Couldnt say enough wonderful things about Nirmala and Baskar. From the start to the finish they went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and we were really touched by their kindness and hospitality. Exceptional hosts. The apartment is in a nice spot and is spacious with comfy mattresses and clean sheets. Kitchen was well equipped with stove/pots and pans and fridge. Wouldnt hesitate to recommend this place .

The place was as it was advertised. Clean and with well-kept. It had everything that I expected from a serviced apartment.

Clean place

1) Place was clean and tidy. It will be comfortable for minimum 2-3 people. 2) Caretaker was very responsive and was available for morning check ins (6:30-7am) too. 3) Place is located an 10 mins from metro station, 15 mins from cmbt(koyambedu), 15 mins from VR Mall, 20-25 mins from korattur local station 4) You get nearby restaurants (A2b is close by) veg and non veg, in a very quick walk away for breakfast / lunch or dinner 5) You would need to pay separately for electricity. To get an approx amount, it cost me around 180INR for 40 hours stay. 6) Owner though was not available on premise, was connecting with me through calls to make sure i have a comfortable stay. 7) The lane the house is in is little narrow and busy too , it might be bit difficult for bigger cars to come through. 8) Location was little off by 30-40 meters. But it's wasn't a problem as caretaker helped me with it. Would definitely recommend this place.

I had booked it for my team and everyone had a great experience.

It was amazing stay rooms ,bathroom , kitchen were clean, very easy process of check in, kitchen had all equipments , surroundings of flat was peaceful and zomota , blinkit was easily accessible.

Great place to stay, no complaints. Very homely, and lived in. All amenities as described, and the host is very friendly and understanding too. If you are looking for a hotel like more commercial vibe, it won’t match that, but it definitely keeps the spirit of Airbnb, which for me is a home someone is giving out to a you for a few days.

This was our second visit to Tavat serviced appartment and we stayed at the property for a period 10 days.. Satish and the helpers were very responsive and attentive to our requests..the flats are well maintained and kitchen equipped with all nenecessary amenities..the team at Tavat made sure that our stay was comfortable..the appartment's location is definitely a plus point..easily accessible with all amenities nearby.. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone travelling for medical or leisure purposes...

This place is on the third floor of the building. Not a worry though, there's an elevator. I particularly fancied the digital lock for the main door. I didn't have to worry about carrying any keys. The place is walkable distance both from US Visa Biometric collection and the US Consulate, which very well served my purpose. Murugan, the building staff person is very helpful. He even bought us milk in the early mornings along with some sugar. Very polite and friendly. The description of place says, if I remember correctly, that there's a balcony. But there is none. Host, Arjun, was not very responsive initially. I had to reach out to the Airbnb support team to reach out to him. Later he reached out saying he was busy traveling hence he couldn't respond back. That's the only nitpicking I have about the whole experience. Proactive communication is a must for a host. The overall stay experience felt home away from home. Peaceful and secure. Hope you enjoy your stay too :)

Cleanest accommodation in Chennai. Neighbours were very understanding and helpful.

Pros —Everything was soo good. House keepers are very friendly and too polite. They helped in everything . Even at late night they will respond and open the door for you without hesitation! Host is very responsive , polite and genuine too! Nice bedrooms, and good ac conditions. Bike and car parking available! Safe stay❤️ Thanky you for the safety stay MR. Gurnathan sir & his manager ( house keepers) spl thanks❤️ Cons - only one (ac and tv)remote for 2 bedroom . Tv remote little bit unresponsive. In Night time mosquitoes are coming inside even the door closed. These are some problems apart from that …the best stay for family,friends,couples!! -Karthik

it's a very good place. they have North Indian food and the caretaker Ganesh and owner are super nice. they helped me with everything I needed even when it was not their headache. I'll visit again soon..
