave us so many great recommendations for places to check out in the area. Definitely recommend and plan on staying again in the future!!
