Our family came into town due to an unfortunate event. But the stay at this home was all we needed and more. I highly recommend this home. Not only is it clean but has many additional necessary features that makes it feel like home away from home. The price is well worth it!

This was our second time staying at Evelyn's place. Evelyn goes above and beyond to make the place feel welcoming. Checking in and out was a breeze, and the house had everything we could have wanted in a home away from home.

Our recent stay at this Airbnb was nothing short of fantastic! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the thoughtful amenities specifically designed for kids. Our little ones felt right at home with the toys and games available, making it easy for them to settle in and have fun. The location is another highlight. We were just a stone's throw away from the art museum. Additionally, we loved how walkable the neighborhood was, with a diverse selection of restaurants just a few minutes away. Whether we were in the mood for casual dining or something more upscale, there was always a great option nearby. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed to prepare our meals, which added to the convenience of our stay. We appreciated the attention to detail. All in all, we had a wonderful experience and wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

The house was as described getting into the drive was a little hectic but did not diminish the house or the stay ❤️ my friends and I liked and enjoyed our stay!

We had a nice stay at Caryle’s house. It was a nice location to explore Longwood gardens, Wintertur, and Philadelphia. Neighborhood was quiet. The house was nice and clean and we felt right at home. Caryle was very responsive and proactive.

This home has all of the amenities and was so peaceful. You can tell there are a lot of loving memories in this home. The owner is warm and communicative.

Malyka was welcoming, helpful, and made me and my coworker feel at home during our weekend in Philly for a conference. Highly recommend. The area is beautiful and safe and a very walkable distance to the nearest SEPTA trolley.

Joseph was great and accommodating, my family was traveling for a funeral and needed an early check-in and other accommodations. Joseph made sure the home was ready early and spotless. I would definitely recommend.

The place was very close to the Convention Center and downtown making it very walkable to most Philly locations. The apartment was comfortable, clean, and quiet. Would recommend.

This stay was great! We stayed for the Delaware Running Festival and it was just about a mile from the starting line, which was perfect. Barbara was super responsive and very friendly and welcoming. The apartment was cozy and had wonderful reclining chairs that I LOVED after the race. Also appreciated having candy, eggs in the fridge, and lots of coffee options!

Nice place to stay. Loved the location, plenty of room and off street parking was a great plus. Kat was a great host!

Excellent location and a great host. I was visiting Philadelphia for a mix of work and fun and this was the perfect spot to both relax in and work from.

Great property for an active family on the road.

We had a great 2-night stay for a quick family trip to Philadelphia with a 4 year old and 8 month old. The apartment was exactly as described with several thoughtful extras and in a great location for walking to the historic areas of the city. There was some road noise in the back bedroom (and you could hear the kids upstairs running around) but we quickly got used to it and it didn’t wake up the baby - so not a big deal. We only had one question (about parking) and Gabriel quickly responded, and it turned out that the info we needed had already been provided along with any other info we might have required. The place was family friendly as described and the only thing our 4 year old asked for that wasn’t there already was a stool to stand on in the bathroom :) Overall we had a very good stay and wished that we could’ve stayed longer.

We really enjoyed our stay. The place is roomy and well maintained. The bed is incredibly comfortable too. If you are not driving, many sites of interest are a subway ride away, Uber or within walking distance. The place is on one of the major streets in Philadelphia, so everything is close. Would definitely stay here again.

I love the aesthetics throughout the property. I was already familiar with the area and it was conveniently close to everything that I needed to do. I really enjoyed the kitchen set up and the yard. The beds were super comfy. It took me a little minute to figure out how to work one of the showers however, it was definitely amazing. A friend of mine recommended this location to me (they should offer her a discount lol) and I would definitely stay again.

I walked to Reanimator coffee in Fishtown every morning and got takeout for everyone. The bed was comfortable. Interesting inustrial + yuppie condo neighborhood. Was perfect for us.

I'd rent again, just to be clear. Christina was a great host-just what you want in terms of responsiveness, etc. Directions are very detailed & important to follow, given the mismatch between the AirBnB address & the entrance. I've only stayed in Fishtown & know it's difficult to park. Didn't use Christina's detailed map for street parking & just went to the lot on North Front Street. A 3 minute walk. $25/night. Worth it. Recommendations for places to go are spot on. Christina's list is great place to start for local spots. Took the one bedroom option. Place was still quite spacious & easy for two to WFH w/o getting in each other's way. Bed was very comfortable & the shower was good. The heating system fan is loud. You probably won't need that white noise machine in the bedroom. When leaving the apartment, I'd walk toward West Thompson rather than West Girard-a little shady there under the "el". (Sorry I forgot to run the dishwasher when we left.)
