Nous avons passé un très bon sejour en famille. Marina et son époux ont été presents tout au long du séjour, très réactifs et accueillants ! Nazareth est bien desservi cependant la Plage est à 20 min de bus et tres peu de restaurants aux alentours faut prendre le tram et le bus. Une pharmacie, une laverie, un supermarché, une boulangerie autour de l’appartement qui nous ont beaucoup rendu service .Faut s’organiser surtout pour le repas du soir😊! En tout cas nous vous conseillons l’appartement de Marina. Ils sont vraiment aux petits soins!

Villa espaciosa y modernizada, con muchos servicios y detalles. Hemos estado en familia muy a gusto. Seguro que en otras fechas la piscina habríamos utilizado la piscina todos los días, pero en Navidades no era importante. Gracias a Frederic y Nadine que han estado muy atentos y flexibles.

Very comfortable, clean, and modern. This Airbnb had the most comfortable bed and nicest bedding I’ve come across in such accommodations. Alboraia is far outside the center of Valencia, but is a calm beach community walkable the La Malvarossa, El Cabanyal, and the Marina. You can access the center via bus or taxi. The garage parking space is tight, but there’s plentiful parking just outside, which we used.

Lovely house, great location - everything you could want. We have stayed in three places in Oliva and this is the best. We had awful weather so it was lucky that we had such a nice place to stay. Despite saying no tv there was one with Netflix which given the weather we had was very helpful.

Exceptional experience and exceeded our expectations making for a marvelous stay and relaxing trip.

We can’t thank Javier enough for an awesome stay. The house is just as described—beautiful, modern, and right on the beach. There are plenty of restaurants, cafes, and a few shops within walking distance, so everything you need is close by. Plus, Oliva town is only a 30-minute walk away, with hundreds of shops, restaurants, and cafes, and there are always fiestas on the weekends. If you’re feeling lazy, Just Eat will deliver right to the house! For those wanting a day trip, Valencia is just about an hour’s drive away. And honestly, with Oliva living up to its reputation for having some of the best beaches in Spain, it’s hard to leave! Thanks again, Javier, for being such a great host. Can’t wait to come back!

Tout était parfait ! Logement d’une propreté irréprochable avec tout le nécessaire pour passer un excellent séjour (produits d’hygiène, serviettes, café et condiments). La pièce de vie est très grande et agréable à vivre. La chambre parentale avec sa salle de bain privée est très bien. Les deux autres chambres disposent également d’une salle bain avec baignoire dans le couloir. Accueil parfait, Magda est d’une gentillesse extraordinaire. La climatisation se trouve dans le couloir qui donne accès aux chambres. Elle permet de passer une nuit au frais ce qui est très appréciable avec les chaleurs. La vue est simplement magnifique ! Le garage à côté de l’appartement avec la place privée est un vrai plus même si nous n’avons pas eu de soucis pour nous garer en face de l’appartement. Rapport qualité prix parfait ! Nous reviendrons sans hésiter !

Excelente casa para vacaciones en familia de hasta 8 personas, en el frente de playa y a pocos metros de las escaleras de acceso. Una playa de arena y de suave descenso al entrar al agua, lo que la hace excelente para que disfruten tanto los niños como los adultos mayores. La casa es tal cual como se muestra en las fotos, el dormitorio de la segunda planta con baño en suite y amplio ventanal, permite despertar viendo el amanecer sobre el Mediterráneo, similar la situación del dormitorio de la primera planta que mira hacia la playa. Dos terrazas, la posterior para desayunar, almorzar o cenar; la del frente para disfrutar de una cerveza mientras el sol se pone. La casa, el comedor y la cocina muy bien provistas permiten sentirse como en casa. Mary es muy atenta y responde con celeridad, aportando soluciones cuando es necesario (tuvimos un problema con la sombrilla de playa y nos habilitó a comprar una nueva, reembolsándonos el costo en el mismo día!). La recomiendo!!!
