This is our second time staying in this home, and the main reason for our choice is the wonderful host. They are extremely kind, helpful, and excellent with communication, always responding quickly whenever we need anything. The house is in a great location, very close to everything, yet it gives the feeling of staying in a cozy mountain retreat. The amenities were excellent, making our stay even more enjoyable. Once again, we had a fantastic vacation here with our children and are so glad we chose this place again!

We had a great time! The unit is an easy walk to Minerals, and the layout was perfect for our needs. Joann was a fantastic host and we can’t wait to stay again!

This home was perfect and plan to rent again. The home was as described. Hot tub, firepit and fireplace were as described and perfect. Game options were in great condition and bedrooms were comfortable. Home was very safe with security at front gate. Paige was super responsive and a five star host. I will be renting from Paige again for my next Poconos stay.

This house is great, such a nice layout and so much to do. The movie room was so cool with the hidden bookcase and the arcade room was filled with different games, a great hanging spot. Spacious kitchen and even a huge dining room table so we were all able to eat together. Very wholesome experience and the house was decorated so nicely, very ascetically pleasing. It’s obviously that a lot of thought went into this house in order for guests to have an enjoyable experience. The host responded within minutes to my messages and was very attentive! Highly recommend!

Great place and host. We really enjoyed the place and convenience to skiing. The host is also great and was always responsive.

We had a terrific time. It’s a lovely home- 20 min from Shawnee mountain and steps away from an indoor/outdoor pool facility (depends on weather), sledding hill and small skiing hill with ski lift. I would absolutely stay here again- and highly recommend for anyone with young kids looking to teach them to ski. Very very convenient. The hosts were available for questions and were friendly/flexible. Incredible customer service. We will be back!

We stayed at this wonderful property for my son's 21st birthday, and it was a great choice. The house has plenty of space for a group, with open living areas that made it easy to celebrate together. The pool table, hot tub, and sauna were all well-enjoyed, not to mention the hibachi grill, and of course, the bear! The setting is beautiful, with stunning views. The only downside was that, despite the listing stating that toiletries and cleaning materials were provided, they weren't. John was super helpful and offered to reimburse me if I purchased my own, but that wasn’t something I particularly wanted to do. Additionally, if you’re sensitive to synthetic polyester sheets like I am, I’d recommend bringing your own. These were slightly disappointing details for a "luxury" rental, but were that did not take away from an otherwise wonderful stay. One recommendation: we ordered BBQ from 1818 Deli, and they also came to cook a fantastic meal for us one night—definitely worth doing!

Lovely house, tons of toys for young kiddos, definitely the place to stay if you have kiddos!!!
