I had a great stay at this apartment! Everything was very clean and well kept. The view from the apartment was amazing and made the stay even better. The host was very responsive and helpful whenever I had a question. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!

Unni's villa is nestled right between the beach and the backwaters. Not many places would offer such a superb setting that seems to embody the very soul of Kerala. The villa is spacious, family-friendly and as described, including the amenities. The beach is quaint, clean and very beautiful, ideal for strolls, swimming or just watching sunset. Unni is a very responsive host, always willing to help. The cook is skilled and really adept at tailoring the menu to suit the guests' requirements. Overall, a superb experience which we would love to repeat someday.

Sunil and Dr. Susan are a great host. They're very friendly, responsive and helpful. The stay was perfect felt like home. Very neat and clean. Every good to see at fort Kochi was in walkable distance. From checkin to check out everything was smooth. A peaceful, cozy, budget friendly and homely stay. I highly recommend the stay. We had an amazing one-day stay at this beautiful 3BHK flat with a stunning river view in Aluva. The apartment was spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated, making it feel like a home away from home. The view from the balcony was absolutely breathtaking, with the serene Periyar river and coconut trees adding a calming touch to our morning coffee. The host was incredibly hospitable, ensuring that everything we needed was readily available. The caretaker Vijay was always there to help, making sure we were comfortable and addressing any needs promptly. The location is convenient, with easy access to local attractions and amenities. The apartment was well-equipped with Wi-Fi, a good LED TV, microwave oven and other modern facilities, making our stay comfortable and hassle-free. The property is very close to Aluva town and the experience was really nice. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and picturesque getaway. I would definitely love to come back again!

We booked this place to host a friend’s bridal shower, and it turned out to be the perfect choice! The property is beautifully maintained, with high-quality furniture and modern kitchen appliances that made everything feel super comfortable and convenient. The highlight for us was definitely the lawn — it’s stunning and very well-kept, making it ideal for small gatherings and celebrations. There’s also a small swimming pool that we didn’t end up using, but it looked clean and inviting. Overall, it’s a great private space to enjoy with good company, and absolutely worth the money. Highly recommend!

Fantastyczne miejsce! Dom przestronny i bardzo komfortowy: dwie odrębne sypialnie z łazienkami zapewniają prywatność i intymność. Do tego duży salon, gdzie można spędzać wspólny czas, a w razie potrzeby jest miejsce do spania dla dodatkowego gościa. Ale najważniejsze to piękna lokalizacja nad samą rzeką i z prywatnym tarasem oraz ogrodem! Polecam i daję 7* na 5 możliwych:). Aha, bardzo duży plus za rowery dostępne dla gości! Wprawdzie dla człowieka z Europy Kerala jest dość ciepłym miejscem, co nie kojarzy się dobrze z jeżdżeniem na rowerze, ale... to błąd, bo jest zupełnie odwrotnie: rowery są tak leciutkie i zwinne, że zwiedzanie na dwóch kółkach to czysta przyjemność!
