Evelyn was a fantastic host, and her home was absolutely beautiful and spacious. I highly recommend this stay—there’s plenty to do in the area if you enjoy the outdoors, and I can’t wait to visit again!

We had a very relaxing stay. Plenty of space to stretch out. Located within 10-15 min. of Keene State activities, the purpose of our trip. Bryan was a wonderful host. Very responsive. Instructions were clear, directions very helpful. Everything we needed!!

I’m grateful that Peggy and Harry were willing to rent to us at the last minute. Our family needed a quiet respite to be together during a difficult time of loss. The solitude of the lake and woods was calming and we had plenty of room to be together. I only wish we could have stayed longer!

This house is absolutely gorgeous and also feels very relaxing at the same time. The views from the house of the lake literally take your breath away. Ewa is very responsive and kind. She accommodated us in ways she really didn't need to and we appreciated that so much. Wifi is great at this house, if you need to work or have meetings. However, you may have issues with reception (depending on your carrier) in the area so be sure to write down directions before going! Also the street is really just the driveway and it's not marked so be sure to follow GPS to know when you have arrived! We would stay here again in a heartbeat. It's a great house for 2 families to stay together! And the basement with the pool table and ping pong - wow- what a bonus!!

Melora’s home is lovely. The view towards the lake is breathtaking, especially with fresh snow. The home was clean and had every kitchen utensil/machine you could need. Most of our time was spent on the second floor and was such a great hang out spot for the 6 of us and enough space to do yoga as a group in the morning before heading to Mt Sunapee to ski/snowboard. Overall, Melora has a lovely home and she is very kind and always available to answer any questions or resolve any issues. Thank you Melora for letting us stay in your home.

The place is very nice for 1-2 people. The train only went by once (and during the day, not at night) so it wasn't something we noticed. That said, the tracks are literally 10 ft from the air bnb windows and it's at an intersection so the train has to use its horn. Otherwise, the place was in good shape and the cleaning fee is certainly put to good use as it was spotless. Just up the road in Putney we found a couple friendly options for food, but fa more in Brattleboro.

This is a really beautiful and peaceful location! After a rocky start we had a wonderful time and made a lot of memories. Fishing was great and we loved taking the kayaks out on the lake. Definitely a place to visit again.

I booked this place for a few days whilst my daughter registered into Keene State for the semester. This was a lovely location with all amenities/facilities catered for. The place felt secure, it was clean and Shane left clear instructions throughout. I’m back for Thanksgiving & will be looking to stay here & bring rest of family as there are additional apartments. We enjoyed our stay and can recommend Dover by Downtown for an uncomplicated stay in Keene. The second floor apartment is located within walking distance from a grocery store as well as many restaurants, while the surrounding neighborhood is quiet and pleasant. It was exactly what my mother, my daughter, and I needed after a long day of touring by car. Julie promptly replied to all of our questions, and the driveway parking is conveniently located near the front door. Thank you Julie, for being a great host during our stay in New Hampshire!

Wonderful spot in Downtown Putney. Close to the Coop, General Store and restaurants. Quiet and comfortable. Host was responsible and helpful - She put a cone out front to help me keep my car parking spot which was amazing! Enjoyed my stay and will come back the next time I am in Vermont.

On a short list of the AirBnBs we have ever stayed in. Everything you could possibly need…clean, quiet, well stocked kitchen with lots of thoughtful touches and extremely accommodating. The space is ample but still cozy. We would absolutely stay again. The fresh-baked bread and little notes were charming and she seems to have thought of everything. True hospitality and the experience I would hope to give guests at my own house.

Convenient and easy access to Keene and the surrounding area. We spent Christmas week and the first floor unit was perfect for our needs as my mother has a walker and it only required two stairs up from the driveway! I would def recommend this place!

Cold Comfort Farm offers a wonderful setting and view for anyone who wants a true New Hampshire experience. It reminded me of my youth growing up nearby. Jo was completely welcoming.

We loved staying at Teresa's place for our girls' weekend! Peterborough is a magical spot and this sweet home on the banks of the river was just perfect. Plenty of room to relax together and separately, tasty amenities in the kitchen, lots of pillows, and seriously comfy beds! We will return for longer next time!

We stayed here for my wedding weekend. We were only 6 min away from the venue which made this the perfect distance from where we needed to be. So beautiful in person with a cozy warm feeling. Everything was clean and well taken care of. Instructions were written clearly. Alfred was extremely good with communicating. I’d HIGHLY recommend this cabin. I’d love to stay again.

We had a great time at Molly's cabin. We were looking for a quiet stay and we had that. Lots of walking and hiking. The cabin was just as described snd Molly was a fantastic host. Thank you Molly!

Jim was a great host, the place was exactly as described. The instructions were detailed and helpful. We wish we could have stayed longer. Such a peaceful little spot on the pond. The sauna was a huge highlight for us. Service can be a bit spotty- just a heads up if you’re planning to visit but WiFi was included and we had no issue with it. Looking forward to visiting again when it’s warmer!

The cabin is very nice and with snow even more so because it makes it fun to slide in the same place and have a good time with family and friends. Thank you for everything, God bless you.

Took my family for a fall getaway to the cabin. Everyone loved it. The room with the lake view was my favorite, although it is definitely a summer room as it does not have windows. Great for big families. Very private and peaceful. You cannot beat a lake side stay. We played Rummikub for 3 hrs one night! Left with many forever memories. Thank you!

Cabin In The Woods was a great retreat for me. Everything was tidy in the house. I appreciated the driveway (plenty of parking) and walkway free of snow. If you’d like to “get away from it all,” Kathryn’s place is the place you want to be. Pat’s Peak and Sunapee are not too far away. Will probably rent next time I go skiing in NH. Thank you Kathryn!
