A great overnight stay at The Annexe. It was an enjoyable experience right from the short notice booking through to checkout. The place is amazing if you like the open and quiet farm environment, yet not too far from the local areas. Lesley left amazing treats around the house that just made the stay a 5++. We would give it a go any day

Spotlessly clean and well equipped apartment. Beautiful views of the countryside from the bedroom window. Well located in a very quiet area at the back of the town centre and still only a 10 minute stroll to the high street with its mix of independent shops, restaurants and bars. Quick and easy communication with the hosts. It will be our choice when we return to Marlow.

If I could give this more than 5 stars I absolutely would. First of all, what a beautiful Air BnB, in an idyllic setting, close to lots of different Cotswolds villages such as Chipping Camden and Broadway as well as only a 30 minute drive from Bourton-on-the-Water. The Lodge was spotless and decorated beautifully. One of the best beds we’ve had in an air BnB-so comfortable! There’s a lovely little community shop and cafe a walkable distance from the Lodge that has a great selection of toiletries, groceries and sweet treats! Sue, the host, was absolutely wonderful. Absolutely lovely lady who was so helpful and friendly. The hamper that was provided was beyond generous, filled with lots of treats! We would definitely stay here again and can’t wait to come back! Thank you!

Lovely property with nice features. Hosts are very helpful and always available. Perfect property to travel for work and good working spaces within the living room too. Would recommend to stay.

Super Freundliche Familie, wir haben uns gleich wie Zuhause gefühlt. Sehr ruhige und idyllischen Gegend. Die Wohnung hat auf jeden Fall unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Wir haben sogar die Lämmer mit Flaschen gefüttert. Werden auf jeden Fall wieder hingehen und freuen uns schon drauf.

We had a wonderful stay at Louisa’s place this weekend. The place was spotless, comfortable, and peacefully quiet—we felt right at home from the moment we arrived. Louisa was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay, which made everything even easier. The only minor point to mention is that the heating was capped at 22°C, which could be a bit limiting for those who prefer it warmer. That said, everything else was absolutely perfect. Lovely, clean, bright and spacious apartment. Everything we needed was provided. Good bus services into Oxford and we were able to park at the apartment throughout our stay. Communication with Tom was excellent, he was able to accommodate all of our requests. Highly recommended, thank you Tom.

Barry was a great host and responded very quickly to all questions. The house was lovely and perfect for our family get together.

Excellent location with plenty of parking. Everything is walkable from the house. The property is in really good condition, with a wonderful sun-trap bit of outdoor space. Kitchen is well equipped and the host kindly provided extra cooking utensils we had asked for. Lashings of hot water for all four bathrooms. There is a real homely feel to the property. Can't recommend it or the host more highly.

We had a wonderful stay here. House was comfortable and with a lovely view over the lake. Easy access to the local amenities. Rob was very helpful, communicative and easy to contact. We can’t wait to return next time!

Lovely comfortable house, spacious , well equipped with lots of helpful little touches, homely. Great host, who was very responsive and helpful. walking distance to Warwick castle, and a peaceful neighbourhood.

We loved our stay at 15offtheGreen! The place was a lovely, cosy hideaway for a couple to spend a few days chilling out in the Cotswolds. The location, being walking distance into Winchcombe centre, shops and to Sudeley Castle, was ideal. Mark is a fantastic host who left very clear information about the space and amenities and was always on hand and offering to provide further information and assistance. We will be strongly considering staying here again.

This is a really lovely place to stay in a beautiful village. Chris has thought of everything - the attention to detail and the design of the space is spot on for a very comfortable and relaxing stay. Everything you need and a fantastically equipped kitchen. We really loved it and had a great 3 night break welcoming in 2025. Very good and quiet location and the 5 minute walk to The Lamb Inn was icing on the cake. Chris gave us lots of really useful information about local amenities. It’s also a great spot for getting to all the main Cotswolds sights very easily and quickly. Highly recommend

A lovely little barn conversion. Clean and comfortable for us (3 friends meeting up for the weekend). The kitchen was well stocked, the beds comfortable and the sitting room great for chatting and catching up! We had a lovely quiet and restful stay. Bill and Hazel were super helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

We felt blessed to find such a gorgeous location within a walk of Oxford City Center. Images don’t do the garden justice. Be sure to walk to the Headington Tree park for some gorgeous natural scenery en route to the city.

