Beautiful clean comfy apartment, quiet neighborhood, excellent host, easy walk to restaurants & coffee shops.

This place was everything I needed. It was super clean, well-kept, and comfortable. The garage was clutch—it made coming and going so easy. The location worked perfectly, and everything was exactly as described. I’d stay here again. Highly recommend!

Decorations/photos/pictures were wonderful. Also little bits of humor in the living room/kitchen/dining area. Caused us to smile--and think :} Felt very comfortable from the first. We were surprised/pleased by the amount of kitchen amenities. As we walked the neighborhood, it became clear it was safe with good neighbors and a great lake and park to walk in within just a few blocks. Would definitely recommend as an all around great place to stay. We would stay there again!!

I had such a great stay here! The hot tub is very nice, especially after a long day of driving, hiking, or walking around the city. It’s in a great location, and a very safe neighborhood (which can be tough to find in Denver for a good price). With the pull-out couch this place could easily sleep 3 or 4 but plenty of room for an air mattress if needed.

I could not have asked for a better host or stay. Brooke was outstanding and I enjoyed her house and all its furnishings. The furniture was comfortable and coordinated. I especially enjoyed the colors and arrangements, sun through the living room and kitchen windows with morning coffee. Just everything was great about my stay and I will return to Brook's house when visiting Denver.

The space was really cute! Mish put a lot of energy into making it what it was and it feels like staying in a little art museum. She was also lovely to interact with, very responsive, super kind, and great with local recommendations!

Lacy was an amazing host. The place was absolutely amazing! Great location and she was very helpful and allowed us to check out late! 5 stars!

Great house in North Denver! House was super clean, had modern amenities, great fenced in outdoor space. Perfect for pets and spending time outside. House is directly across from a wonderful park. Easy to get to north river and highlands. Highly recommend.

It was easy to walk to the Colorado Convention Center from Raj's place. The home was really clean and Raj was so kind in providing a pack and play and high chair for our infant.

This is my third time staying at Sally’s place with my dog, and each time it is wonderful! Definitely becoming a home away from home for us and looking forward to another stay!

great place super comfortable and quiet

Great location and great home. The house is clean and modern. The location can’t be beat - walkable to lots of places, but tucked away from noise. Julie was quick to answer our questions. Next time we’re in Denver we’ll be renting here again.

We enjoyed our stay at Kari’s place. It’s handsome, with a great layout with plenty of space for me and my friend/work partner. The place was clean and the books on the shelves were terrific. We didn’t use the kitchen for cooking. As many comments have indicated, the rooftop is a big plus. The bbq place next door is amazing. Plenty on street parking. Only downside is industrial night noise - not sure if it was temporary construction or ongoing highway/train noise, but I wished that I brought earplugs (which would’ve been an easy fix.) Recommended!

Great place for a group! We had four people in our group and had lots of space to spread out. Didn't get to use the patio because it was too cold but would've been nice. FYI, all four bedrooms are on the second floor next to each other. There isn't a lower level bedroom or basement. Very comfortable, inviting space. We hosted a brunch and had everything we needed in the kitchen.

The house is in a great location, you can walk to restaurants, lake and park. I loved the doggie door, and the house was comfortable. Communication with the hosts was nice and easy.

Great place super close to Union Station. Was great to have a gym and the view was top notch.

Loved this place! Stayed here with my husband and my parents for a wedding weekend. The apartment is great with cute decor and lots of natural light. It was also extremely clean and well kept. Location is very central and walkable/drivable to most things. Rachel and Michael were extremely responsive and even dropped off laundry detergent during our stay when I realized there wasn’t any left. Only thing to be mindful of is the second bedroom with the Murphy bed doesn’t have a full floor to ceiling wall so you have to be very quiet in the kitchen/living room if someone is sleeping in there. Other than that, great place, and would highly recommend.

This apartment was just what we needed on our trip to Colorado. It was close to everything that we wanted to do. Caden was kind and very responsive. Would recommend.

Ashley’s Perfect Place, was truly the perfect place. She was extremely accommodating as we had landed in early morning & she accommodated for us to check in early! The place was beyond spotless & felt like home. Always a pleasant & comforting atmosphere to return to especially with the winter colds! I would definitely check out Ashley’s Perfect Place as it really is the Perfect Place if you’re visiting the Aurora/Denver area.

This Airbnb was a wonderful stay experience that had all the amenities needed. It was very clean and close to downtown Denver. Rick was extremely helpful and responsive. I would recommend this Airbnb and hope to book it again in the future.

Stacey and Christine were very responsive and accommodating. We stayed 9 days and felt totally at home. Quiet place, beds comfortable, walked to restaurants and grocery. Highly recommend!!
