Had a wonderful stay at this place. The Host, Manager, Care Taker and the Security were all so prompt and helpful. This property is very close to the beach and has a very good view from the 2nd Floor. The only possible improvement I could think about is "Having some Indoor Games". This might add value. Overall we all had a very satisfying and enjoyable stay.

Spent a lovely day at Abhinav’s sylvan, secluded property at Mahabalipuram. The property looks as inviting as the photographs on the advert, if not more. The villa is palatial, very well furnished and has enough space for a big group / large family. The major bonuses include - a secluded sandy beach in very close proximity and a well maintained pool with evening lights and a fountain / water sprout. Other pros: 1. Abhinav is approachable and extremely prompt with his responses. He even managed to organise an early check-in for us at short notice, albeit with eventually had delays on the journey. 2. The caretaker of the property is around 24x7 to help with random errands. He has a silent presence it does not interrupt one’s privacy. 3. Despite its secluded locale, there are multiple order-in options for food, if requested at a reasonable hour. 4. The lawn on a clear night makes for a great stargazing opportunity for astronomy enthusiasts. Would definitely visit again!

Wonderful property, would return again! I booked this property for a family get together, and it was worth every last penny. It was a group of five adults and a toddler and everyone had something to do at the property! The pool was clean, water was non-chlorinated and the kitchen was spotless. The terrace is an absolute vibe with good views and a fresh breeze! The caretaker staff were prompt in service. There are a couple of very good restaurants nearby and all delivery apps are available as well. The beach is at a stroll away as well! In summary, I would wholeheartedly recommend this property to anyone who's looking for a laidback getaway that's still close enough to the city! 💜

We had a delightful stay in a truly beautiful place. However, there were a couple of inconveniences. The pool, while lovely, wasn't private, and we weren't informed about the requirement for swimming caps, preventing us from using it. Additionally, we couldn't enjoy the pool table as we were asked to bring our own cues. Overall, despite these minor issues, the experience was positive.

Abbiramy's place was indeed a gem in the heart of the city of Chennai. A beautiful home, located very conveniently near important landmarks such the Metro train station and Vijaya Forum mall, both of which were only a few mins away by walk. Her home is fabulously furnished with utmost care with a level of detail that's hard to match with any other Airbnb host that I've stayed with so far. Few examples would include printed labels at key areas to help us find useful things and at electrical switch points such as the chimney, microwave etc., WiFi extenders, board games, attentive apartment staff and so on. She also arranged for somebody to hand-deliver an extra set of linens due my extended stay. Her communication was impeccable right from instructions to checkin, all the way to providing extremely useful recommendations and helpful tips along the way to qns pertaining to her home and its amenities. Wish I could write more but there's a character limit. In short, highly recommended!

One of the nicest host one could ask for. Very polite and humble throughout our stay. Communication since booking with the host was a major positive highlight. Everything was perfectly arranged for us. Home is located at the heart of the city and easy access to major points in the city. A place very close to Anna Nagar and surrounded areas. It has good 2 BHK with Ac. Refrigerated etc.. clean washroom and in prime location. A valuable stay. Looking forward to stay again in the future. Thank you.
