My gang of friends agreed we’d happily come back here again - lovely setting & big driveway for parking; comfy bedrooms and generous number of bathrooms; well-equipped kitchen compared to most rentals; pleasant but unobtrusive decor; and short, clear host instructions. And it was so warm for December that we even got to hang out on the patio, also comfy & welcoming. I think the only things (and they were very minor) that we’d recommend adding would be conventional potholders, a few more sets of silverware, a couple more DR chairs, and a reminder sign about the step down from the kitchen into the DR. Overall, would definitely recommend!

My husband and I have stayed in many airbnb locations, and this property was one of our favorites!! Carol's Conshohocken home was just perfect for our multi-generational gathering. Bedrooms were roomy and all with private bathrooms. The beds were comfortable and linens all lovely and soft. We especially enjoyed the abundance of creative touches and obvious care to make this home uniquely "green" with so many renewable energy solutions throughout the house. The little playroom was delightful for our two year old grandson to explore. It felt like we were staying in the home of a friend, who thought of everything! Thank you Carol!

In a city of hundreds of stay options, Katerina's house was a great reminder for me on the positives of choosing an airbnb over a hotel. We had the whole house with a yard to ourselves. It was spacious, clean, and well appointed. The host was kind and responsive. All in all, it was perfect.

I think this was a fair listing and fair price. Nothing majorly problematic stood out to me which was awesome, and the mattresses were very comfortable. Only a few minor negatives (listed below). *Room scent machines & plugins were excessive and too frequent *No coat rack near the door *No shampoo/conditioner provided (that I could find) *No cutting boards (that I could find) *Parking instructions were on the counter but wish they were in the listing / somewhere in the app *Carpet is well-worn in the bedrooms *No hand railing for the top 7 stairs or so, leading up to the top floor *No outdoor seating (shown in photos) *Only 1 bathroom on the top floor, second bathroom was in the basement (nothing can be done, it was just inconvenient) *No real comforters for the beds, only fleece throw blankets

The game room was absolutely amazing and the hot tub, also a highlight . We loved the bar and the frosted glassware. The hosts were present/available without being at all intrusive. There were ample bathrooms and shower facilities with towels a’plenty. The beds were comfortable and the fire place,an unexpected bonus. The kitchen facilities were roomy and fully stocked. It was clean, comfortable and tons of fun- worth every penny 😊

Great place! My wife and I stayed 6 nights with our 4 kids. One daughter did a week long summer ballet program nearby. The house was very nice. Plenty of space for everyone. We used delivery services for groceries. Location was ideal. Reanimator coffee shop (across the street) was our go to every morning. We walked to restaurants in the area. Having the SEPTA station nearby on Broad/Federal St was helpful but we also took an Uber to downtown for $7 to $20 depending on time of day. Kitchen had everything we needed to make dinner one night. Enjoyed having family time watching Olympics in the living room together or playing Scrabble at the dinner table. We used the washer and dryer since we had traveled over a week from home. Asli and Mike messaged/texted to make sure we had everything we needed and answered quickly when we had a question. They even dropped off some paper towels on day 2 after we had texted so we felt very cared for. Would definitely stay here again if in Philadelphia!

What a wonderful experience from Check-in to check-out. It was a stopping point on our travels to Myrtle Beach and what a find it was. The place was very comfortable and well stocked. Angela and Elliot were very responsive, had wonderful recommendations and were not at all intrusive. The kitchen was well stocked and we loved the coffee press. Beds were extremely comfortable linens soft and having access to a washer and dryer was a nice surprise. Best feature by far was the back patio. We were fortunate to have beautiful weather so we utilized it often. We also enjoyed the walk ability of the neighborhood. What a gem. We loved it so much we booked it again for our trip back home. This is the second time we stay at this house. It is spacious and charming. The neighborhood is safe. The gas fireplace is a nice feature.

I came to PA for a new job. I enjoyed my stay with Rose. Rose was very responsive and kind. Very attentive. The unit was private. The space was extremely clean. The bathroom and kitchen were extra clean. Good size fridge for food/snacks. I appreciated being able to use the laundry room that was located conveniently by the kitchen. She thought of the little things. Plenty of toilet paper and toiletries. There was an ability to control the temperature in each room. All instructions were well written. Provided recommendations for the area. Strong Wi-Fi. I love the neighborhood which was quiet. I was close to the places I needed to go to. I wish I could stay there for a few months, until I find a permanent place to stay. I had not issues at all during my stay. I highly recommend this listing and will return.

