The place was so nice, just like the pictures and so clean and location is very convenient, near to super markets, pharmacy, metro and bus stations.. The host answers any questions very fast and is very kind. I loved this place.

The location of this unit cannot be beat. It's a short walk to virtually all of the monuments, museums, White House, and the Capitol Building. The unit was spotless, everything worked, and the building has some great amenities like a pool and exercise rooms. I wouldn't hesitate to use this unit in this location for another trip to downtown Washington DC. The available parking, in the building, makes it a great spot to just leave your car and spend the rest of your trip on foot.

Great apartment in a great location. The apartment is spacious and very clean. We were able to walk or easily take the metro everywhere we wanted to go. Several restaurants within easy walking distance.

Stayed in the heart of DC close to monuments so we could see all the sites! This was exactly as described and just what we needed for our vacation—near metro, easy to walk to museums and monuments, and so many places to eat right there!

Great location, close to everything we wanted to be near in Washington, DC. Spacious and clean 2 bedroom, 2 toilet unit with large kitchen. Would definitely stay here again; highly recommend. Thanks for the great stay!

What a great place right near everything DC has to offer! We walked to the White House, mall, restaurants, and all over town from this great location. The apartment is clean and communication was easy. This is a great place to stay if you want to be right near everything!

I had a shorter stay at this place, but it was still perfect for my trip! The metro was super easy to get to and allowed me to get all over DC with no issues. The neighborhood was so nice and I felt very safe. Would definitely stay here again!

Nice building that has many amenities and is very close to train station. We enjoyed the week visiting all of the sites DC has to offer.

Great place to stay! Very spacious and comfortable, and right down the street from the metro station. Martin is also very friendly and made the check in/check out process super easy. Would absolutely stay here again. Very affordable and a great place for anyone looking to stay in d.c.

Perfect for 2 couples. It would have been better if they had a pod coffee maker, there were no markets to shop for ground coffee, the front desk had coffee for 2, weak coffee like the brewers in low end hotels. Also if they could offer to stock basic items such as bagels, cream cheese, or something. We traveled from the west coast and were tired and didn't know the area to shop. Its a great stocked kitchen but no where to shop. I would gladdly pay extra if they provided a simple list of quick food items that would be stocked when we arrived. Maybe a few beers or wine?

I stayed here for over four months on a short-term assignment for work. This spot was absolutely perfect for me. Had everything I needed and a very convenient location for my commute, with a grocery store and gym just around the corner. The apartment was clean, comfortable and well-stocked for cooking and even has in-unit laundry. Communication was really good and I can have no complaints at all. This place is excellent for those on longer stays!

Well we had three units at the same time with Yates! It was a truly great stay in Charlottesville with Yates, we had a great stay – the house was a good size, lots of space and ticked all of our boxes ! It was also an awesome location, it was a very clean Airbnb and great comms with Yates always, nice to have in a host for sure. Definitely one of our better picks we have had in that area ! Nice to see touches like coffee, creamer etc. if you arrived late and cant get to the shops. Many thanks again!
