This is a FANTASTIC place to stay when visiting the Richmond area! We highly recommend it and hope to come back. The house is very clean, beautifully decorated, comfortable and welcoming. The kitchen has more than the average AirBnB for cooking utensils/dishes and the welcoming coffee, assortment of teas, drinks and treats was such a nice treat. The house is furnished comfortably and the massage chair is the best after a long day of traveling or sightseeing! In addition to the actual house, the neighborhood is quiet and felt very safe while being just minutes away from restaurants, stores and the Y. Minh was a fabulous host and was very easy to communicate with; always responding quickly. I truly hope we get the chance to visit and stay here again. It was one of the best AirBnBs we've stayed in.

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The house is incredibly spacious and comfortable, providing plenty of room to relax and unwind. Its location is perfect—close to everything. Toan was an exceptional host, always helpful and quick to respond to any questions. His clear and friendly communication made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

Crystal’s house was everything we expected it to be, neat, clean and a little on the funky side. We were in town for a wedding and had our two children, their spouses and five grandchildren, all under 10. It was really nice to have a yard the kids could play in so they could burn off some energy. We would definitely recommend Crystal‘s house to friends.

Josh's place was exactly what I was looking for. It was immaculate throughout, with easy parking, and walkable to my Richmond destinations. He provided everything needed for the trip - well-stocked kitchen, towels and linens, and plenty of room for the four of us. The area was quiet, with just the sound of an occasional train a couple of hundred yards away which was more relaxing to me than intrusive! Checking in and out was extremely simple, and Josh checked in to ensure our stay was going well. This will definitely be on my list of places to stay for my future trips to Richmond. A+++++

The property was very nice, there was a issue with the air conditioning and Jewelan was responsive and resolved the issue with haste. Overall was a pleasant experience and I would go to their property.

What a great place! Check-in was easy, the place was lovely and we really enjoyed relaxing & chatting on the second floor deck.

Tim is quick at communication, and all info is shared in advance for easy planning. Comfy beds and furnished for relaxing inside. Modern heat and AC. Everything we needed for our stay was at the home. Although we didn’t cook meals, it is outfitted for those who do. Modern baths were clean and well-provisioned. Front porch and backyard ideal for outdoor conversations or people watching. Great neighborhood vibe, very safe, easy parking. Extensive, modern, upgraded, and complete coffee and tea service. I was grateful to find such a lovely home with a welcoming host. 10 stars for allowing our well-traveled dog. I will book again without hesitation.

Good location! Walkable to many restaurants and curious shops! It was comfortable for my parents and husband and I. Earplugs are advisable as the home faces a busy street but not so busy as to be uncomfortable or annoying. Definitely would stay here again!

This is prime location for all things Richmond. Right in the heart of the fan and you can get to Churchill, Scott’s addition, and much more with a quick uber ride. We really just used the place to sleep so didn’t need a bunch of amenities. Andrew was very proactive and specific when communicating check in instructions and parking options and even offered an early check in. He left us a bottle of wine which was much appreciated after sitting in hours of traffic to get there. Bed could use a mattress topper as it is very firm but overall the place was just as it looks in pictures. I will say it’s not handicap accessible as there is a narrow staircase when you enter to get up to the apartment just incase folks are curious about that. But overall we had an incredible experience and most definitely worth the price as most hotels run minimum $250 per night and aren’t even in prime locations. Check out was easy- there was no laundry list of cleaning instructions thankfully.

This is a great place in a great location. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The sun room was great for getting some work done in the morning.

Spent 4 nights over a long weekend and very happy with our choice. Located at the junction of the Fan and Carytown neighborhoods. Many good restaurants within easy walking distance and many more within a 5 minute drive. Nice safe neighborhood, easy parking right in front of the house, lower floor with the owners on the upper floor, easy access to Richmond sites - Hollywood cemetery, VMFA, Canal walk, Grand Kugel, etc. Unit was very clean and tidy with good kitchen layout. You will hear city noise but mostly a residential neighborhood so definitely quieter after 6pm or so. Easy to find and access and good communication both before and during our stay. Would definitely recommend to anyone for a Richmond getaway.

Everything about the stay was great. Instructions on location and entry were clear. Matt was very communicative. The place was just as described: airy and full of light, with everything needed for a wonderful stay.

This was one of my favorite trips to richmond, because I got to stay in such a rare location in the fan. it might be an english basement, but it managed to be ultra comfy! the guidebook that the host put together was very informative and truly accurate to richmond, I highly recommend looking at it when you're here!

We stayed at Catherine's place while visiting VCU. Great spot, easy walk to campus, shops and so many restaurants. It's comfortable and charming, fit our needs perfectly!

I had a wonderful stay at Reagan's place. Reagan was a very helpful and responsive host. The apartment is in a great location with an assigned garage parking space. The apartment was very clean; had great closet space; and easy access to the building and apt. I would definitely recommend her place to anyone traveling to Richmond.

Thanks again to our hosts! Great space near plenty of great restaurants and shops. Walking distance to grocery stores as well. Easy parking, so you can leave the car for your entire stay and just walk to your desired destination. Will definitely stay here again for our next trip to Richmond!

A beautiful unit! Very comfortable, quiet and clean. The beds are amazing, best sleep I've gotten in a while. Nice size kitchen stocked with all the necessities. The area is nice, and the location was perfect, close to the events we attended this weekend. Theres a spot for parking at the building and plenty of decently priced parking nearby (within a half mile). Mark was very communicative the whole trip and was always available if we needed. We would absolutely stay again The guards on the underside of the spiral staircase is a very nice and thoughtful touch

Quiet and clean, and very walkable! We enjoyed our stay at Gabrielle's! She was flexible and accommodating.

I'd highly recommend Chandra's place if you plan to visit Richmond. Lovely, spacious space with very cool art. Primo location with convenient street parking that is walkable to many great restaurants, shops, and venues. She's a great host and we had enjoyed our stay very much.

This was the perfect Airbnb for a 2-week stay! It was easy to get around, as I was on foot—plenty of cute coffee shops and restaurants around. Communication with the host was very clear, accurate and timely. I really enjoyed my time in Richmond even more because of this wonderful space! I would absolutely stay here again!
