Lovely, homely cottage in a great location for exploring the rest of the Cotswolds. The Killingworth Castle (cosy local gastropub) is just a 5 min walk away from the property. A perfect base for a long weekend in the country.

Great little classic cottage. Very quirky and really pretty. Ideally located to the pub opposite and walking distance to the swan pub/hotel which is great and right by the trout farm which is worth a visit. Showers are really good and the separate bothy annex is a really nice addition especially if you have geusts that cant go up the stairs very easily. Thanks again cant wait to come back. Love Bibury

Had an amazing valentines stay here with my partner. Clare was the perfect host and the barn was the perfect property for our stay. Very quaint, peaceful and secluded. With lovely views over the farmland and a short drive from some beautiful towns

We stayed at the cottage for a hen do and had the most amazing time! The cottage itself is absolutely beautiful, and the garden in spring was especially stunning – such a peaceful and picturesque spot. We particularly loved the lawn area, which was perfect for a few competitive games of croquet in the sunshine! The house was incredibly well equipped, with everything we needed for a big group. We really appreciated how many bathrooms there were – it made getting ready so easy for everyone. The surrounding area was lovely to explore, and we had a great time at the local pub, The Swan Inn – definitely worth a visit for food and drinks. Highly recommend this place for a group getaway – we made such special memories here!

Fantastic stay at the Hayloft cottage. The beautiful private surroundings just outside of Stratford upon Avon town was perfect and kept immaculate. Wendy made us feel right at home and the place was snug and cosy for the 4 of us. Complimentary treats for valentines went down a treat and we loved the pool and hot tub experience which was all pristine and well organised. Thank you so much Wendy, already planning our next trip! The cottage was absolutely perfect for our extended stay in the Cotswolds. Location was great with so many villages and pubs to explore nearby. David and Sally were wonderful hosts - communicated clearly and very responsive. The property itself is spotless with a very, very well equipped - especially the kitchen - and we enjoyed cooking each night after a day out & about. It’s cosy, warm and peaceful - exactly what we had hoped. I’d highly recommend staying here and would love to return.

Nothing short of perfect! The property itself is stunning and has everything you could possibly need. It’s in a private location with breathtaking views. There’s a fantastic mix of things to do in the area, along with plenty of great places to eat and visit. James was incredibly helpful and always made himself available, both before and during our stay. Emma from CW Dreams was also wonderful—she decorated the property beautifully to surprise my fiancée for her birthday. Make sure to take full advantage of the digital guide—it’s extremely helpful and contains everything you need to know. We’ll definitely be visiting again!

We’ve just got back from a lovely time away at Jane’s. The cottage was beautiful and in a great location. The cottage itself was simply perfect and the grounds were idyllic. The tennis courts were a huge bonus. Thankyou for being great hosts xx

We had a lovely stay at the cottage, it is provided with everything we needed and more, the location is excellent to explore the Cotswolds and Northleach is such a pretty village!

My family loved our stay at Old Forge. Our children— aged 4 and 7– had a blast running around the yard and having their own secluded room on the upper level. We all enjoyed the rustic wildlife decor and the lovely view of the field. The cottage was cozy yet spacious, and the kitchen was well-equipped. Make sure to get dinner at the local spot— The Golden Ball Inn! Stow was a very short drive away with plenty of nice shops and restaurants and a Tesco for our grocery needs. We didn’t end up getting a chance to walk the paths nearby, but we saw plenty of spots we could have done so— and with any luck someday we can return to Old Forge and get to walk around. I’d highly recommend Old Forge for anyone staying in the Cotswolds, esp with children!

Rosemary's cottage was wonderful , even better than expected , very comfortable and very much a home from home. I have just got back from a short break with my wife daughter and our two dogs, it was a very pleasant and relaxed stay. we had the pleasure of meeting Rosemary who was very friendly and welcoming I would highly recommend this property for anyone wanting a comfortable conviently situated place to stay for a visit to Stratford on Avon.

It was a lovely stay at a beautiful cottage. The cottage was everything we hoped for a little two day get away. We spent time on local walking footpaths and getting to know the local pubs. Our recommendations are; The Falcon, Ye Olde Reine Deer Inn and The Blinking Owl over the road. The owners of the Blinking Owl were lovely hosts, really traditional English pub and great food from Sylvia! We spent our New Years Eve there and it was a lovely evening. Couldnt have asked for a better stay. Mary was super helpful and responsive on the run up to the stay. We hope to visit again soon.

A comfortable and cosy little house with lovely views out over the valley of Blockley, near lovely walks and the village centre with its delightful cafe and shop. The nice touches were appreciated - good quality linen and towels, beautifully clean throughout, a well appointed kitchen, wood for the wood stoves, local information, clear instructions, easy parking. Suitable for four fit adults. The steep narrow stairs are not suitable for infants, young children or the infirm.

This is a really sweet spot to stay in the Cotswolds! It was super close to many cute towns, but also quiet and peaceful. The layout and decor was tasteful, cozy and cute. Alice was a wonderful host providing coffee, bread, local milk and eggs and more! She was so responsive and we felt very comfortable in her lovely cottage. I would happily stay here again!

We had a lovely stay in Jane’s cottage. It was really peaceful with comfy beds for a good night’s sleep. The cottage itself is really well equipped and we enjoyed cooking at home for a couple of nights, as well as sampling the local restaurants (highly recommend Beleza Rodizio in Stratford). The location is perfect for exploring the local area and a short 20 minute walk into Stratford through playing fields which our dog loved. We hope to stay again!

We loved our stay at Viv's place. The cottage was easy to find and well equipped with everything we needed (and more!). Inside felt cosy and inviting and our kids loved playing in the large garden space. We would love to return one day!

Accommodation was spot on, ideal for our small group and the dog. Parking was also fine, was concerned at first as it was on street parking in he village but when we arrived there was plenty of space for us. Used the cottage as a base so didn't explore the immediate area that much but did wander round the village with the dog and it had a lovely feel to it. All in all, suited all of us for our weekend break.

The best things about this property are really how peaceful and quiet it is, whilst being surrounded by beautiful countryside. The house itself, whilst small, has everything you need. Very well thought out, with great little touches. Kind hosts. It was lovely sitting outside in the courtyard, reading with a coffee, whilst the sun was coming down and the owl swooping by.

A lovely cottage, well appointed and very comfortable. Set on a farm but very peaceful with lots of wildlife including deer and badgers. Good facilities and well located for Leamington, Kenilworth and Coventry. Ideal for families visiting Warwick Uni students, like we did. Sally is a great host and we wouldn't hesitate to go back. We saw Millie through the window but Mabel didn't get to say hello.

We stayed in the cottage for one week and really enjoyed our stay. It’s a beautiful house and we loved the countryside, which was right on our doorstep. There are some beautiful walks starting right at the cottage and Chipping Warden is a very pretty village. Communication with Mike was very easy. Thank you - we had a great time!
