The house is a great stay and the host is fantastic! Kristen is very responsive, helpful, and even offered to extend our stay at a reduced rate. The house is right on the water with an amazing dock. The community is gated and has great amenities--we enjoyed the playground and the hiking trails. Definitely beats any hotel in the area!

When unexpected water damage forced us to vacate our home temporarily, Liam graciously accommodated us with remarkable flexibility. Her responsiveness to all communications was impressive, and we were particularly grateful for her willingness to welcome our beloved fur babies. The house itself was a delight – immaculately maintained, spotlessly clean, and instantly felt like a home away from home. We were particularly charmed by the inviting outdoor space, which would be perfect for a weekend retreat with friends or family. Liam's property is truly a hidden treasure. We're thankful to have discovered such a wonderful option so close by, and we wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking a comfortable and welcoming stay.

This house was perfect for our family over Thanksgiving weekend. It was was clean, cozy, and well stocked with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is perfect with multiple neighborhood amenities and the view from the back porch over the lake is stunning - especially if you catch the sunrise. Quick and easy communication with Mike. We enjoyed a relaxing stay at Kyle and Ashley’s beautiful lake house. The location was peaceful and private and their home was amazing. Our hosts were responded quickly to any questions and proactively let us know of a potential concern before our arrival. We hope to return to the lake house soon! It was great!

We had a great experience at Ross’s place! The apartment was extremely clean and well taken care of. It is within walkable distance to downtown Dahlonega, which made for getting something to eat or stopping for coffee very convenient. We truly enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend!

We're very happy at Pearline's basement apt. She was very responsive and friendly. Her place was very nice just like the pictures. The neighborhood was quiet and safe...and a few minutes away from all the plazas full of great restaurants and stores. Highly recommend it!

While it was a quick weekend getaway, this place made us wish our stay was longer. Super clean, had tons of amenities and was stocked full of all the household necessities, just like staying at a hotel. We got in late and were still able to find our way inside. The property was beautiful and the animals were darlings! The space is a great size as well. It was quiet, comfortable, and wasn’t too bad of a drive to/ from Atlanta and the surrounding areas. We very much enjoyed this stay and would recommend it again and to other couples.

This marks my third day with Diego, and it is evident that I am thoroughly enjoying his hospitality. I have expressed my appreciation for all of his locations. His residence is exceptionally comfortable, featuring aesthetically pleasing decorations and impeccably clean walls. One can easily anticipate a sense of safety and comfort during their stay. I would certainly recommend it.

Ashley was very responsive and accommodating to our needs . the place was clean and her instructions were spot on . 15 mins from downtown and 30 minutes from the airport . the Cumberland Mall is fine minutes away . Great food options near bye as well .

We had a wonderful one-month stay here. The house was clean, comfortable, and fully equipped, which made our stay very convenient. The location is quiet and has a high level of safety, allowing us to feel at ease throughout our stay. The host Diane and Jarrett were very friendly and responded to messages promptly. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would highly recommend this place!

We had a good stay. Some of furniture was uncomfortable, no kitchen towel, and no floor mat for when you take a shower. Otherwise, it was nice for the short time we were there.
