Look no further. This is the ideal location to stay if you are looking for a family gathering place. The amazing hosts were accommodating and very responsive. They anticipated our needs and exceeded our expectations for hosting our family. The property is tidy and the house was immaculate. The hosts clearly take pride in maintaining a high standard of cleanliness. This is a very convenient location with lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. You will not be disappointed if you choose this house for your stay in Amish country.

We had a very relaxing stay at Joni's place. The location was great! We were in Lancaster for my birthday and lunch at Shady Maple. Our stay at Joni's place was a great ending to an awesome weekend. Joni was very helpful with whatever questions I had. Her suggestion of September Farm was great! We loved it! I am looking forward to hopefully staying at Joni's place again in the future! There were three of us that stayed at this lovely Airbnb. This place was immaculate. Farm fresh eggs, fresh milk, homemade jam, bread along with butter was a delight! Kitchen is stocked with various coffees for a Keurig; coffee pot in cupboard, sweeteners & honey. Entry easy with a code to a stairwell. At the top of the landing, there are three doors. The left door is the smaller room with its own shower stall and bathroom, middle door is locked, right door is the main unit with the living/kitchen area and Jacuzzi bedroom. No TV but that didn’t bother us. There are thermostats to control the heat and AC. The beds were comfortable; shower pressure & water temps good. Surroundings quiet. The rooster will crow in the morning, but I was up before him anyway; he did not wake the others. Tastefully decorated for the holidays. Hosts were easy to communicate with and responded promptly. A delightful Airbnb and I would highly recommend it!

We really enjoyed our stay! The cottage was very clean and well maintained, and I loved the little details like the diffuser and the real coffee maker. The hot tub was a fun treat for us. We visited in March before the trees and plants are green, so I imagine the area would be even more beautiful as the weather warms up! Thanks for a great stay!

Stayed here for my birthday and it was the best birthday I’ve ever had. The cabin was perfect for me and my friends. Plenty of room to have a quiet moment but also nice common spaces where we could all hang out. Tempted to say well book again for next year!! Could not recommend enough it was perfect!

Our new favorite spot! This cabin is located perfectly in between all the activities we love to do when in the Lancaster area. Everyone has their own room, which prevents WW3 from happening. The cabin was clean and had everything we needed. It’s the little special touches that put a cherry on top of the experience. We’ve all decided this is where we’re staying from here on out❤️

Absolutely beautiful place to stay. Perfect for two plus, a dog or two. Everything was clean, and ready for you to slip right in. Instructions were clear for everything available there. Couldn't have had a better weekend

What a neat place to spend the week! With a combination of old charm and modern convenience, this home accommodated us nicely. The old hearth in this home is pretty amazing. I loved how easy it was to cook here using great stainless steel pots and pans, quality knives, etc. This was a busier road than I anticipated, but the house sits off the road a good distance, so it wasn’t an issue. We enjoyed the front porch and patio area to soak up the sunshine. It will be nice when a game room area is finished for a cozier family room seating option, but with two tables for having meals together, as well as stools at an island, we didn’t lack for eating spaces! Very thankful for a week of respite and retreat here.

We rented Edna's home for alittle getaway. My husband and I had tickets to Sight and Sound and her house was only 8 minutes away. We were actually close to everything! My grandchildren loved the play area outside and my 2 year old granddaughter had a blast with all the toys in the playroom. I love that there were plenty of towels and soap and shampoo in the bathrooms. The house was very clean. We loved seeing the Amish in the neighborhood and watching them go by the house. We will definitely rent again when coming to this area!

We had a great stay at Becky and Dave's place! The location is great - nice balance of convenience (near to town) with being in the country with a nice walking trail nearby. The space is very comfortable, with all the amenities one might need. It was also refreshing and appreciated to not have big instruction / to-do list! We appreciated the thoughtful touches such as keyless entry (no need to keep track of keys) and having a readily available HDMI hookup for connecting your favorite streaming device. Parking and check-in instructions very clear and convenient. Recommended!

We absolutely loved our time at the Spruce Edge Guest House. What a lovely little cottage. All the thoughtful finishing touches were very appreciated and very unexpected, from the baked goods, fresh eggs and variety of milks and cider. Everything was perfect. This place is absolutely stunning! So cozy and beautiful. The hosts are beyond gracious and welcomed us with a special homemade treat. We had an amazing stay and would highly recommend this to everyone!

This was a wonder home in the country. The home was exactly what we were looking for. The hosts were very welcoming and flexible with check out time. They even left us with a loaf of freshly baked bread. ☺️

We LOVE this home! Our third time staying at Ruth’s home and we have not one single complaint. The cleanest home we have ever stayed at (and I only stay at homes that have 5 stars for cleanliness.) Everything is spotless. Very comfortable. They totally give you privacy but can be easily reached if you need something. Loved being able to use the bbq grill even during the winter. Ruth gave great recommendations for restaurants. The heat and hot water worked wonderfully during a very cold few days. Highly recommend!!

This house is perfect for families with children and teens. The basement play area, the garage play area with ping pong table and, the backyard playground…so much to keep the kids occupied. Our family sat on the front porch and marveled at the Amish farming methods, peaceful and quiet scenery, cows grazing in the pasture behind our house. The kitchen is well stocked with spices, coffee supplies including coffee filters! Kristy has stocked her house with plenty of towels and wash clothes, access to the washer and dryer, dishwasher soap, etc. Having a pack n play, two high hairs, baby gate on the premises is also so helpful! Lots of sleeping options and comfortable beds!

A++++++++++ Marian was on top of everything. When we arrived a smoke alarm was beeping, she was there within minutes with a new battery. Marian’s place was everything we needed and more.
