Our stay was wonderful! The property was very clean, comfortable, and situated in the perfect location for us. Dawn was incredibly responsive and helpful, answering all our questions promptly. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!

We had issues with our car so needed somewhere to stay. Trevor and Angela’s place was very lovely and clean and they were very helpful and kind. If we ever find ourselves local to the area would definitely stay again☺️

What a beautiful gem of a place! A perfect home away from home. The apartment was easy to find with the clear instructions from Sue. It had everything we needed and more for a lovely one nights stay. We really appreciated the little touches, the gesture of milk was most welcome to make a lovely cup of tea after a long day. My son especially enjoyed the biscuits and treats. It was super cosy and not intrusive at all. Thank you Sue, we had a wonderful time in your apartment and we would love to come again should we visit the area in the future.

Casa veramente accogliente ed attrezzata, molto riposante e confortevole. Collocata in zona tranquilla in cui è possibile visitare, in pochi minuti, splendidi dintorni ( parchi ed aree di interesse naturalistico). Invitiamo a fare attenzione ad uscire dagli itinerari scontati e scoprirete un mondo di giardini, osservatori ornitologici, parchi, canali...A tre minuti da casa, la deliziosa via dei negozi di Bare e le casette degli abitanti del luogo, molto aperti e cordiali. Così sono anche i proprietari di casa.

This is the second time we have stayed at this property and we will be staying again in the future. The view is exceptional and it is clean, close to everything you could want and Pauline a great host.

We enjoyed our second stay in this lovely flat. It was clean, spacious and cosy. The beds were particularly comfortable. It is ideally situated a few minutes walk to seafront, supermarket and takeaways and bus stop. We enjoyed walks from the flat along the North Wales coast path. Llanfairfechan is an ideal centre for travelling further afield to Anglesey, other places on the North Wales coast and the mountains of Snowdonia.

A lovely clean and spacious apartment. Just what we wanted for our weekend stay in Llandudno. Jacqui ment us on arrival and showed us everything we needed to know about the apartment. The bedding and towels were provided and were fresh and clean. The kitchen was equipped with all we needed and she had even put some fresh milk in the fridge. We were within walking distance of the beach front and all the shops and amenities. We were also within walking distance of the great orme with its fantastic views. We will definatly stay again. 5*

Great location 5 minutes walk from the beach. Lots of room, well equipped kitchen. Great garden for dogs , fully secure. Beds hire comfy, good quality WiFi and Sky TV

The absolute most beautiful home! The house was exquisite, the fews were insane and walking distance to the breck! Amazing. I will definitely be staying here again

The Tides is a lovely house that has been renovated to highest standards. Everything felt spacious, clean and light. It is only a 5min walk to the promenade and the sea with cafes and restaurants at your doorstep. We went for long walks, though it was too wet for a hiking excursion in the Lake District. The Baylight light parade was on one night- a special and unexpected treat that was beautiful and great fun. A nice touch were the biscuits, milk and coffee pods that welcomed us after our 4h drive. Paula had sent me a video with instructions on how to open the key lock - super nice and helpful. We had a lovely time.

Fabulous property , its everything that is stated on the listing and more. Perfect location, beautiful inside and out. Our hosts were so accommodating, and were there if we needed anything, (we didn't as it was all there) Nice little secluded area at the back of the property with table and chairs to sit and relax in. A a lovely welcome basket awaited us. You can tell a lot of thought and love has gone into this property, we will definitely be returning . Thank you so much for a wonderful and relaxing stay

Such a lovely, homely and well equipped home. Couldn’t have asked for a more perfect place to host me and my family. The beds were all super comfortable, with spacious rooms and ample bathrooms/showers! The location is great, 5 minute walk to M&S food and various bars/restaurants/ shops. Short walk to the beach and pier. Hayley was great too, I didn’t have the need for much communication but I don’t doubt Hayley would be very responsive.

Katie’s how was very roomy, homely and clean. Everything you need for a week’s holiday is catered for. Downstairs toilet a big bonus as well as a fab washer and dryer Thank you Katie for letting us stay.

Our second stay at George’s place and certainly won’t be our last. Great host, extremely friendly and accommodating. The house is perfectly located for ease of access to Blackpool via the tram, and yet far enough away from the centre to relax on an evening, quiet morning strolls or runs on the beach to Lytham st Annes etc. can’t recommend highly enough.

Absolutely lovely clean home, everything you could need for a relaxing stay, near to all the amenities. Beds so comfortable 😁😁. Just perfect 😁 Definitely great value for money and plenty of room.

Nikki was a fantastic host. The place is absolutely stunning. I loved how it was so dog friendly. The hot tub was 10/10, one of the best I have used. Beach is only 2 minute walk away with lots of cafes and places to eat. The town centre isn't far only 10 minute walk. Would definitely recommend. Me, my partner and our dog had a lovely weekend.

Lynn is an excellent host. She is always extremely quick and reponsive if I have any queries. I always feel so welcomed when I arrive when finding some provisions already there for me. The flat is very well appointed, comfortable and well equipped. I have been back several times and no doubt I will be back again in the future.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was lovely, spotless, and in a fantastic location. All the extra touches made it feel so welcoming and comfortable. Both Jen and Sean were great hosts. They provided plenty of information before our arrival, including clear directions, check-in details, and local recommendations, which made everything so easy and stress-free. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

A wonderful spacious and light apartment close to all amenities in Llandudno, complete with own designated parking. Communication was first class from the owners. We would definitely recommend this apartment and will hopefully get the chance to stay again in the future x
