Very well presented, well equipped and comfortable apartment in a lovely vibrant village set in amazing countryside. I had just one problem during my stay - The settings on the wall heaters are a bit temperamental and on one of my days the heaters wouldn't come on. I contacted Kate and someone came and fixed this very quickly so I had no inconvenience from this.

Nice homey stay, within walking distance to bus stations, the train station and loads of shops and restaurants. Stayed for a month and was not disturbed, very nice place and nice host.

Beautiful Airbnb, the location was perfect for a family wedding round the corner. Lisa was so helpful and responsive. Her apartment was spotless clean and had everything we needed. The little treats in the kitchen were a lovely touch. We will definitely stay again when visiting Chester.

Location was perfect for as it was close to Combermere Abbey. It was also 1 hour drive from Manchester Airport. We had hired the two flats which were beside each other and it suited both families; it was almost as if we had the whole marina to ourselves. The pub on the other side of the canal was great and there was lovely 5min walk down to a Garden Centre for Breakfast. The flow of long barges through the canal was lovely.

Place was perfect, clean and tidy and just as described, Pollys communication was very responsive and answered all queries pretty much straight away, bottle of wine and chocolate was a nice touch, would definitely recommend

Quite simply the best UK Airbnb I have stayed in and I’ve been the length and breadth of the country. This place is outstanding and show home condition. It needs a ten star rating 😀

Excellent property, very clean and lots of bedding, utensils and toiletries provided. In a lovely location with lots of pubs and restaurants nearby. Felt very safe and the apartment felt homely. Communication was good. Although we did ask for a slightly later check out this was not accepted which was slightly disappointing but overall a nice place to stay.

I would highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for a convenient walk into the centre via the canal and city walls. The Telford Wharf pub is a 5 min walk away, outdoor seating by the canal and good food at decent prices . Abigail was a great communicator and was flexible with our arrival and departure time which was very helpful.

They could not have been anymore helpful. They responded to everything so quickly and when we had a query with the hot tub someone came out to check on it within half an hour. They were in regular contact to make sure everything was OK

Really lovely property, styled so well by the hosts. We went for a girly chilled weekend, and it was perfect for switching off and relaxing. It's deceptively spacious, and as we stayed over a weekend it was so so quiet as well! The layout is a little bit of a rabbit warren, but that meant you could find a quiet space to chill if you wanted time to read or be by yourself.
