This is the second time I have stayed in one of ivan's listings. Very clean and well furnished place, the building is very modern and has lots of amenities. The host and his team were very helpful, the bed had four pillows and all of them were soft and the second day I contacted them and within 1 hour they came and replaced all the pillows. overall, I really enjoyed the stay and it will be very difficult for me to book with anybody else any time I come to kuala lumpur.

~Rant~ Finding the place at night is a bit of a challenge, but that's just signage and roads. The security personnel are lost, carpark is designed for Kelisa's. Getting into the unit was easy after having to walk up the carpark exit ramp because the door to the lift was broken. ~Apartment~ Listed unit was just like in the pictures, clean sheets, floors, tables, the whole works. Toiletries and towels are provided. Host did everything they promised so they get 5-stars.

Marveen was a great host! Responded very quickly, and was very accommodating to our needs/requests. Check-in instructions were super detailed and helpful. The apartment was very clean and well stocked. We could not have asked for a better location. Overall a wonderful place; we would stay here again easily!

I had a wonderful stay in this comfortable and well-appointed studio. Everything was clean and functional, with modern decor that made the space feel very welcoming. The location is perfect for exploring the city, with plenty of shops and public transport nearby. The host was responsive and attentive, which made my stay even more enjoyable. We had a fantastic stay! Space & Cleanliness: The home was incredibly large and spotlessly clean. Pool: The private pool was a huge hit, especially with the adorable unicorn floaties! Kitchen: The kitchen was fully equipped with everything our large family needed for cooking. Living Area: The living room was spacious and comfortable. Host: The host was exceptionally attentive and responsive to all our needs. We were amazed and would definitely stay again.

Great choice for privacy and nice surroundings

Great stay for a month at Suhannas, place was very clean and a great base for exploring KL, working space was great also.

Arif’s place was spacious and highly tailored to accommodate our large family who came from out of town for my wedding. It’s minutes away from Forest Valley Hall as well as many shops and a couple of shopping malls, too. As for the house, we especially loved the kitchen which seemed purpose built for large gatherings and masak-masak sessions. This was a great choice and we recommend this to other large families as well!

Booked this place for my after-wedding party for a small circle of friends and relatives. Though parking is limited but the next door neighbour was very understanding. All bathrooms were clean, the house was spacious and ideal for a small gathering. And self checking was at ease. Thank you and definitely will be back.

Absolute legend. Super responsive, kind, and made sure I had everything I needed – including peace of mind that I wasn’t about to star in a horror movie (always a plus in a new place). Die Penthouse Wohnung ist im 33 Stock und man hat die Übersicht über die ganze Stadt. Man ist in der Mitte von allem, kann innerhalb von 5 Min. mit dem Zug in alle Richtungen fahren und die Gegend von KL erforschen. Die Wohnung war blitzsauber und die Managerin von Eric hat alles wunderbar geregelt. Danke für alles.
