We came up to the area to visit our daughter and granddaughter in Macclesfield and had a wonderful stay at Mill House Farm Cottage. The accommodation, the farm, the location etc were perfect and Lynne couldn't have been more helpful. Breakfasts overlooking the garden, complete with occasional visits to the bird feeders by a woodpecker, started each day perfectly! We definitely hope to stay agian, next time we come to the area.

The cottage was cosy . A real family place . Very peaceful and not even a cock crowing in the morning . It’s close to places of interest like Fountains Abbey and Harrogate so plenty to do . Everything anyone would need was provided including local guidebooks and recommendations of places to go and to eat but the kitchen was also very well equipped

Amazing host who went above and beyond by decorating the place with happy birthday banners and balloons for my Mums stay for her 60th birthday. The place has so much character and is in such a perfect location

Just back from a 3 night stay at the cottage and it was perfect for our family. The cottage was so warm and cosy. It had everything we needed and was a home away from home. The host was very welcoming and friendly. The cottage is set in beautiful surroundings on a farm. Would definitely 100% recommend to anyone.

We loved our stay, it was the perfect place to stay for a lovely catch up with friends. Great location, remote enough but not too far from lots of places to visit.

Perfect location to switch off with great views and plenty of privacy whilst being brilliantly situated to explore the local towns and walks. Really friendly and flexible host. I'll will certainly stay again when back in the area.

Loved our stay on the farm. The accomodation is amazing, spacious & homely. The setting is unreal, gorgeous fields, hot tubs, couldn’t ask for more. We used Heidi from mums motors to get a taxi into Alton in the evening to go to the bulls head (recommend going there) and she was fabulous too, definetly recommend using her if you need to get around. Thanks so much for having us!

Wonderful peaceful cottage with excellent facilities and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Extremely clean in all areas of the cottage and the extra personal touches of home made bread, butter and milk were just perfect and very well thought out. We especially enjoyed the soccer table that was so much fun! The perfect location, would definitely recommend, hopefully will revisit again soon!

My girlfriend and I had a wonderful couple of nights here. The hut was in great condition and really clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed for our stay. The views were stunning and the hot tub was warm and welcoming. The hut felt secluded whilst also looking out onto open and beautiful countryside. There were lots of lovely walks in the area and we felt truly relaxed after our stay.

Lovely place to stay, had everything we needed and in a gorgeous location overlooking the lake. Couldn’t fault it! The hosts even went to the effort to put up balloons and birthday decorations for our stay which was a very nice and appreciated touch.

I just want to say thank you so much to Cath, we came for my girlfriends birthday and Cath went above and beyond sorting me some balloons and banners to make it extra special. What a lovely little place she has there and it felt so at home and snug when we arrived. We have only just got home as we ventured out on the Sunday and I just want to say Cath if you are reading this you deserve every good thing coming in this life. Thank you so so much for making our weekend special :)

Very happy with our stay at Teresa’s property. The stables were easy to find and the onsite cafe was a big bonus. The breakfast we had was delicious! We were staying for just one night and as a couple it was perfect for our needs. The kitchenette had everything we needed and the shower room was great. Thanks for the complimentary bath products. We both slept very well and found the bedroom comfortable and warm and cosy. Thank you for having us. It was a very convenient stop off for our journey and we would not hesitate to use it again.

The property was exactly as pictured and described, very clean and cozy, the beds especially were very comfortable. Sam was extremely responsive and so very friendly. Everything was perfect and much appreciated. Thank you :)

Sally’s barn was perfectly located for us to explore the Derbyshire Dales. The Barn was well equipped and very comfortable. I am sure we will be staying there again.

We had a lovely weekend here. Debbie met us on arrival and was the perfect host. We had everything you could need and the hot tub was an amazing addition. The brewery next door was ideal, we would highly recommend!

What a great find! The cottage was charming and immaculately clean. It's in a beautiful area of the country and couldn't be in a quieter location. We definitely aim to visit again.

It is a lovely place for short trip. My doggy has a good sleep. There have enough space for dog play and run. Everything is good 👍🏻 Even October is windy months, it makes me feel like back to home. Nice! Thank you for everything. We really enjoy.☺️

The Farmhouse (and annexe) were EXCEPTIONAL! We gather as a group of friends on an annual basis and this was by far the best house we have stayed in. We found the property to be spotlessly clean on arrival, welcoming - owing to the generous welcome hamper - and ideally located for exploring York and the surrounding areas. The proximity to nearby amenities (like M&S Food and a petrol station) was convenient, but by far the greatest advantage of the location was the ease of catching the bus into town - it leaves, pretty much, from the end of the driveway and takes 10 minutes to reach York centre. The house perfectly met our needs - it was spacious, tastefully decorated, and provided an excellent social space for our group, while also allowing for privacy when required. Julie was superb at responding to any queries before and during our stay and made us feel very welcome. Excellent in every respect!

A lovely cosy cottage, nicely furnished with very comfortable beds and a great sized kitchen. Beautifully decorated for Christmas.

The place is beautiful and cosy. set in a lovely location in the hills right next to some cattle and sheep. The roads are steep and thin but if you drive with caution they were easy enough to navigate and it just adds to the whole vibe of the location. Highly recommended for a family of 4 like ours and there are some great attractions within a short drive

We had a lovely weekend staying in the machinery shed, they have everything you could ever need. It was our first time staying in an Airbnb with our 9 month old and pup, and this place was so accommodating for both which made the whole experience stress free! Would definitely recommend, especially for young families who could do with a little break away. We really hope to come back and stay again! Thank you 😁
