La maison de Guillaume est très spacieuse et fonctionnelle. Parfaite pour une petite virée à Paris entre amis ou en famille. Guillaume est très accueillant et flexible sur les heures d’arrivée/départ. Je recommande sans hésiter!

We stayed at Lionel’s Place for 8 days and it was great , very peaceful and private , though we had some issues with mosquitoes because of the heat we left some window open, and we later bought mosquito repellent to use in the rooms , but apart from that we had no other issues with the place.

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in dieser charmanten Haus in Paris! Die Lage war perfekt für das Disneyland und Paris. Die Haus war geräumig und ideal für unsere Familie mit 3 Kindern. Am schönsten war der Garten und der Pool. Besonders geschätzt haben wir die kinderfreundlichen Annehmlichkeiten und Freundlichkeit von Caroline. Sie war bei allen Belangen sehr hilfsbereit.

Agréable moment. Shirley et ses enfants sont extrêmement gentils. Shirley est disponible, gentille et amicale. Nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous et reviendrons. Merci ☺️

This was a fabulous house to stay in. For our family of 5 there was plenty of indoor and oudoor space. The salt water pool was delightful, as was the whole garden with plenty of seating and relaxing areas. The children loved the trampoline and petanque. The house is in a superb location. We had many walks and bike rides along the beautiful river. There was plenty to do locally - we went bowling, mini golf, kayaking, to the football and Le Trot. The area was peaceful and very safe. We did a few trips into Paris which took about 30 minutes from the house. Stephanie was incredibly helpful and informative. We could not have had a better holiday, thanks to this lovely house and hosts.

Thank you so much for a wonderful stay, we are a family of 5 with all members of our family catered for and very satisfied. Our main purpose of this trip was for Disneyland which was a very easy commute back and forth. Greg is so lovely, he really takes care of his guests. I would recommend 100%. The apartment was very comfortable and was also in a great area of Paris. Such easy access to grocery stores and bakeries many recommended by the host too. Views are amazing and a very well appointed kitchen. Our host also was very accommodating with us when timing and plans changed and assisted us with holding our luggage in the apartment on our day of departure. Made our stay in Paris super comfortable with enough room for the whole family.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce logement. La vue sur la Tour Eiffel est juste incroyable. Les lits sont extrêmement comfortables. Boris était réactif quand on a eu beaucoup de lui. On voulait être proche de La Défense et la gare de Puteaux située à 1min du logement de Boris nous y amenait à seulement très rapidement ou parfois on marchait. Le seul hic, c’est l’escalier à l’entrée de l’immeuble quand on a beaucoup de bagages. Mais en toute franchise, on tous a adoré rester ici pour quelques jours. Merci Boris pour cet accueil! On y retournera si l’occasion se présente.

Sora was an excellent host! Very responsive and assisted with anything that was needed. The location is great with lost of restaurants and shops within walking distance. There is even a supermarket next door which was perfect for an air bnb stay. The view if the Eiffel Tower was beautiful. I would definitely stay here again! The neighborhood also felt safe.

Très bel et paisible air bnb, logement correspondant absolument aux photos, Hôte accueillant et réactif, nous avons passer un séjour tres reposant, la piscine est un plus et la petite salle de cardio également. Nous n’avons manqué de rien, je recommande absolument.

Compact apartment which had everything we needed! Very good location with huge shopping mall +/-100m away-within the shopping mall (more of a walk through the mall) was the biggest grocery store ever!! Great to stock up before going into Euro Disney, since you’re allowed to take food & drink in & lunch queues in the park are long! V comfy bed & sleeper couch. You go through the hotel lobby to get to the apartment. Lobby looked fun too and seemed to have a few basics available to purchase24/7 & EuroDisney maps on Hotel Desk. Host was super responsive.

Perfect place , very clean , had everything, Beautiful outdoor hot tub and beautiful greenery, very nice and private, Also had gym were u could workout Very beautifully decorated , very peaceful. Host was amazing and very friendly, easy to communicate. Will definitely visit again 👍

Great place. Right by the river and 5 minute walk to the underground metro that takes you everywhere. Host was very helpful and provided video instructions for everything you could possibly need. Bottle of wine in the fridge and free bike passes included which was awesome! Only complaint would be how noisy it is at all hours due to traffic and the sirens in the night but that'll be the same anywhere if you're staying in the city lol. Would totally come back if we are in Paris again.