I highly recommend a stay at Nick’s place! It was a great deal and so much space - you cannot beat all those balconies and rooftop, such a gorgeous view and great people watching! The space was thoughtfully and beautifully decorated, loved the books available (librarian stamp of approval), and kitchen + laundry made our stay so comfortable. Both my friend and I thought the beds were really comfortable, I slept so deeply! I felt like I was a bit needier than normal on an Airbnb stay, and Nick was so kind and gracious, always responsive communication and made sure we were taken care of. You’re also right on several bus lines; 48, 49, & 61 were our go to’s to explore all of the items on our first time tourist bucket list. They pick/drop off literally right in front of the Airbnb or one short block over, and Google maps has real time tracking. We also had a car for part of the stay and never had an issue with parking. Great space & convenient location. Thank you for a wonderful stay Nick!

Perfect place to stay for my two night trip. Comfortable bed, nice fireplace and had everything needed. Definitely recommend!

the place was just as described and the photos show it all. it's in a building that's on a busy corner but the traffic wasn't a bother while we were there. it was a quiet pleasant stay and we will stay again when we're in the area for sure! Maribel was an amazing host, responsive and helpful! we appreciate you!

Stayed at this Airbnb and was thoroughly satisfied with the experience. The apartment was both clean and comfortable, meeting all my expectations. The host was commendable for their easygoing communication and supportive attitude, making the stay hassle-free.

Charming apartment with all the amenities and the parking place which is super convenient. We were visiting family and the place was perfect for us, the neighborhood felt very safe. Rob & Amanda provided detailed information on the place and were responsive.

Great stay at a very convenient and walkable location approximating University City. David was a gracious and communicative host!

For South Philly, it's a great location. The unit is the upper half of a two unit building. We've stayed there three times now and never had a problem. For an older part of town, the building is up to date and in very good shape. The neighbors have been very quiet. The beds are comfortable. On one occasion there were some minor maintenance issues but Andrea took care of them right away when she was notified. We hope to stay there again in the future. That said, the stools in the kitchen need to be reupholstered and a comfortable chair that one could read in would be appreciated.

Great stay, great location, comfy beds. One thing I would recommend is to add tv’s in the bedrooms and better WiFi.

Second time visiting Michael’s place - can’t stress enough - well worth the money and extremely cute and comfy

We had an awesome stay at 1100 Broad St! We felt very safe with a gated garage spot and a 24 hour security guard in addition to cameras surrounding the property. The area felt safe enough that I could send the boys across the street to Target without worry. My husband had a concern about something and the security guard addressed it immediately. My teenage grandsons loved the basketball court! I have mobility issues and was able to navigate the space easily with my walker. We had to travel to other parts of the area and the location was easy to navigate from. The apartment itself felt very homey. COMFORTABLE beds!! I can imagine that no windows may be less than desirable for the spring or summer, but it made for a cozy winter stay. Liz was right on top of two maintenance issues that arose and the maintenance staff at the building were great- polite, friendly, and quick. All of the appliances were clean and in perfect working order. I would highly recommend a stay at 1100 Broad St!

My husband and I stayed here for a weekend away and to catch a concert at the Fillmore. Overall, our stay was great. It was surprisingly quiet for being in a pretty active and bustling neighborhood. I felt very safe and we walked to and from our show late at night and we did most of our travel around the area by foot. It was very clean and comfortable. I appreciated the Nespresso as I require good coffee in the morning and don’t always wanna walk haha. Two things, the water pressure in the bathroom wasn’t great. I was able to get by but it took a while to shower. The parking situation isn’t great either, we were able to park in a public lot but it cost about $30/day. There is definitely opportunity for street parking but many areas had 2-3 hour limits and the spots were incredibly difficult to come by. Other than that, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend for anyone looking to stay in Philly. Very comfortable, safe and walkable. Go Birds! 🦅

The condo was perfect for our 3 night stay. The parking was a really nice amenity - being able to park off the road and not worry about the car at all. The place was quiet, clean and exactly what we needed. The check in instructions were very detailed and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!
