Better than expected. Troy's place has everything you need. Although the place itself is not situated in a super private area as its right across the university and its right up against the road and sidewalks. So you'll see lots of folks walking to and from their destinations but all good. Everyone seems to mind their business and its very tranquilo. Definitely nice to sit out on the porch or get some sun in the backyard while you watch kiddos play around. Troy's communication is great and answer's any questions you have. Even though its stated in listing that there is someone there in a separate private living space on property, you would never know lol. We didnt find out til our last day if someone actually was there, they are so quiet. You have all the privacy you need. Beautiful home, lovely area and just overall it was a great deal and find as we visited during a sad time. Thank you Troy.

Covered Bridge Cottage was amazing! Stayed over night with our son and MIL. The home was beautiful, with great complimentary coffee and snacks. Welcome book had tons of useful information inside about things to do/places to go nearby. An excellent experience for all four of us! Would definitely go back again!

The house and property were fantastic! It was convenient to Longwood Gardens. There were plenty of local grocery stores and restaurants nearby. The stairs to the upstairs bedrooms were no joke, but the bedroom and 1/2 bath downstairs were suitable for the older member of our group. The kitchen had everything we needed (12 cup coffee maker), toaster, fridge, microwave, stove/oven, dishes and utensils. There a binder with detailed information to help us get acquainted with some of the quirks of the house.

Beautiful Airbnb! The atmosphere inside was so zen and relaxing. It smelled great, too! Outside, we enjoyed the hot tub and deck. Perfect spot for a Momcation with friends.

Cottage was cozy & comfortable. The lake is a beautiful place for kayaking, and really ideal for the marsh creek triathlon! Thanks Genine & Mike for a lovely stay.

We loved the cozy feel. we didn't get a chance to explore the grounds, but looking forward to next time! I'm not sure if it counts as a perk, I've travel enough to appreciate good water out of the tap. We grew up on well water, and absolutely LOVED the fact that you have a private well! thank you so much!

Edna’s place felt like stepping into a real-life Pinterest board—beautifully curated with thoughtful details and a cozy atmosphere that made for a truly relaxing stay. While I was in town visiting family, the hot tub became my nightly ritual for unwinding. I also really appreciated the towel warmer in the bathroom—there’s nothing better than wrapping up in a warm towel right after a shower.

Kathryn’s listing was beautiful and very well kept. Even though, my husband and I’s trip was cut short for a family emergency, we loved the place. The couch was comfy, and so was the bed. The details for decoration, simple and elegant. And her response time to us was very quick and kind. We would definitely stay here again if we ever came back to town for a getaway.

Great place to stay if you are visiting this area. This was probably the most clean Airbnb we have ever stayed in, and most are very clean, but this is truly the tops! Very friendly hosts, would definitely recommend to anyone!

AMAZING! Just mins from shady maple! It was so peaceful, the hosts went above and beyond! Making checkin in a breeze to making everything feel like home. A must stay if you want to be in the Lancaster area.

We came back to PA for Christmas and stayed here for 5 days. Added bonus, we had a dusting of snow which made it all the more inviting. We are from this area, and found the location to be central to visit all our relatives. Rose Valley itself is a very cool area, and this apartement, which is part of a storied estate, sat high on a hill in quiet setting. We, and our dog, felt right at home here and enjoyed our stay. Aaron was very responsive to any questions we had, and made sure we had everything we needed. He was a great host. We would definitley come back and stay when in the area.

Best recommendation we can give is that on our next visit to Philadelphia , we want to stay at Thomas' location.

We were welcomed and directed by Wilma in the midst of a thunderstorm. She was so helpful and gracious. There were fresh, yummy brownies waiting for us as a delicious treat. They also supplied eggs, butter, a fresh loaf of homemade bread. and fresh milk. The beds were so comfortable. We haven't slept that well in a long time. Our 7 year old grandson loved exploring the farm and playing basketball with several of the host's sons. We enjoyed the conversations and hospitality. We hope to visit again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It exuded a warm and inviting atmosphere, creating a peaceful ambiance. We would definitely book again!

We really appreciated the quiet location and having a comfortable and nearby place to stay while visiting family at Tel Hai. The homemade bread and jam were delicious! Elvin and Dorothy were very responsive and helpful, even very kindly helping us recover an item we left behind. We would definitely stay there again when we’re back in the area for another visit.

The cabin was so peaceful. The place was exactly like the pictures. Susan have very clear directions. The backyard was wonderful.

Mendel’s place was amazing. The cabin is very spacious, gorgeous and very cozy. We loved the fact that it each bedroom (on each floor) has its own bathroom. Mendel was very responsive, attentive, an awesome host. The arcade game room was a nice touch for the kids. You will have everything you are looking for here. We will definitely be back.

Wonderful stay! Beautiful property, the cabin was lovely and super clean, the beds were comfy, and Joanna was very accommodating! Our family loved the fire pit, yard games, and garage ping pong. The horses next door were such a sweet addition. We will be back whenever we visit family in the area. Thank you!

Our family was thrilled to be back at Fox Creek again! It feels like a home away from home, and is stocked with everything we could want, for all ages.

We enjoyed our long weekend stay at the cabin. It was a much needed break from the normal routine of life. The campground is very clean and maintained as well as the cabin. It was peaceful and close enough to area go-tos. Hopefully on our next trip the weather cooperates so we can have a fire! Would definitely recommend and will stay again!

Matt's place was great for our small group of 5. We enjoyed how peaceful it was and the surrounding nature was great. It snowed while we were there and he made sure to have the driveway plowed for us. We had plenty of wood for the fireplace and it was soooooo nice and relaxing. Spending time with friends in a beautiful setting. Beds were quite comfy too. Would definitely stay again!!

We were party of four and stayed at the cozy cabin for a weekend. It was a quiet retreat with a quiet neighborhood. The house is exactly as described, and the beds were so very comfortable! We didn't want to leave, but we will be back. We all loved it and felt right at home. If we could give more stars, we would. Thank you!

A++ David’s cabin was beautiful and looked even better than the pictures. It is very close to a lot of great places. We would love to come back, we had an amazing trip and everyone in our group had a great time. The beds were very comfortable and David is very reasonable with the rules. Very good host.
