We visited in March before the trees and plants are green, so I imagine the area would be even more beautiful as the weather warms up! Thanks for a great stay!

Great place for our extended family. We travel with 6 adults a teenager and a toddler. John's place has plenty of room for all of us! We have been here twice and it's clean with lots of room for us to eat together and play board games. It's such a great place and John keeps it clean and well maintained!

Great stay at this lovely large cottage. There's literally everything you could possibly need and you can find a really cool billiards table in the basement that racks the balls for you. I had a great time this is a great place.

Large, beautiful space with great big leather couches and beautiful bathroom where we felt immediately comfortable, great fenced in backyard.

The home was beautiful and remote, but also a short drive to local sights and activities including the town center which had everything we could have needed. Ashley herself was very responsive and helpful, and had even decorated for the holidays! Of note is that check-in is at 5pm but Ashley was flexible and allowed us to check in an hour early. The house was cozy and comfortable and contained all of the necessary odds and ends to cook, bathe and relax. Thanks for a great stay, Ashley!

We really enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood was beautiful. We loved the charm of this old home but also appreciated the updated furniture and bathrooms. There were some really cute details like the light in the kitchen. I would absolutely come back another time. The kids played Jenga many many times.

Dave’s cottage was perfect for my family’s recent trip to Pennsylvania for Thanksgiving. The cozy atmosphere and quiet location were a nice reprieve from the city. Dave’s instructions were very clear and he’s a kind and communicative host. We will definitely consider staying here again!

Location, location, location. Jan’s place nails it. Absolutely serene location with the creek out your front door and ability to walk creekside to soak it in. Short drive to State Park with lakeside trail walking. VERY easy to Rt 30, Turnpike, Downingtown and West Chester and their countless restaurant opportunities and shopping. Very clean listing with nice little perks to make it feel like home.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the cottage! Rob and Addison were incredible hosts – so welcoming, attentive, and quick to ensure we had everything we needed. The cottage itself was charming and cozy, with all the comforts of home and a perfect blend of rustic charm and modern amenities. The setting was peaceful, offering a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle. We loved the attention to detail, and it was clear that Rob and Addison care deeply about providing a fantastic experience. We’ll definitely be back and highly recommend this lovely cottage to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

The cottage is beautiful, tranquil, and very comfortable - a one of a kind place. The history of the cottage is very interesting and was part of our wonderful stay there. We, along with our guests with four legs, relished walking the serene property. David was a great host - very helpful, responsive, and nice to work with. We look forward to returning.

House was used by my daughter & husband for a quick get-away immediately following their wedding. It was under my phone number (father-of-bride) so I'm delivering response on their behalf. They really liked the location, the house, and the privacy, and it was a great place for them to celebrate their marriage.

Fantastic cozy place! Comfy beds, lovely well stocked kitchen. Nice area with a walking path right down the road and farms surrounding the place. Love the focus on sustainability- recycling, composting;