I stopped here on my travels down from north to south of the UK & have to recommend to anyone considering it Neil was a great host with good, clear, messages and a very relaxed demeanor. You could tell the property was immaculate the. moment you walked through the door, and plenty of care to have all the reqr xxxuired amenities to ensure you can be self contained and able to enjoy the beautiful surroundings in the area. Checking in and out was very simple, bed was extremely comfortable and the blinds allowed for a dark and cosy sleep Absolutely would recommend and come back again myself!

We had a wonderful 2-night stay at this beautiful penthouse near the Cotswolds with our family of four. The apartment was spotless, thoughtfully designed, and maintained to a true 5-star international standard. Our host, Jane, was warm, incredibly responsive, extremely flexible & even sent over her husband to help set up the TV so our son could watch the Premier League — such a kind gesture! The apartment was peaceful, private, and perfect for a family escape from city. With a fully equipped kitchen with unlimited cooking pots, cutlery and appliances more than you need, made cooking together a fun family activity. The attention to detail was impressive and her clear instructions when required made it a smooth sailing for us. The location was also great — quiet yet convenient for day trips to Bath and South Wales, which we explored during our stay. We left relaxed, recharged and happy. Highly recommended for both the property and Jane's impeccable hospitality.

Had such a lovely stay here, it was in a great location- the town centre was close and lots of places to see, including Jephson Gardens which was such a highlight for me! The apartment was clean, tidy and very cosy it was exactly as pictured- Nigel & Emma were very responsive too 😊 I really recommend staying here as it was in such a lovely area!

Tara and Lee's flat is located in a lovely town not so far from the city of Aylesbury where you can find anything you need, various supermarkets and stores. Waddesdon is surrounded by a large green area with many trees and fields, ideal for running or walking. The flat is over the description made by its owners, it's simply perfect, well studied in every detail, well furnished with whatever you need. Large spaces, well illuminated and comfortable. Tara and Lee are very professional hosts because they took care of us and our needs although we didn't meet them. We had good communication. We definitely suggest Tara and Lee's flat to all families or groups of friends who want to spent some days in tranquillity but not far from many cities we visited like Oxford, Cambridge and London itself. We also planned some days in the Cotswold area where many lovely small towns are worth of visiting.

Petra is a fantastic host. Quick responses, and very analytical details for check-in. Her welcome folder was fantastic. Thank you! 100mbps broadband. SkyTV etc. Single space, on driveway parking. As my very first experience of AirBnB, I can say, Petra’s listing is worth every penny. The furnishings and general feel of the place was to a very very high standard. The lighting was amazing. Lots of plugs and USB sockets dotted around the place, and next to the bed, which was super helpful. Super clean. Fantastic views. Lovely area. Only minor downside for me, was the bathroom. Don’t get me wrong, the bathroom is super modern, super clean, literally everything you could wish for. But, I’m 6ft 4” and I constantly bashed my head on the low ceiling 😂 I’m really not complaining though, actually made me laugh at how much of a clumsy silly billy I am. Honestly, a fantastic stay. Fantastic place. Fantastic host. Fanatic area. I appreciate you, Petra. Thank you for having me!

A great place to stay within walking distance of Earlsdon

I stayed here for a few days. I had a lovely stay and the place was in the middle of the hub giving great access to amenities. Milton Keynes was a lovely town and being so close to the centre made the stay more pleasant! The rooms were extremely comfortable and a booklet was present in the room giving instructions for the various bits and bobs in the place.
