Me and my husband really enjoyed our stay at Alex's great apartment and would not hesitate to book it again. The apartment is well maintained, has some great views of DC, and more importantly very close to the metro, shops and restaurants. The gym in the building and the parking was an added bonus. The building itself is located on a slight hill and there are wonderful side walks, to do that walking exercise. We highly recommend this apartment.

It's no surprise why this listing is always booked. Located in a quiet neighborhood near the airport with lots of dogs, this property is insanely cute. This is an amazing place for solo travelers or couples. It was a perfect place to spend the weekend. If its available for the dates of your travel I would highly recommend booking here.

Lena was a fantastic host. We met her upon arrival and she showed us around and made recommendations for traveling into DC, restaurants, parking, etc. The place was pristine and spotless. Very homey and private. Just what we were looking for. Lena is a warm and cheerful person who we would highly recommend for anyone considering a place in the Alexandria area with convenient travels all around!

Great stay! Easy to use the metro from this location. We ate at several restaurants nearby that were really good. The area was great for the runners in our family. The host was very responsive. We saw several plays in DC, used the Metro bus/rail at night and felt safe doing so. We would stay here again.

We lived in Old Town for 15 years so coming back for a visit can be like coming home. The location of the Prince Street Inn is pretty much perfect. It is easy to walk to the river or up to the Metro stop on King Street. Plenty of restaurants, coffee shops and small local businesses. You don't need a car in Old Town or DC but the garage parking is very reasonable. We left our car in one of the recommended garages and for 2.5 days we paid a total of $26. The apartment was neat and clean, just as pictured. It was easy to access the townhouse as well as our individual apartment. The building was very quiet when we were there. Never really heard anyone coming or going. We had a slow bathroom drain but it was fixed immediately the following morning. Natasha responded quickly. We would definitely stay at Natasha's again and highly recommend a stay in Old Town.

Our stay was perfect from beginning to end. The apartment was walkable to everything, including less than a mile to the Metro stop which was so convenient. The description of the place was exactly what we experienced. I appreciated being told upfront that there is a restaurant downstairs and apt is on first floor. It definitely felt like we were living in the city for 3 nights - but that is what we wanted. The apartment was charming and clean. Thanks and would definitely stay again!

We stayed here once before and enjoyed it so much we wanted to come back a second time. We weren’t disappointed. As always, the instructions are clear and it’s easy to get in for check-in. The unit is as described and has lots of space. Very convenient to the nearby restaurants and central to most everything in the area.

Sam is a very kind, attentive, responsive and understanding host. the place was cleaned well but could certainly use a little more deep cleaning but my only real complaint is the neighborhood which is totally out of Sam's control. if you have children and you're a single mother I wouldn't recommend staying here but I ended up having my boyfriend and his son come stay with us to make me feel safer and nothing happened. I found used condoms and needles in the street (once again this isn't in Sam's control) so I wasn't upset at Sam, just concerned about the area but over all I'm glad we got the place and stayed the entire time. I'd rerent this place if we come back and the patio, backyard, entire house was very cute so over all 9/10 on the rental itself and 1/10 for the area.

Near to Washington DC, very clean and nice place. Stayed with my family and it was very convenient and comfortable.

Excellent stay at RivahLife! The views were spectacular and the home was exactly as described. Easy to find with lots of stuff for the kids and adults. Looking forward to returning during the warmer months as the fishing, boating, and swimming would be more desirable. Thanks for the high chair and portable crib. Those things really help when traveling with kids.

Lots of space inside. Kitchen well furnished, with new appliances. Bathrooms were spacious, both with huge walk-in showers. Water temperature was lukewarm, at best. Water heater needs adjustment. Bed configuration was strange. Master bedroom had two single beds, with no flexibility to put beds together. Only one TV in 3 BR home. Overall great accommodations, away from busy streets and noisy neighbors.

Brandon was very responsive and his house was exactly what we needed for visiting DC with children and a dog. The drive into DC was easy and scenic. The house was clean, the fenced yard was great for the dog, the neighborhood felt safe with great water views for walking, and there were good restaurants on the water within short driving distance from the house. Overall it was a great experience!

We had a lovely stay. Very comfortable beds, excellent walkable location, kitchen fully set up for cooking, and the house seemed very well-taken care of. Perfect for a group weekend away, and we'll definitely book again if we're back in the area.

This apartement is amazing. Its near all the sightseeing attractions of D.C. but also quiet and in a lovely area. Christine even reached out for left behind goods and offered to ship them. Great host.

Fantastic spot for our DC vacation. Appreciated that it had linens and towels. The coffee and espresso already in the kitchen was a nice touch. Parking also a huge plus.

Clarence & Sheila have a really nice place and are great hosts. As a self-proclaimed "hotel person" I was a little hesitant to stay in an Airbnb in a city that I am unfamiliar with. My biggest reservation was what a few reviewers said about the location. To be honest, they were over-exaggerating, the neighborhood and neighbors were fine. Like most urban communities, you may have to ride through some less desirable neighborhoods, but to be honest I didn't feel like the surrounding community was bad at all. As for the property, it was immaculately clean and stocked with snacks. The wifi was strong so I was able to work while there. The place looks exactly like the photos. I appreciated the assurance and quick responsiveness that Sheila provided when I had some pre check-in questions. I would definitely book again.

Tarek's place was the perfect set up for our family visit to Alexandria and D.C. Easily found via Metro and then the King Street trolley. Central and walkable to all the best historic, eatery and farmer's market happenings in this quaint little corner of our nation's capital. Groceries nearby. And the parking help and personal touches rounded out our great time there. Thank you!

House was great with space for everyone whether we gathered for a meal or game wanted to spread out. Super easy walk to the beach and boardwalk. GREAT coffee shop and a few gems of restaurants and shops-we were definitely there in off season and the town was not fully opened - lots of opportunity in the town and lots of places getting opened for the season! Would be a great place for a quick summer getaway

Lucas was great.! Had a few hiccups because of the holiday season and Lucas went above and beyond to help solve the issue!

Kayne's home was just as the photos, I appreciated how clean and nice the whole place was. I had a private parking spot behind the home for a small car. Place was perfect for 3-4 people with a spacious bedroom and full kitchen, and a smaller living room. Nice perks are the 2.5 bathrooms, a washer/dryer combo and an air mattress to use. After a day of walking 4+ hours around DC and Alexandria, the home's location was quiet enough to relax (even close to busy Henry St). Kanye's place was only 4 blocks away from the metro station taking you to DC or to Alexandria's King St. In walking distance there's some decent restaurants and a mile away a Trader's Joes. Communication with the hosts was very responsive, I did not have any issues. I had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend!

Very nice place to stay near Gaylord convention center. Super clean condo. All the essentials are there. Lots to do at the resort as well as nearby walking distance. Having a baby in the group we did quite a bit of laundry. A laundry room was on our floor with two washers and four dryers and free of charge. We barely passed anyone on the seventh floor. We would def stay here again.
