great location, near an entrance of the best station in Seoul! lots to eat and do, but still peaceful. the place was really spotless and had lots of amenities, even international adapters were provided! Su also responded to our messages instantaneously whenever we needed help:) would visit again 11/10 (just that the 4 storey climb with luggages was a little tough 😅)

깔끔하고 칫솔, 폼클랜징, 커피 등 인원수에 맞게 준비도 다 해주시고 수건도 넉넉히 준비해 주셔서 너무 잘 쉬고왔습니다.

We had a comfly stay during our trip. The location is never been better as it locates nearby the subway station.

We loved this Airbnb and the location. There were many places to explore and it felt like a local neighborhood to give you a really home-like experience. The place was clean and very convenient to travel to other areas around Seoul. I highly recommend this place if you want a different vibe than the busy tourist areas.

집구조가 특이 하지만 알차 보여서 예약했어요 호스트님도 친절하셔서 인상 깊었습니다. 장점 프라이빗한 주차장 보유 우측 통창 뷰가 너무 좋음 욕실이 내 스타일(욕조 등) 침구가 폭신함 재밌는 집구조 친절한 호스트 연남동,연희동 등등 핫플 가기 가까움 단점 앞건물 공사로 인한 낮에는 인부가 보임 (방음은 창문 열지 않는 이상 조용함) 욕실 또한 창이 있어 낮에는 씻고 나갈때 조심할 필요 (욕실에 가운이 있음) 진짜 호스트의 물건들이 있어 에어비앤비 같은 느낌의 집 예민해서 잠자리가 바뀌면 밤새는 경우가 많은데 정말 잘잤어요 다음달 초에 또 방문 할거에요:)

숙소는 청결하고 사장님이 친절하십니다. 근처에 편의점, 카페, 음식점 등이 있습니다. 방이 많고 거실이 넓어 대가족이 편하게 쉬다 가기에 좋습니다.

고즈넉하게 쉴 수 있는 숙소를 찾고 있다가 발견한 스테이구구 !!! 어느계절 상관없이 머물면서 힐링할수 있는 곳은 여기뿐 !!! 조용하고 고즈넉하게 힐링하고 싶다면 추천하는 숙소입니당 :-) 조리는 못하지만 사와서 먹는건 가능이니 is 뭔들 ,,♡ 또 올게요 !!!!!>.<

여러 가족들이 함께 놀러갔는데 너무 즐겁고 알차게 잘 놀다왔어요 ^^ 주변 풍경도 한적하니 좋고 저녁에 캠프파이어 하면서 마시멜로우도 구워먹으니 좋은 추억이 되었어요 ! 또 서울과 접근성도 좋아서 또 오고싶네요~ 사장님께서 빠르게 응답도 잘 해주시고 숙소에 잠깐 오실일이 계셨는데 그때 음료수까지 사다주셔서 너무 감사했어요! 다음에 날 풀리면 또 놀러갈게요~~

Great place to stay, quiet neighbourhood (lighted street). Clear instructions on check in. Many good food and convenience store all within walking distances. Bus stop and subway easy accessible(~3 bus stop to hongdae). Have big fridge to store strawberries and drinks. Heanu even helped us with food delivery. Do note that it will be troublesome if you are carrying heavy luggages or with elderly as the slope is quite steep and there are 2 small flight of stairs to the house.

2박3일동안 편안하게 아이들과 즐거운 시간 보낼수 있었습니다

Tia's lodging was special. I liked the modern interior and dining area, and of course I could sleep comfortably in the bedroom. There was a traditional market nearby, the transportation was convenient, and I could feel the lively atmosphere. I could comfortably see Seoul at a glance through the guidebook provided at the hotel. This is an accommodation I would like to use again next time.

깨끗하고, 오락기 노래방 영화관 등 즐길거리가 많아 가족들과 즐거운시간 보냈습니다.

Friendly and welcoming hosts went above and beyond. We had everything we needed, and the surrounding area is lovely

군더더기없이 깔끔하고 좋았습니다. 아이들 둘과 네식구 이용했는데 불편함 없었어요 다만 주차가 1대만 가능하고 주차공간이 협소하다보니 건물 주변 골목에 해야하는데..주변이 다 술집이라서 주차할데가 없어서 조금 어려웠습니다.

너무 좋았습니다 재밌게 잘 놀다왔어요!

Our family had an excellent week long stay. If you want to get away from the super touristy area and really experience the Seoul local scene, this place is perfect, near all things within few minutes. Host is super responsive and the place is very clean and pretty good sized considering it's Seoul. Would definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay at Eunju’s place! She and her husband were both incredibly kind and welcoming. From the moment we arrived, we felt very well taken care of. Eunju was always happy to help –recommending great local restaurants and shops and even assisting us with booking bus. We really appreciated her support and generosity. The apartment itself was very well-equipped and comfortable. There were fresh towels and blankets and a heated mattress for colder nights. A big plus was the wide selection of teas and snacks – we loved helping ourselves! Each guest leaves behind some snacks for the next travelers so keep an eye out for that. There were plenty of kitchen utensils for cooking as well as a washer-dryer unit (once a week for free). Eunju even provided a rain umbrella, which came in handy! All in all, a great experience with truly warm-hearted hosts. We’d definitely stay again!

It was my first time saying in a shared space and I absolutely loved it! Place was clean and comfy~ the host was also fantastic, extremely friendly and made me feel right at home. Location was very convenient too. Will definitely stay here again whenever I'm back in Seoul :)

I strongly recommend this place to anyone during their stay. The apartment is well located. it matches the picture and description 숙희 is a really nice person who will welcome you nicely. She will be happy to answer to any of your questions I will surely come back!

Amazing stay! They are so kind and loved the two kids♥️

The place is conveniently located within a 5 min walk to the metro. Lots of nearby restaurants, with close access to a protected walking/running path by the lake/stream.
